First time ever to a Chipotle and the server was amazingly polite and detailed in the different flavors offered. When I told her I wasn't into spicy, she steered me clear of those options but still explained what they were. The serving of pork was surprisingly very large with large pieces of the meat. She even put the sauces/sour cream/guacamole on the side in my bowl so I could dip rather than be immersed in them. It's unusual to purchase a "fast food" item and have the actual meal look just it does in the ads. Very impressed and happy with my first time experience. read more

We made a catering order two days in advance and when we went to pick it up at our time they hadn't even started making it! Then they took 20 minutes to make i! Also when they were taking their extra time to make it they ran out of what we ordered and offered us something else and still gave us and up charge! Terrible management and service, a waste of money I do not recommend save your money and go to Pita Way next-door or Jersey Mike's! read more

This place is disgusting and filthy. Ate here to find the tables are almost never cleaned between customers. Worst of all, I went to the restroom after I ate and was appalled by how unsanitary it was. It's evident the men's room hasn't been cleaned in WEEKS as the toilet bowl is stained yellow from never even being brushed. The toilet and seat were covered in pubic hair, feces, and urine. Even the sink, where people are supposed to clean their hands, was absolutely filthy. If this is how unsanitary their bathrooms are, imagine what the rest of the restaurant is like, where they make your food... absolutely disgusted after leaving this restaurant. read more

Four stars if I was just rating my experience on the the delicious bowls we got, one star though if I was to rate the overall customer service. I usually try and understand and respect workers since we all have rough days, but something about hearing someone audibly complain because I'm asking for too many toppings and then be unnaturally upset that I requested fruit for my sons side, just felt a bit ridiculous. I will be most likely returning to chipotle since I love their food, but I doubt if I'll be returning to this one. read more

I have been to this location 3 times. The service is continually horrible, they always seem to never have white rice or chicken. We waited the last time for chicken and it took the cook 20 minutes to cut it up after taking it off the grill. My bowl was essentially soup after I asked for the line crème and sour cream. They only have one person working the line and are more focused on online orders. The facility is not clean and seems like there is a lack of care for the stores appearance. I will never go back to this facility. The Qdoba across the street is clean and has good service. read more

I have always loved chipotle. But, I have been to this store twice and they have consistently given small servings/have forgotten to add beans (a big deal when you order a veggie bowl and beans are the main protein). The service has been bare minimum- one employee did not utter a word while we interacted with them to pick up our order and merely handed the bag over without making eye contact. The store seems burnt out and under staffed. Will not be returning to this location unfortunately. read more

Order from mobile app, with pick up time 2:30. 1 honey chicken burrito, 1 barbacoa burrito bowl, chips and queso (cinco de mayo special), and fountain drink. Arrived at 2:32 to the location and i didn't see my order at the mobile app shelves. Checked the app and it says my order is ready. Sat in the front table and waited for about 10 mins because there was a line. There are 2 other ladies arrived and waiting for their mobile app order. No one seems to ask the 2 ladies standing next to the shelves if they needed help. So as soon as the cashier was slightly free, i told the cashier that theres 3 of us waiting for our mobile app order. The cashier asked me whats my name so he gave me my order and then he helped the next lady. The worst part is that when i had my order, there's NO HONEY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN MEAT ON MY BURRITO. It was just rice, beans, corn salsa and the tortilla. NO FREAKIN MEAT!! Also, I DIDN'T GET ANY CHIPS FOR THE CHIPS AND QUESO CINCO DE MAYO SPECIAL. NO DRINK TOO!! So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! Please triple check your mobile app order because the employees don't seem to care about your food!! Wont come back here for sure!! read more

Do NOT order thru the app during the lunch hour. Not because they are overly busy, but because there's this black guy doing to go orders who will not give what you paid for. This time it's my kids quesadilla meal. Notice there's no quesadillas . Literally 3rd time in a row and I go because it's close to me but yes no thanks. read more

This place sucks. End of story. Shut it downnnn. Attitude from staff. Always dirty. Need anything else??

