Just moved to the area, I stopped in on three different occasions, first was no chips available although they make them from scratch and could have stocked up the day before, 2nd was no lettuce, 3rd was no vegetables and it smells horrible in there every time. I expect a veggie bowl with veggies and lettuce with a side of chips every time I choose to spend money at chipotle. I left the 2nd time and went to my usual chipotle (Deptford, Voorhees, Barrington) my 3rd time I went to WINGSTOP and from the moment you walk in they greet you nicely and wing stop smells so much better. I will never walk in Blackwood's Chipotle ever again they are unprofessional, young minded and not cleanly with no pride in their job. I'm absolutely THRILLED to have a Chipotle ten minutes flat from my house! My usual of half chicken & half steak burrito did not disappoint - it was packed as usual, and it held up pretty darn well (I don't cut it - I like to get in there and eat it with just my two bare hands!) Delicious! Yes, I know the guacamole costs extra, but $15 for a burrito?! Yikes! The other ding was the hair on the first table that I almost sat it. I touched it because I thought it may have been a scratch, but nope ... So, I feel mixed overall (the rest of the tables looked clean, the food selection area looked great, and the hand sanitizers were full, but seeing hair really "skieves" me out), but know I'll be back regardless every now and again b/c I LOVE Chipotle burritos - I'll probably skip the guac though to save a few dollars. I'm so upset. I've been eating at chipotle for many years in Philadelphia. I was so happy to see one open near me. My husband has never eaten at any chipotle and he was skeptical. However tonight we worked long and hard in our yard and we were starved I talked him into eating at chipotle. When we got there it was 9 and they were out of all rices guacamole and sour cream. We were not offered anything in exchange but we kept going. Unfortunately the food was so cold that the cheese never melted and it was like eating a Mexican popsicle. We also got chips which are my favorite so that's what I ended up eating. I know it's new I know it's early in the game but a chain is a chain. Get it together. Came in around 8p to get some food before work. This is my 3rd time trying to eat at this location . Lady in front of me announced they had no cheese , corn , brown rice , chicken or steak. Don't listen to these other reviews, they're all just whining pure and simple. This place ALWAYS hooks it up with extra protein. This is the best store in the area. They are understaffed but still go above and beyond to please the customer. This woman was berating them tonight for being out of certain options when it was 9:45 PM which is beyond their control. Even when she was being incredibly rude and making all these immature comments the staff still helped her and provided exemplary service. Just got my order today that cost me like $26 and I tell you, I will never order this place again! Order once before and I totally forgot that they did the same thing they did today... Got me a burrito bowl it wasn't even touching the top, it was half full... Really! And I order the cheese quesadillas they usually come 3 pieces I only got 2! They're extremely stingy! I ordered from this chipotle plenty of times and a majority of times my order was wrong. I only return for the ease and hoping they would get better because they were new. This is my last time going to this one. I ordered two burritos online. My fiancé picked up the order and brought them home. He didn't check the order before leaving HOWEVER it is not the customers' responsibility to ensure accuracy. One burrito was labeled for another order. So be it, I drove this time and we had them remake the burrito we thought to be missing. Once we got home, I started to eat the one labeled mine. After the first bite, I immediately knew it wasn't mine, and it had sofritos. I have extreme stomach sensitivities to soy. So once again, I drove there for the 3rd time to get it sorted. The worker looked at me crazy and the manager was dismissive, asking "well what do you want us to do?" I requested a new burrito, which was made then but I was told that I'd have to reach out online for a refund. I used to work at an establishment similar to this one, it is VERY possible for a shift manager to give someone a return but so be it.
