Chipotle Mexican Grill is pretty much my go-to when it comes to fast food. While I would never call Chipotle Mexican Grill anything even remotely close to authentic Mexican food (it is, after all fast-food), it is still pretty tasty and a great meal to grab if you are in a hurry. It is also relatively healthy, even more admirable when you take into consideration that it is fast-food and when you compare it to those huge fast-food burger chains. I most often get a burrito bowl when I am at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I change the proteins up, but I most often get either chicken or steak (or sometimes half and half). I have been getting the carnitas a bit more lately. The service here was friendly enough and I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. The food was tasty and it was overall a positive experience. read more

Horrible service! I came in a few minutes earlier than my pick up time and was told I needed to wait til my EXACT pickup time which was 2:41... just to be told to wait for my order because there's 8 order ahead of me once it was my pickup time and I was the only one already there for my order‍ employee kept going back and forth with me instead of just making the order and giving it out‍ These workers are truly STUPID and the store needs better management. 0 stars. At first the restaurant was the bomb! As of late, the restaurant has been mediocre...first of all, the Nacho were placed in this large bag. Only a little bit chips! I do know how and why they able to get away with it? Also, the burrito is tasteless, bland. Now I like their cheese sauce and Avocados. That's about the only thing good. The flat quesadillas is a disappointment, come to find, in the kiddie meal! read more

My sister has ordered dinner from here. She ordered the burrito bowl. It was okay, not very impressive.

Food is OK, I mean it's a Chipotle same as all the others. I would suggest someone to pick up a broom and dust pan and someone else get a cleaning solution and paper towels for the tables. Good grief, it's got stuff all over the place. The outdoor area is also dirty. Add another employee or two to get the line moving and do some cleaning! read more

The customer service in this specific environment was horrible the manager a black lady was very rude and does not sell certain items that they have in the store. This is my second time coming to this store and having the same issue with the same manager. Very rude and unacceptable customer service read more

Unfortunately the Service here has been very disappointing and my family likes chipotle but this was the last straw for the homestead location. My son was given cups to eat out of like a dog because they had no more bowls.. my son didn't get his drink or chips that's comes with the meal, previous times there wouldn't be any white rice or veggies. There is always something wrong at this location read more

We placed an order through the app to be picked up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:30 and waited till 7:45. Lady asked me for my order name and I told her it was two orders. She bagged them right in front of me. When I got home 20 minutes away my wife noticed that the order was completely wrong, even wrong names on the individual items, bag had correct label, but everything inside was wrong. I went back and told them calmly to please re-do the order. And to also re-do the second order because I did not want to eat cold food and I would like to eat with my family. Manager refused to make the second order. Stating that they had done the one item correctly. I sternly expressed that it wasn't fair for me to eat cold food because of their mistake. She refused, I asked for the manager, she said she was, I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name so I took my phone out to document her identity since she did not want to identity herself by name and she said that now she would not make any of the food. And that to get a refund I would have to contact corporate. This supposed "manager" has no business being a manager. In the real world, making an additional meal for having messed up three other ones and keeping a customer happy is the proper way to deal with the situation. This person has now made your business undesirable by me, my family, all my acquaintances end extended peers. read more

Yelp needs a 0 stars option cause that's what this chipotle deserves. For starters, the restaurant is always disgusting. Messy, dirty, smelly. Forks? None. Spoons? None. Soda machine? Always flat. Employees always have the nastiest attitudes. Specially some female night time manager. Which I don't know her name but when I get it, I'll include it. These people are always out of multiple items. Practically the whole menu sometimes. It'll be 5pm and they're out of chips, salsas, guac, Chicken. It's the worst chipotle. read more

Muy rica la comida, y agregan suficiente comida, tiene bastante sabor y excelente servicio

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. We were visiting Everglades and wanted to do a quick grab for our lunch and we stopped by this place in the morning. They looked quite busy and had customers completely buzzing in and out. Luckily, both the staff and customers were still maintaining social distancing and wearing masks and there were no in-house eating but the outdoor dining was open. In my 6 years of eating at Chipotles across the US, I've never seen a Chipotle kitchen packed with staff like this location was. We got ourselves two boxes and were our way out after a quick checkout. The food was good and was to the standard of a typical Chipotle but the packaging was bit loose on one of the boxes that we had some sauce leaking out of it, by the time we opened it for lunch. read more

Food is hot, service is quick and ambiance is casual and noisy. Music is a bit loud. Tip might have a waiting time for food

Arrived at this location at 9:30, they close at 11pm. I waited in line for 20 mins to be told when I reached the front of the line that they were out of all proteins except carnitas and barbacoa. They were out of everything with a full house of customers and an hour and a half left till closing. I did not see staff cooking any steaks or replenishing any of the items they were out of. Not sure if they were short staffed or not but based on these reviews this location needs some improvements. At least put up a sign letting the customers know you're out of ingredients. :/ read more