My family ate here April 26th, 2026 in the afternoon. They were out of rice. The staff was not friendly at all. There was food on every table in the dining area and the floor was sticky and looked like people had been brushing their food on the floor all day. You couldn't step anywhere without stepping on food. The trash bins were overflowing onto the floor also. If it wasn't for taking an hour to figure where everyone wanted to eat, I would've spent my $65 somewhere else. read more

Sad that one of the more reliable restaurants let my down. I ordered a salad to be delivered to me and the amount of salsa and sour cream added was odd. I haven't been to Chipotle in quite awhile. I was excited to stop by and get my old fav salad with Barbacoa...the dressing is my favorite. The server fills the bowl of lettuce with very minimal amounts. I noticed I do not see the dressing, which I found out they were out of. It was bummer, but I loved the bowls, too, so I was not too sad. I ordered the bowl with Barbacoa, which they put the tiniest amount of, I wanted both beans so they put a scant amount of each on the rice and asked if I wanted to pay more for double beans, I declined. I added extra guac, which had good flavor, but for real Chiptole $2.50 extra? I was so bummed with the bowl, the rice was so bland and just really had no flavor. I don't think I will go back. Chipotle was always my choice over Qdobam, but no longer. I still like the layout/vibe of Chipotle vs Qdoba, but Qdoba has so much more flavor and mentally I don't feel nickel and dimed. I also felt so rush by the staff, she was just moving so fast, which I get, but it wasn't that busy and just did not give me a second to even think about what I wanted to add into the bowl. read more

The girl who made my burrito was kinda rude and seemed to have a problem with me. Kept looking at me like i was stupid or give me a condescending response whenever i would ask for something. Also did a poor job wrapping my burrito so it keeps dripping while i eat in my car because i was too uncomfortable to eat in there after such bad service. Burrito is good at least. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - She left the corner exposed. she probably needs to relearn how to use more foil or something - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

After going to get dinner, i am leaving absolutely appalled. The lady working there who may be the manager - not sure was screaming at everyone working and screaming so the whole restaurant can hear. She was clearly at least 5-10 year older than the other kids working there and was beyond rude and embarrassing them. Also was training someone new. Used the word "dickface". Absolutely disgusting behavior and she needs to apologize to everyone working and be fired immediately. SHAME. ON. HER. read more

This location always skimps on portion sizes for delivery/DoorDash orders. I've ordered from them several times through DoorDash, and my veggie bowl always only be half full. This last time was especially egregious - I actually counted the number of beans and it was 12! A tiny squiggle of sour cream, and a dash of cheese. Why am I paying so much money for only half (or less) of what I should I be getting? If you go in person, it's totally different. Employees on the Chipotle Reddit have stated that it's common practice at some locations to shortchange people who order online to try to save money - looks like this location is one of them. Avoid ordering online from them! read more

This has to be one of the worst Chipotles in the state. Regularly out of items, understaffed/slow and honestly dirty AF.

Nothing like being super excited to get a burrito and get half way down the line and there are no peppers. If i were okay with being a bad customer, i would have just walked out. Literally the part that makes the burrito whole and good. Instead, i leave with a pit in my stomach in regret. Thanks Chipotle for that. I doubt you are ever out of the items you specifically charge extra for like guac, and queso. I find it hard to believe there are consistent supply chain issues. Maybe its management? Not sure, but I would expect a franchise with established practices to uphold a certain standard. I have learned this lesson perhaps for the last time. Disappointed. Edit: upon eating the burrito, i cannot believe i paid $15 for a burrito with barely any steak. And the steak i do have is chewy/ grizzly. I love a good burrito and this thing seriously sucks! I want my money back. read more

The cashier was very rude. She not only started to yell, she would not look or would not speak to me, when trying to get an answer on a hidden sign of no change at all, that patrons could not see. How can a Food restaurant not have any change at 2:00 pm? Or know how to hang signs? Or better yet, let patrons know that they do not have change? Instead of standing inline, ordering your food, being embarrassed because you do not have exact change! Then being treated like you're not a person! read more

This is actually insane at this point. Everyday I would order the same exact thing, chicken, rice and fajita veggies. I ordered pickup everyday after the gym because I lived an hour out of town and it was nearby for a quick meal. EVERY single time, I would never get fajita veggies. I complained after a few weeks (which I don't like to do but it was getting outrageous) and basically was just given a "sorry we'll fix it next time". Fast forward a year later since I've gotten it, and I ordered two bowls just meat veggies and rice, and once again. No veggies on either. Still after all this time. Whatever the issue is they need to get it together. That's crazy that this is still happening. read more

This is a terrible Chipotle. Every time I go, it's a toss-up if I'll stay or go before I order. There's only ever one person serving, and they always go slower than a stoned sloth. The line is always to the door, and people leave left and right after waiting so long. The garbage is usually overflowing, the place is dirty, and the staff look miserable. Whoever runs this place needs a lesson in management. I wish there were another Chipotle close to me because this one is rubbish. What an embarrassment. read more

