terrible, didn't even fill my bowl up, took 5 bites and it's gone, teach your workers how to actually work. My friend who also ordered the bowl got a small portion of protein, LIKE WHAT IS THE WHOLE POINT OF HAVING PROTEIN WHEN YOURE NOT GOING FILL HER BOWL UP!!!! she Spent $14 just for a small portions???!!! Never coming here again

    Line to the door

My husband and I were excited when the new Chipotle opened in our area, but unfortunately, our experiences have been consistently disappointing. We've visited three times now, and each time has been chaotic. Most recently, we went on Wednesday at 5 PM--prime dinner time. The line was almost out the door, and it took over 15 minutes just to place our order. The crew behind the counter seemed very stressed and overwhelmed, while both managers sat in the dining room having a casual conversation. They did not step in to help, which came across as unprofessional and indifferent to their team's struggles. On a positive note, Makita at the register was excellent--friendly, professional, and efficient. Honestly, she showed more leadership than the managers on duty. Chipotle would do well to recognize her potential. We enjoy Chipotle and want to support our local restaurant, but this location is severely lacking in leadership and organization. I hope to see improvements soon, because right now, it's falling far short of expectations.

    Build Your Own Burrito Bowl

I want to start off by saying I had good intentions when I found this bug in my food. I assumed maybe the lettuce wasn't washed well, and it was a one-off situation. However, reading Google reviews of this place and seeing other photos has me genuinely concerned about the food safety of this location. The chips were all undercooked as well, but I would've been fine if that was the only issue. I tried calling this location to see if I could just go to a different location and have the bowl remade. The number is not in service. Reading other Google reviews showed the same thing happened when other customers tried calling. There is 0 reason why the store number should not be in service after months of operation. So instead, my husband called customer service and spoke to Erika from their corporate office. She gave us two free entrees and two free bags of chips next time we go to a chipotle. Thank you to Erika for trying to make it right.

For this occasion we ordered: Bone in ribeye: 4/5- the 20oz steak was perfectly cooked with a charred flavor, but I personally think it's missing butter and some rosemary. As for the mashed potatoes, it was finely grated and mashed and was just divine to eat Salmon carpaccio 3/5- the ponzu flavor was light and not too overwhelming and thought it was great sauce. However, the deduction comes in the way the salmon was cut. For sure if the Salmon were thinly slice vs chucks, I would've gave this dish a higher score. Cutting it in chucks had this mushy texture Ceviche 5/5- this ceviche was delicious. Right amount of seasoning, and with that hint of coconut it complimented the fish and shrimp to perfection As for the service, definitely could've used some improvement. Our server was slow and didn't come often to pick up our dishes or ask us how we are doing. We were the ones that constantly had to wave her down to get help

Parking was a breeze, and since there were three of us (including one never-full teenager ), we went for the Mexi-Q Platter and added an extra birria taco so everyone could try one. It absolutely lived up to the hype! The surprise standout? The brisket tostada--sooooo flavorful and satisfying on every level! We also loved the sausage link, Mexi-Q twinkies (aka smoked jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, then wrapped in bacon ), and honestly, everything we tried was a hit. For sides, we ordered Grandma's Calabacitas (a yummy squash veggie mix), roasted cream elote, and Julio's mac n' cheese (which I skipped, but the guys were big fans). We wrapped up this phenomenal meal with their GF banana pudding (they offer both GF and regular options), and it was seriously scrumptious--such a treat to have a gluten-free dessert that feels just as special! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive. They double-checked that everything we ordered (minus the mac n' cheese) was gluten-free, which is always such a relief. It means so much when a place truly understands gluten and can clearly guide you on what's safe. We sat outside and soaked up the beautiful weather--it was the perfect setting for such a fun and tasty meal! An easily awarded and well deserved

Great sign as I'm sure it was even busier later after 2 pm when their Taco Tuesday starts. Parking was plentiful about a block away behind the buildings in the parking lot. There's also a parking structure nearby. As soon as we sat someone came out with chips and salsa. I was pleased to see they have a happy hour menu daily until 6 pm. I ordered the Joyride Margarita and shrimp ceviche from the HH menu. Margarita was good, you could taste the alcohol and the tajin rim was tasty. The ceviche was great with a good amount of shrimp and avocado, very flavorful. Both were great considering they were only $6 each. For entrees we ordered the SoCal Burrito and the Beast Burrito. The SoCal Burrito was really good, and there was a lot of big shrimps. The al pastor was a bit salty as was the carne asada in the Beast Burrito but it wasn't too bad. We also ordered one crispy fish taco which was good and came with a heaping scoop of guacamole. I really enjoyed the side salad that comes with the burritos! It had huge corn nuts which was a nice surprise. All in all their menu could be a tad larger (I was hoping for burrito bowls or a fish burrito) but their food is pretty tasty. Our server was very nice and checked in on us just the right amount of times, offering more chips and salsa as soon as we needed it. Parking is easy and there is a lot of outdoor seating, which we needed since we had our dog with us. We'll definitely be back!