Chips and queso were missing from order, went back into the restaurant. When I asked for the missing chips and queso, the girl slammed the quarter filled chip bag and barely filled queso container on the counter. Never said a word to me, I was polite and courteous asking for the missing items and also said thank you, which I did not get a response the entire interaction. Also, quacamole was missing from my wifes bowl. My chicken in my burrito was all wrong. Place is a joke, if you order here which I hope you don't. I've never written a review before, but the lady who served me my protein not only under-served the portions but was also completely rude. When I asked her if that was a double or half and half, she started getting smart with me. Her own colleagues were shocked by the way she was acting. I didn't catch her name, and I wish I had, because she shouldn't be working there. This will probably be the last time I eat at this location--$15 for a bowl that was half empty. read more

Food... good but like why are they always out of corn. Chipotle Mexican Grill - My burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and hot sauce on the side. - Mexican Near Me - Homestead, Florida

I gave it a one star simply because I had to walking into the chipotle in Homestead. The concrete is very dirty. When you go to get your condiments, none of the drinks are fooled up all the forks with a spoon, supposed to be the spoon supposed to be what a forks are, the garbage was over full flowingand I just feel like all the workers was in La La Land. I'm not gonna even post a picture. I just want the manager to pay closer detail on the all around aesthetics or whatever you wanna call it because it looks really bad in there for you, to only be there a couple of years very dirty. read more

Ordered online a couple of time since they opened in Homestead, little by little the service has gotten worse and worse for pickup orders. Always missing sides, barely have protein choice in our bowls, food is cold, and the newest ongoing issue, there is never any chips available even though you can add them to your cart and get charged! read more

Tough ordering from this place. Last order was for one Quesadilla with sour cream. It came without the sour cream. And chips and Guacamole came without the chips. Management doesn't care to improve the process so living 1 mile away I only order when desperate, which is maybe once a year and they still get it wrong. Sad. read more

Love the homestead pavilion but yesterday I was very disappointed by this chipotle location. I walk in at 11am which this location opens at 10:45, there's no line or wait to get my food and when I begin my order a bowl with white rice before i can say anything else I'm shocked to see that the tin of white rice is empty and I'm served the scraps on the bottom. I ask if i can get double rice because it didn't look satisfactory and to my surprise the employee tells me that i can't do that because they are all out of white rice that they need to make some. I tell her "disregard than" and walk out of the establishment completely unsatisfied. This place has been needing work from the they day opened to the present, They need change! read more

They give less food when you order pickup but when I go in person they give plenty for a good price

After getting food from this chipotle on many occasions, I am starting to believe the other reviews. I've placed one online order, but because it was all wrong, I will not do so again. My niece is a vegan and ordered vegan food and asked for a salad dressing. She was told they were all out of salad dressing. Ashe sat there, eating her meal, she saw somebody another customer that was paying for his food asked for a salad dressing, he was given a salad dressing. Needless to say, my niece was livid. She lives within walking distance, but now drives to the other Chipotle on De Anza. I think this store (on Homestead and De Anza) needs new management. read more

Pretty sure none of the employees here have worked at chipotle longer than 6 months because everyone moves slow and acts like they just started. Not sure if corporate training is a thing here but let me just say the service is terrible. 3 out of 3 times after placing an online order the wait time has been 30-40 minutes after the initial ready time. And every time I go to pick it up other frustrated customers are sharing the same experience and verbally expressed their discontent to me while waiting in the store. 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered from here my order had to be remade and they still f#cked it up. I think this last time hot salsa was put in my burrito out of spite 2/13/22. I can sympathize for the employees but there's no excuse to be so tardy. Lack of proper management has led this place to fall short of the margin. Having lived across the country in many different states I can safely say this is the worst chipotle I've ever been too. It's a common theme for the restaurant industry in the homestead area to so terrible so what can I say. People are on island time out here and most of the employees hate their lives and jobs. My advice if you order online give it 30 to 40 mins after said "ready time" to actually pick up your order. Also double check it before you leave the store. Maybe call corporate and explain how this place is tarnishing the company as a whole. read more

They are always out of chicken, when you order thru Uber the bowl in not even HALF full, the service is terrible and the management sucks here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My family and I are absolutely obsessed with chipotle. I was so disappointed with the customer service and rude experience from the employees. On 09/02/22 at around 9ish I went to pick up an online order for my family . They were out of almost everything (no a big deal as I understood it was late), the manager came to where the pick up stations was and the lady who was making the online orders calmly said there a f****** roach on your head. Which the manger grabbed the chipotle hat and slammed it against the wall where the food was being prepped. The roach was left there and no one picked it up nor was there an apology. read more

I honestly wish I could not give any stars, this location is just TRASH! The last experience I had at this location was terrible but it had been some time and this is the closest location to me so I decided to give it another try. It was last Friday, I placed my order online since I ordered a quesadilla and that item can only ordered online well they made that incorrectly, I also had ordered a side of queso and chips and was informed when I picked up my order that they had run of both since the early afternoon. How can an establishment run out of these two items such early on in the day!!!!!! Plus there was trash all over the restaurant, and all the tables were dirty and left with trays! I really think Chipotle management should evaluate and see what's going on in this location, they have lost a loyal customer!!!!! read more

I walked into chipolte looking for a scrumptious meal. I was let down. I haven't tried the food yet but they didn't have forks. I have to try and eat my bowl with a god forsaken spoon.
