I usually like chipotle but today it was not that great. The rice for my chipotle bowl was not fully cooked.

Love chipotle. Don't think I've ever had a bad chipotle...until today. Everything not cooked right and nothing fresh at all. Spit out the steak it was so bad lol thought I would get food poisoning. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Carnitas/Guac Bowl - Mexican Near Me - Davenport, Iowa

My wife has celiac disease and must eat a gluten free diet. She specifically asked for corn tacos and verified she was being given corn taco shells. Apparently the server thought she was asking for corn in the tacos, even though it was the first step in the order line. She was given flour tacos. Upon biting into them she questioned what they were; she approached the staff and was told they were indeed flour. No remedy was offered. She threw the taco shells away and ate the filling. Before leaving the restaurant she asked to talk to the manager and was only offered excuses as to why they screwed up the order - - - no apology for serving her food that makes her sick. Our experience was totally unacceptable - - - don't look for us to return to a Chipotle again. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is not the first time i've had a not great experience here. Not only were they very short with the food they give you for the price but the lady standing by the cashier was very rude, rolled her eyes numerous times. For $20 this was an unreal and unacceptable experience. read more

I usually have Chipotle when I'm looking for Mexican style casual food/healthy option. - Excess salt in my bowl ; please ensure to not go heavy on salt in bowls - The nacho and guac were good - They have good drink options - Service was quick and didn't dine in ; doordash , but recommend for quick lunch or dinner read more

Went in just now (a little after 9pm) to see if the situation improved. They were out of fajitas again AND out of guac. Probably won't ever go back. read more

I have been ordering the quesadilla on door dash and it comes in a full burrito but in the shape of a square. I thought that was normal until I went in and asked for one, the first guy told me their machine was down. Went back in and the guy told me to not order it if they were busy, he still made it but made me feel bad for ordering something on the menu. It was much larger in size like half of a whole burrito! We haven't door dashed chipotle in a few weeks and I ordered my quesadilla and it was empty... the corn wasn't full, the sour cream 1/4 full, and they were in the small plastic containers. I'm very upset because it's $11.00 and I barely got any food. The service that the Elmore location is absolutely awful. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Suppose to be a chicken Quesadilla - Mexican Near Me - Davenport, Iowa

Excellent customer service! We were late on a Saturday evening and the servers were very nice even though they were busy, probably short staffed and tired. Thank you! read more

Should have had a sign on the door that said "no sour cream " instead of telling you after you have made it down the line, no discount for running out - and rude disregard - who does the planning and ordering for the restaurant - do they know that there is a Target next door???? Will not be back to this location! read more

I love chipotle and my wife and I have been going for years. The one in Davenport is awful. The food is always sub par compared to other stores and they are always out of something. Like today, no white rice or fresh tomato salsa!?!? Like come on these are simple things that are available everywhere and not some supply chain issue. I don't know if the manager doesn't know how to manage or if we just no longer go to chipotle, which is a big bummer! Zero stars for service! read more

Terrible food. Rice was loaded with water, got about 7 tiny pieces of steak 8 dollars for a half bag of chips & some queso, my wife & i even ordered water & our bill was still $38 not to mention the cross contamination of them combining new & old food & the food service area was filthy. #neveragain read more

I've gone to chipotle for years. Always a great quick meal. Just moved to Davenport and am extremely disappointed in this Chipotle. The staff never fails to mess up my order. The seem distracted every time I go in. They always add something I don't ask for every single time, in front of my face. The quality of the ingredients at this Chipotle is terrible. Guac is never good. Rice is always undercooked and hard. Every single time. I always hope that it's just one-off mistakes but at this point I am losing hope. Time to give up on this Chipotle. Hope they can figure it out at some point read more

Normally I go to the chipotle in moline which is always good but this time I tired the one in Davenport and got the same thing I always get. It tastes really bland. I got chicken, brown rice, pico, corn, hot sauce, cheese, and sour cream. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Davenport, Iowa

Found out that they are still telling people that they have a late truck and lying about their inventory it has nothing to do with a Late truck and everything to do with that store has a p. Everybody should call customer service like I did it they will take care of you.. days later they still do not have food and have no signs on the door that they're lacking inventory until you get to the end. read more

I was here for takeaway. Ordered a burrito and a bowl. Both were delicious. The staff was quick and attentive. The store was clean and quick in service. The store is visible from the main road too, except for the trees! read more

Everything was great. I like the way they wrap the quesadillas. The guacamole was sweet and I like it because it has tomatoes in it. And they've never done anything bad to me. My brother Lukie likes it and my dad loves it. That's why. -Xavier (age 6 1/2) read more

Their quesadilla press is ALWAYS broken. Their staff is nasty and rude. They need to get their act together !

