This location always seems to lack items that you need for the ultimate Chipotle experience. Why, why, why? Today, go to pick up Sunday dinner and they barely had any fajita mix. And on my last visit they didn't have any salad dressing. They didn't have chips. :( What the what? They said their fryer was down. So I had to mosey on down to Chili's to get some of their chips. Then I get home and once I exited my car, the bag with all the main food dropped out the bottom of the bag, and all the food was in the driveway. I swear I can't make this stuff up. All I wanted was Chipotle in this very fine Sunday. read more

I visted once again, better customer service on the line but allot of common line items were missing. They did not have chips, guacamole, sour cream and the melted cheese. Watched customers leave the store because a lack of preparation. Employees did not seem to care when customers got angry and left and laughed about it. Employees need to prep key line items Maintain formal dialog Sanitation- the line was messy *Employees wash their hands after touching their hair. read more

Worst chipotle location I've been to. I've never been to a store that is so dirty, messy and horrible

The food is fine here but it's everything else that's so bad.... First off, this place was dirty.... The counters, the tables, the drink stations, etc. and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. On top of that, the music was loud techno/house type music that wasn't fitting the work lunch vibe. The workers are obviously stressed out and not friendly at all. There also seemed to be "too many cooks in the kitchen" and ultimately things were getting confused. I got two bowls, two drinks, and a guacamole/chips. My total was $40!!!! And they didn't put the chips in the bag. I would straight up not come back here. read more

Where to start, I love Chipotle but I'm always hesitant to give it a try at this location due to always being really bad. The food was cold, not even room temperature. The service was terrible with the staff attitudes and faces seemed like they didn't want to be there (which is always been the same nothing has changed since my last review). The place was filthy from the tables to the area where they have the food. You would imagine that by been across for Integris they would improve and take care of the establishment at all times, during rush hour and off the rush hour. I wish Chipotle higher people would care to visit every establishment and send undercover workers so they can see what customers are seen and make this establishment better and high quality. read more

This location has gone down hill and seems to only get worse and worse each time I visit... The food is always subpar, the employees are rude, and it looks like a mess inside the store every time. Not to mention they're out of half of everything each time you go. Save yourself the disappointment and go to literally any other chipotle. My last order from here was a $35+ delivery for my burrito bowl to be made wrong, not taste great, not include napkins and utensils... and all of that for it to be delivered to the wrong house. I won't be ordering from this chipotle location again. read more

I read the most recent reviews to see if it was just me, and it isn't! I've been coming to this Chipotle for over 8 years, and this year it has gone straight downhill. They are always out of something (meat, veggies, etc). Today it was veggies and guacamole. It's dirty, both in eating area and in kitchen. When you can see the surfaces they make your food on and pots and pans and utensils they are using to make your food look like they have burnt food plastered onto them, it's gross. The person at the counter is nice enough. But there's always 5-6 people there on the clock, but only 1-2 people actually working. It's sad, I walked out today without food after going in excited about having Chipotle today. On my way to Ted's! read more

Went to this chipotle and placed a online order and this is what I was given. I paid 15-16$ for a bowl and this isn't acceptable. read more

Horrible service! Me and my friend came in music was horribly loud. I politely asked them not to give me queso the employee rolls his eyes and continued to add a hint of queso to my already expensive burrito. Then they put me and my friends order together which we didnt ask to do and we stood far enough apart to tell. Then we asked for here and they ignored us and put our items in a to go bag. Not okay and horribly rude do better!!! read more

Stopped at this location for the second time this week, ice machine was broken again there was no white rice, no beans, half the proteins were out, the rest were almost gone. No chips no pico. I decided to order with what few ingredients were being offered since I was on my lunch hour. They took one of the last portions of the protein I preferred. I asked for a small amount of hot sauce. The team member proceeded to dump a full heaping scoop of the hat Sauce on it, making it inedible due to my heartburn. I asked the manager at that point why are the ingredients always out of stock at this location and was treated very rudely. Since he wasn't able to provide an answer and had to restrain several other team members from being even more rude. He just told me bye-bye Bye-bye bye-bye I've never been treated so rudely from a restaurant staff that had half their menu missing and no ice for their drinks. All of this to say nothing about how dirty this restaurant often is trash cans are off and overflowing, and the working counter is often caked in food residue. Whoever the general manager or at least shift manager should be fired. I've messaged the company multiple times before and nothing's changed read more

Worst chipotle in the country and it can't be close. They always run out of ingredients super early. The whole staff is rude and lazy. If there's a line of more than 2 people you'll be there forever and it's constantly dirty. It's really unlike any chipotle out there. read more

I recently got on the chipotle kick, and this place always seems to let me down. They are always out of something at 5 PM.