This is the closest Chipotle from me. I used to love Chipotles food. Every time I order on the mobile app my order is messed up. This last time the rice was missing in my bowl (HUGE mistake) and I they also gave me a coke instead of a sprite. Also, the chicken was so salty that you couldn't even eat it. I've never eaten chicken this salty in my life. It was so challenging to get a customer rep on the phone and all they did was give me a free entre and a free drink. But, that means I still have to pay the DoorDash fees and tip the new driver. Horrible experience and every time I get chipotle at this location it gets worse. This was my last visit. Do not eat here. read more

For someone that frequents this location multiple times a week- the customer service tonight was a capital YIKES. My fiance and I walked in, there were 4 employees (including a manager) talking up near the register as we approached the front- not one of them greeted us (or the woman behind us). We stood there for 3-4 minutes without even being looked at so I finally said "Hello" We were greeted with extreme agitation, as if we were inconveniencing them by wanting to order....food... at a place that sells....food. My fiance looked at me and asked if I wanted to go somewhere else and I said yes. As we turned around, the woman behind us said "yeah I'm also leaving that was ridiculous I watched the whole interaction" The three of us left. 3 customers lost. This is a sad review for me to write because we go here quite a bit and usually have a great experience but tonight was most certainly not great. Not all was lost- tacos el cunado came through for us read more

This location (most Chipotles to be honest) are a disaster that is being run into the ground. It's not the staff's fault. Whoever is in charge should be fired. Untrained staff. Your Rockford MI location should be a complete embarrassment to the franchise! The staff has no customer service skills. They routinely "clear" items over a half an hour early and I have been personally victimized by their ineptitude twice and witness to them demeaning another customer once. They literally said to a paying customer " if you don't feel we do it right, why do u come back?" And pushed him out the door. Ridiculous! TonightI asked for just the first name of the manager and all four employees stood mute while the true leader, an unpleasant young lady said "you can leave" I said "well, you can call the cops because there's still a half an hour until you close and I'd like to wait". If you want your brand to sustain, perhaps review the hiring at your individual franchises. I will share this experience on every platform of social media and By word of mouth. Big fail tonight and I can only assume many nights! read more

This chipotle is constantly out of almost everything. The food line looks terrible and the whole restaurant is always dirty.

As an employee who worked there for approximately 4 months and just quit...the place was an absolute disaster! The place has failed so many health audits for the workplace. Everything there is completely disgusting. The manager plays inappropriate music when the food place is for families to come in and eat. It's unacceptable. Legit heard so many people say the place is horrible including the next door restaurant that is linked to the complex building of chipotle. read more

I swear they do not use salt or citrus juice at this location. It always tastes so bland. I get the same thing weekly from this location, and it's always inconsistent. I always have to add salt when I get home. Meat is usually under cooked. Portions are skimpy. They are always out of something, and staff is never flexible about it (hey we'll add it at the end/I'll bend down and change this salsa so you don't have to get the literal scraps at the bottom) nope. Nothing. Been treated like crap by multiple staff members here too, so much that my husband now goes in. I refuse to. Take the time to train your staff. Chipotle used to be really good, now my husband and I are considering other options. Edit- I've contacted your corporate AI before and was led in circles. I'm not interested. Train your staff. Your grill staff obviously has no clue what they are doing. Your line staff is rude. Chips are always over cooked and bland with no salt or citrus juice. If you're lucky to get fajita veggies? They are usually undercooked and under seasoned. This location clearly has ZERO standards or accountability for staff. read more

I walked in at 6:10. I understand it is a busy hour as I also work in the food industry. But the Manager was prioritizing their door dash/pickup line rather than their inshop line. Which the inshop line had a line out the door. In my experience you should always serve the customer that is there in front of you first rather than the ones that are not even there yet. I waited for 30 minutes and decided to leave as I had not moved one spot. A conversation with the manager about dealing with the customers who are present and the customers who are not present clearly needs to happen. read more

The girl ringing up my order and bagging my food was new or incompetent. I had 3 bowls and a bag of chips for my order. She put my bowls in the bag sideways. I only figured that out because when I got outside, sauce had leaked down the front of my jeans and shirt and all over the parking lot. They apologized and remade it for me but they said it in a way like they were doing me a favor. Absolutely you're remaking it for me because it spilled everywhere. This location is the most conveniently located for me, but I won't be going here again. They are usually dirty, long lines, out of food, and portions are not consistent with other chipotle locations. This seems to be a trend among other reviews as well. This particular time, it's just before 2pm, so it's well after the lunch rush is over. No chicken, corn salsa is out, and no ice. Other customers were told it would be a 3 minute wait for chicken-- I was told I could order anything but chicken, which is what I came for. I always leave this location disappointed, so I won't hold my breath that anything will change anytime soon. read more
