Recently I went in and got a burrito from an online order that was barley bigger than my palm, and when I confronted the staff they looked me straight in the face and told me that's the potion sizes that are normal and my joke of a burrito was the norm. The staff at this location are truly top notch caring gentlemen! I took my mom and dad to this location the other day, and neither of them had ever been to a Chipotle before. The food assemblers enthusiastically explained every option to my folks and answered every question with a true interest to inform the customer! I was beyond impressed. The decor inside is a hip modern-lodge style, providing for a relaxing "fast-casual" meal we all enjoyed. The 1.95 charge for the guacamole was worth it, and the vegetarian sofritas topping was delicious. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered a cheese quesadilla, was told it doesn't come with anything which is weird because the menu says it comes with chips and milk or juice for $4. Figure just the quesadilla would be less money so fine. Then I see that it rings up a $7.90. Literally a flour shell and some cheese. That can't be right. Asked and was told that the $4 one is a kids quesadilla. There is no other quesadilla on the menu so why would it be assumed I wanted something that wasn't on the menu. Misunderstandings happen, but the response wasn't an apology, it wasn't an offer to make it right. The girl tossed the quesadilla on the trash and told me that its my fault because I didn't specify that I wanted a "kids cheese quesadilla". There is literally only one quesadilla on the menu. Interior - what you would expect from any Chipotle'. The interior was very clean and trendy. Especially impressed as the lunch rush had just ended and all areas were clean. Staff - the staff was very courteous and friendly. I made an error on my end while ordering and the employee assisting me made no fuss or big deal about it. Everyone looked like they were having fun and that they got along with one another. Food - I ordered a bowl. The bowl consisted of lettuce, chicken, fajita mix, cheese, medium salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. Pricing - No tricks here, my colleagues and I were and out of here within 30 minutes. I spent under $9 and left extremely satisfied. I am sure I will be back at this Chipotle' again. read more

Other chipotle stores provide an adequate catering amount which creates a happy get together with family and friends. Haven't eaten Chipotle in years. Order ahead. Arrive on time. Restaurant not very busy. Wait 20 minutes while periodically being asked if I'm the web order and watch walk-ins get served. Keep being given extra drink cups by a different employee each time with random sizes. A burrito is made, but old tortilla is discarded with some of the toppings, and most contents dumped into a new tortilla. Why not remake it? Burrito is bagged. More stuff is being put in the bag. Keep waiting. Five minutes later bag handed to me. Tell cashier I'm not sure I want it. Manager comps meal, but it takes another five minutes. I note the misery on the faces of the employees. Take food home. The tacos are wrong, there's no dressing on the salad, and the burrito tastes weird due to the rewrapping which removed most of the sour cream, cheese, and milder sauces. Everything is cold. Family unhappy with the quasi-random order, but free is free. Eat my odd burrito concerned with the sustainability of this business model. Words can not describe how bad the management at this location is... I sometimes have to have dinner late due to work and chipotle is my usual 1st choice but do not bother going in anytime past 8. Now i know that is close to closing time but the lack of customer care and hospitality is ridiculous. They never have guac past this time nor all the choices they have. I used to work for the food industry in the past and management would not let employees to early clean to offer the full experience to customers at anytime. The employees are not at fault but the managers are. Tonight there was a manager on duty at 9pm and he had no problem tell me they're out of guac and corn an hour before closing time like usual, not only that he did not have an apron on and the workers around him were using food utensils without gloves. And i'm fully aware that they close at 10 but if i'm going to pay $13+ for food i would expect to get what i'm paying for. So mangers of chipotle in estero if you see this please take notes and do what you're supposed to do and teach your employees how to properly prepare for the night instead of instead of letting lazy habits to continue. I've given Chipotle at the University [Gulfcoast Town Center] in Estero two tries and will NEVER go back. It was filthy inside and outside dining area. It was mid-day with a small line And a large staff standing around. Every single table was dirty inside. No one was wiping the tables down as people were finishing their meals. So we went outside to eat and all of those tables were dirty as well. We even mentioned to the staff that every table was dirty with no action taken on their part. Outside, we wiped down our own table before sitting down. The trash bin was overflowing with birds dragging out the overflow food. Totally disgusting. At the filling area, there were two forks to choose from, no lids for the drinks, and the counter needed cleaned. My dinner partner ordered the pork and she received a bowl full of pure fat and gristle that was not eatable. She returned to the counter for a pork exchange and did not even get an apology. We figured the manager was absent this day because of lack of action in keeping the place clean, especially with Covid still going on. But I will never, ever give them another chance to make up for their lack of cleanliness. Never. I would suggest you go to another Chipotle location, or even another chain, for lunch. read more

I love this Chipotle! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered a Burrito Box on later notice then they typically allow, but because it was for a slow day the put the order through. I spoke with the manager, Brian, and he was great! When I went to pick up my order I was about 10 minutes early, so I didn't expect them to be finished. Brian told me they were finishing up and offered me a drink and chips while I waited, which I thought was so nice since I was early. Once it was ready he reviewed everything with me and offered to help me to my car. I really appreciated his initiative to ask me if I needed help, instead of waiting for me to ask.
