Ordered a burrito via Grubhub. No issues with delivery. However, when I opened the bag and reached inside I found the burrito to be ice cold. The aluminum wrapper was cold. I opened it to find the burrito was ice cold through and through. It's as though it was in a refrigerator and then removed and put in my bag. Grubhub said they could do nothing about it. I contacted Chipotle customer service and was told since I ordered through Grubhub it's not their problem and can do nothing about it. I came in during a lunch rush. Maybe 3-5 orders in front of me with 3-5 behind me. Service was quick and kind. They let me have my burrito in a bowl which was great because I was stuffed. Walked in and ordered two keto steak bowls. The young woman behind the counter asked me if I wanted white or brown rice. I told her there was no rice in the keto bowls. She had no idea how to make the bowls. I had to pull up the menu on my phone and give her the ingredients. Next, she pulls a container of salad out from the cooler and it was a disgusting, rotten, brown mess. She tells me they were out of the salad but could use the lettuce used for tacos, which was also rotten but on the prep table being served to customers (see photo). I politely declined to eat the rotting lettuce and then the manager comes out and was completely indifferent and basically tells me if I didn't want the rotting lettuce that I should leave. No offer to make me something else, no apology, nothing. In addition, the store was filthy. It's no wonder there was a total of 4 people in the store during lunchtime on a Saturday. Went to get food on March 18th at 8:00pm and they were closed no sign stating why they closed 2 hours earlier, corporate may need to look into this. I called to complain because I found a long blonde hair in my burrito bowl ( I have jet black hair) and when I called to complain the female (supposed) manager told me that I have no proof it wasn't mine. I decided to get a double chicken bowl at Chipotle after working out. I was greeted when i arrived despite the business. During my order, when I asked for double chicken I noticed the employee gave me a very small amount. I knew that I could get it figured out at the end of my order. As I got rung up by a pink-haired cashier, she rushed me along with no eye contact and a negative attitude. When I explained I didn't get double chicken she mumbled and gestured to the front of the line. Our whole family was watching the space where they changed the Jewelry store to a Chipotle, overall total plus for Frankfort. I've been here quite a few times already and picked up food to take back to the office. The burrito bowl was great each time, the place is clean and everyone is polite and efficient. First week of the new year and I'm off enjoying the last of my 2010 vacation days. Doing some of my favorite things, going out to eat with my family, getting caught up on some TV shows and just plain lounging around the old homested. My wife and I had a couple of errands to run and figured we would stop for some lunch. We have not yet been to the new Chipotle in Frankfort. I loved the Chipotle in Orland the few times we have stopped there. The youngest two also loved Chipotle. My wife though is not a huge fan, she actually prefers Taco Fresco in Tinley. So as good parents we not only order ourselves some food but also some food to go for the kids. I ordered the Burrito and for my selections I got the Flour tortilla, the cilantro-lime rice, the black beans, braised barbacoa, grilled steak, guacamole (which cost $1.80 extra), salsa, cheese and sour cream. Man this was good! Also quite filling as I took probably a third of it home to enjoy later. My wife ordered the Salad, which came with, chopped romaine lettuce with braised carnitas, guacamole (again $1.80 extra), cheese and freshly made chipotle-honey vinaigrette. Maria let me try her salad and it was very fresh and delicious. She also could not finish her salad so I again had some for later. For our three at home kids we ordered three more Burritos. Which they all devoured and said they loved! I actually thought the food was not as spicy and a little bit more bland then the times we had food at the Orland location. Maria actually enjoyed it more that it was blander. She always thought the Orland location was a bit too spicy for her tastes. She does still think the Taco Fresco restaurant is better, I definitely disagree with her on that though. I like Taco Fresco but I like Chipotle more! So our total bill for four burritos (including the $1.80 extra for guacamole), one salad, a bag of chips and guacamole and two small sodas came to roughly $43 dollars. The service is very friendly and the restaurant itself is very clean. I would say both my wife and I highly recommend Chipotle restaurants as a good spot for some fine Mexican food. read more

As a Chipolte lover, I've given this particular one numerous tries and I am always disappointed. I've tried to do my online order early enough to have minimal interaction, and I am still left waiting. Tonight my experience was again disappointing. There were 8 employees working and one girl on the line and one cashiering. The other 6 employees I saw were loafing, changing the music, talking to friends while I waited for my single order. The back office is piled up with boxes, items on display (bags of chips and drinks) were not stocked, and there seemed to be a lot to do. Unfortunately, there aren't many locations in this area, so since I love the food I may have to return. :( read more