Food is pretty good. However, sign on the door is deceptive with no indications that the dining room is still closed, only that they are practicing social distancing. Dining room appears open with chairs at tables and nothing blocked off. Asked to leave when we sat down. Would not have entered and purchased overly-priced food, just to sit in the car to eat during thunderstorms. Get it together, Chipotle.... it's not hard to communicate read more

As far as Chipotles go, this one is a good one. Clean, friendly and fast service. The outdoor area is nice, too. It's in a busy area but kind of out of the chaos, which made it pleasant to eat outside. Only complaint I will give is the ladies room, which had garbage on the floor and only two stalls, one of which was for disabled people and out of t.p. The other one had a door that closed inwards. read more

I order from this restaurant all the time one door dash and everytime it is so messed up they never put the correct toppings like guacamole or Queso. This time they forgot too even put the meat I think they just don't care about the delivery meals because it dosent come back on them it comes back on door dash. read more

Ordered a burrito bowl. Black beans, chicken, sofritas (didn't know it was considered a 'meat'), salsa, no cheese and some guac. Rang up at an astonishing $11.32. Holy crap. That's the price of TWO! Not coming back. Not worth it. read more

I dont know if its just this chipotle but the quality has gone down sooo much. The employees give you such a side eye just for ordering and the portion they give you is so small its not worth the price anymore. Save your money and go to Qdobo or anywhere else. read more

Took a little bit to find it. Have never been here before. Awesome food. Awesome service. Healthy options for a decent price! We will be back! Glad we found it! read more

Food is always good and fresh. Staff is nice. Steak is a little spicy just a warning to those who are sensitive to spicy food. Carnitas are very good. A little expensive for the size of the bowl and salad. Burritos have gotten smaller over the years of opening but all in all a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. read more

Having moved back from Colorado where I found my love for chipotle I was glade we finally have one in davenport... I've waited a very long time I try this place since ive been home... I finally made it to Chipotle today... The staff was very off putting. It wAs extremely uncomfortable trying to pick what I wanted as I was being stared down by the tortilla dude... Finally when I ordered I felt like someone hit fast forward because they rushed me out of there before I could even blink. Also what's up with all half portions half a scoop of beans, sofritas, salsa, sour, and cheese, & lettuce... What's up with that.. Like chipotle is my life ! Not to mention they bagged my shit up to go and shoved me out the door... Like hello no one hear said togo! That was the only break I got today and I wanted to relax and sit down and and enjoy my burrito... After rudely shoved my out the door w a bye Felicia I decided I'll never go to that Chipotle again... And if wasn't for the non gmo food options I'd give them a one. read more

I had my first bad experience today. I went to chipotle on my lunch hour and picked up a burrito bowl. I got back to work to eat and my first bite was off putting. Why, you ask? Because they undercooked the brown rice so bad that it was almost inedible. I couldn't power through it. I called to talk to a manager. First off, he seemed like he had no idea what to do with a bad experience. He asked if I'd eaten any of it yet.. Which I obviously had. Then proceeded to ask me to come back in, which I had already told him I ran there on a break from work. He then said if I could come back today they'd give me a free bowl. Obviously that is not in my schedule if I told you I was at work! I ended up hanging up on him because he couldn't get his sh*t together. As someone who has been in communications as well as the food service in my career.. The right thing to do would be to make this something convenient for me. Mail me a coupon. Put me on the books for whenever is convenient for ME. Long story short.. I think I'll stick with Moe's from here forth. Never a bad experience there and the customer service is amazing! read more

Overpriced cold crappy food. Thousands of places better than this one. One burrito and chips & cheese was $20.

I have always enjoyed Chipotle because of their commitment to non-GMO food and also consistent quality. This is probably the only chain I will give more than 3 stars for their performance in overall customer satisfaction. This is typical set up and location so nothing exceedingly special about it. Still, I found this place very clean and organized. The servers were very courteous and didn't rush through the order. It will be my regular rest stop while commuting on I-80. read more

Good, fresh, simple choices for a quick lunch or dinner. The lack of a fifth star is for the most uncomfortable wood chairs ever for most of the seating. The other choices are perching on cushy stools, or 2 half booths. Fortunately, the guacamole makes up for these shortfalls. read more

Ordered a veggie bowl. they forgot the veggies. and guac. disappointed. used mobile pickup

Based on the last few visits to Chipotle, i've noticed a few concerning things. First of all my mobile order has been incorrect and mixed up with others orders several times. Along with that, I have not received silverware several times and considering that I am on the go when I get Chipotle, I would like to have had silverware. Also, the lid has been off of my bowl many times which could easily cause a mess. Lastly, I was stared at and asked to leave until I got a mask when I walked in without a mask when I was simply walking in quickly to receive my mobile order and not a single person was in the restaurant at that time. I would greatly appreciate a pleasant time when visiting Chipotle and not mix-ups or other concerns. Thanks read more

Can't even get them to answer the phone. How does their curbside service work if you can't let them know your here?