Everytime i get chipotle im reminded why i don't get chipotle. But it's like a toxic relationship you can't stop going back to. This was my first meal in 24 hours. I had DREAMED of a Chipotle burrito, like actually dreamed of it. I woke up at 1230am drooling over the thought of a Chipotle burrito. I waited until 10:45am to submit my Uber Eats order since I'm here for work and don't have a car. I even skipped breakfast so this meal would be 10x better. I selected BURRITO. BURRITOOOOOOO. I was so excited. I raced to the hotel lobby to grab my food and back to my room just to open my bag and find a.... bowl???? You do not understand the extreme disappointment and annoyance i felt. BURRITO. BOWL. TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. ugh im so annoyed. The bowls good but i had been dreaming of that burrito. Anyway... yall ruined my day. Thank you. read more

To start things off, this location was disgusting. Every single table was dirty, trashcans were full, and the back of house prep area literally looked like a disaster. The serving area also looked very dirty and the food looked like it hadn't been made fresh in quite some time. The employee I interacted with was so rude for no reason. He acted completely put out that I asked a simple question. My food was not fresh and as always... my chips were stale. I've never had these kind of issues with any other Chipotle in Oklahoma or any state for that matter. But I can tell you right now, this experience was enough to make me never step foot in a Chipotle ever again. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Worst chipotle I have been to. They were out of all the protein. Employees were extremely rude. Got told I could just go find something else. Also was very messy inside read more

I've been to over 100 Chipotles all over and this is DEFINITELY by FAR the worst is all aspects! It's always super dirty/messy, they are out of almost everything DAILY (terrible mgmt) even before the dinner rush and they are super rude. Just today I walked in and two employees were arguing loud in front of customers, screaming, cussing each other out about to fight! Manager just watched and did nothing. Again, they start making my bowl and then say we are out of steak, lettuce, chips etc so MULTIPLE TIMES I've had a bowl started and told them to just trash it and walk out. It's terrible because I love chipotle and this is the only one near my house but it is now ghetto AF! The manager of this store shouldn't be managing anything ever!! If I could give less than a 1 star I would! read more

This place is an absolute disaster. The last two times I've been in, I have walked out without paying or receiving food. Anything bad that can be said about a restaurant is happening here. Food trays are either empty, old, or stale. Employees are surly and lazy. Every inch of the building is filthy. I will never go back to this location. read more

Store is seriously mismanaged. Store couldn't manage customer flow for BOGO deal and ran out of steak. Waited 15 minutes to be told they ran out of steak and chicken. Store general manager Aaron was indifferent at best and more worried about a catering order than store customers. Staff were rude. Contacted corporate and they were no help either. Steer clear of this store. Side note: drove to Tucker's Onion Burger and got served immediately! read more

I'm giving them a 2 star review, not because of the food quality or taste, but because the SERVICE is pure garbage! You'd think with a stock price at almost $3K and about to split 50/1, corporate would have its eye on the pulse of this brand's customer service and its franchisees. I had just come in from a flight from back home in Cali and the Mrs. was hungry so we stopped to pick up dinner to-go at Chipotle. It was not crowded at all; maybe 2 people ordering in front of us and two behind us. Well the guy preparing the meals was rushing through bowl orders as if there were 50 people in line. Look, if you're going to build bowls and call out the options at rapid speed, but forget to call out all the options that are available in the serving trays...what's the point? I mean this guy acted as if he was reading from a well memorized script. The problem was he called out three items at each station when there were five or six. Well, I wanted some options that he didn't memorize, but were clearly visible in the serving trays. WTF??? He actually began to close my wife's bowl before putting the lettuce on top...why, because he didn't say it. She had to say, "I want lettuce too!" I wanted corn in my bowl, but he didn't say it and hence was already sliding to the next station before I had to get a little loud with him and say "I want corn in my bowl." To make matters worse we ordered chips and guacamole to go also, and the cashier asked, "large or regular?" I ordered large and she grabbed one of the pre-packaged paper sacks on the shelf behind her with a big sticker that read "LARGE." Well the problem was when we got home all we got was a large paper sack with less than a half bag of chips dumped inside. Seriously, Chipotle? Your companies valuation is too high to be that cheap! Nobody wants to feel skimped on or rushed when ordering food; especially when your core business model is building food bowls and burritos to go! Either managers here are hands-off when it comes to creating a good customer service experience, or these workers are being improperly trained. Being the corporate giant you are, Chipotle, you have to do better! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Started driving 20 mins to this location since it's the closest to me, unfortunately. Where to I begin? We've come to this location a hand full of time and they are VERY busy. The food is always fresh due to the amount of orders, mostly mobile it appears, that this location does. It's hit or miss on if the restaurant will be clean or not. We've come in and seen food and trash on every single table except maybe a couple. It's wild watching the amount of people coming in and out. I've worked in customer service forever, and I've worked in food. I know it's not fun. I know it sucks..but wow. They need an entire new staff at this location. If you hate your job, leave. The white lady, who I think is the manger, always seems pretty annoyed. I've never thought much about the other staff members until Monday 07/06/26 around 8pm. We waited in line for 20 mins just to get up there and be told they're out of most food and it will be a wait. Mind you the guy cooking everything is standing in the back tossing things around, cussing, mumbling under his breath. This location is a wreck. They are so under staffed. Based off the way they acted they should all be fired honestly. I had half the mind to call corporate I was so shocked at how they were acting in front of customers. They should be embarrassed. Basically wasted an hour of my life driving to and from this location to stand in line for nothing. The least you can do is let customers know it will be a wait. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never go to this location again. read more

Just terrible. Service is literally so bad it feels like satire. Sometimes I look around for a camera.. maybe I'm getting punkd or something. Update 1.6.23 Getting worse. Today I got a bag of chips, it was so low I decided I'd count them. I got 25 chips! Insane. Also, almost no meat in my bowl. What's there to eat in Oklahoma City You ask? In a pinch I can always count on chipotle to give me a delicious burrito bowl no matter where I am in the country. Stopped in at 10:35pm since the hours say they close at 11pm. Unfortunately all the food was already put up and the staff was cleaning, so there wasn't really anything available. If the kitchen shuts down earlier, the hours should probably reflect that. Pretty frustrating to show up during posted hours and not be able to order. read more

As a near 20 year patron of Chipotle, I can speak with authority and legitimacy. This location should be shut down by the health department. I went in on a Saturday evening and the floor was coated, the trashcans were full, and the tables were dirty. This was not the worst of it all. The kitchen looked like someone took a burrito bowl and flung it all over the counters. I almost left upon repulsion but I endured. The morale of the employees matched the interior. The sour cream had chunks of corn and lettuce in it and the employee didn't even bother to dodge the fragments. Towards the end, I ask for a tortilla on the side and I was given the biggest go to hell look by an employee in my life. Look, ever since Steve Ells left, this company has been in a nose dive - they are filthy cages filled with employees who have no idea how to take care of a restaurant and keep it clean. I miss Chipotle.... read more

Never go to this restaurant They can't even give you chip's that's not stale!!! Asked twice and didn't improve!!! Maybe it's because they have them prepackaged on the shelves stacked up everywhere. They acted clueless when I complained and gave no excuse. They didn't care at all!!! If you can't even handle fresh chip's, you're worthless!!! I just simply wanted chip's and guacamole. read more

Completely disappointed what is the purpose of being open till 11 o'clock if you're going to have absolutely nothing to serve your guest by 10 typically you start closing down a restaurant 15 minutes till close to be completely out of food by 10 o'clock when you have an hour left to go is completely unacceptable. Sad to say that I agree the employees here act like they HATE you and that you're an INCONVENIENCE for them. I came in for a pickup order and asked how I'd know which one is mine and the guy very rudely told me I wouldn't and that I was supposed to tell them my name and they'd hand me a bag. I told him I didn't know the process bc it was my first time doing an online order pickup. At least the food was good & I didn't get a chintzy amount of food in my bowl. Chipotle has really gone down. The food was "meh". The service though was down right horrible. Rude. Condescending. And the Manager is a smug piece of work. Wont spend another $ at any Chipotle from now on. I wish i could give a -5 score. Negative 5 !!!! read more

The food was good as always, but this may be the last time I visit a Chipotle. The pricing as described on the menus is very deceptive. You think you are paying one thing at the start and by the end you're paying $10 more and when you question the staff on it the person says dismissively, "Oh well they should have told you the pricing as you went so sorry I guess!" There is food in the area that is as good if not better for less and with caring customer service. read more

The front door says they are open till 11pm. I went in at 9:30 pm, they had nothing. White rice was the only option, no brown rice. The only protein available was chicken. They had none on the tomatoe or corn salsa. Also out of fajita veggies. The staff was friendly enough, however that doesn't make up for the fact that you have nothing to sell. It's not like this was the last couple minutes before close. This was almost 2 hours till close. The store looked fairly clean. If they had been stocked on product, this would have been a great visit. read more

Worst experience at chipotle ever. First of all it was dirty and all the employees had mean attitudes, they were also out of multiple different toppings on the line but had them on the side and said I couldn't have any even though they were right there... Both bathrooms were filthy. The lobby floor was dirty throughout. The grill and prep area were both filthy despite not being in use. An employee was walking around eating an apple in the grill and takeout order areas. I felt like I was yelling because it was so loud and that the line staff couldn't hear me.
