What is in the kids quesadilla? We asked for a plain cheese quesadilla.

Horrible experience. Kept saying they didn't have certain items, but would give to the customers behind me. Rice and beans were undercooked. The food just didn't taste right. Very rude closing staff.

Asked for extra pico and rice as well as double protein. Got extra lettuce instead...

I order here on a pretty regular basis. Over the past couple of weeks, the meal I order every single time has become less and less. I always ask for extra rice, I pay extra for double protein, and I add extra pico de gallo. Their interpretation of "extra" must be skewed... which is why on my online order, I have the name say 4 large scoops of pico. Today, it's like my order wasn't even read. The amount that I pay not only to have it delivered, but to add the double protein (plus the up charge on items because it's online order through DoorDash), the least they could do is make my order how I'm asking for it. Unfortunately, I can't always drive to the location and in the past, when I have driven to the location, there's a sign on the door to do online ordering anyway due to staffing issues... So why even bother wasting time to drive over there if I have to online order anyway and still get a fucked up meal. Thanks for the extra lettuce and sour cream that I didn't ask for though... do better Chipotle. I guess Qdoba will get my business in the future.

This place fucking sucks. Look at the beans with my sons kids meal. No protein at all in my wife's bowl. Get your heads out of your ass and make the orders correctly. I spend 42$ on this order and it wasn't correct. Think about that. What if you spent 42$ and you didn't get what you paid for. You would be as pissed as I am. Cheyenne has the worst food establishments that I have experienced. Stop doing drugs and work. Holy fuck.

Mushy balled bland rice :/

I normally really enjoy chipotle. Today I was forced to order online as in person ordering was not available due to staffing issues. This was i convenient but nevertheless is was patient and ordered online anyways. When I was finally able to start eating i popped the lid off only to reveal a gross burrito bowl. As a former employee myself and regular customer i know what the food is meant to taste like. The rice is very over cooked mush that is clumped together, very disgusting, also the flavor is extremely bland. The guacamole is very very over salted. The salsas and beans appear as normal but I am extremely disappointed and will probably be taking a break from chipotle. I don't mean to sound picky but for a $17 dollar order I expect better.

I asked for no beans. This has happened more then once when doing online ordering.

Yum, yum, yum. I love to get a burrito stuffed so full that they have to use a second tortilla to close it. Always friendly service.

The al pastor was probably my biggest disappointment because it's one of my favorite meats, and the seasoning just wasn't there. It tasted pretty basic and lacked the flavor you'd expect from delicious al pastor meat The tortillas were another letdown. Some of the tortillas on the barbacoa and carnitas tacos had stale spots and weren't heated properly. They were pale, wrinkled, and almost crumbling in places. The birria tacos had double-layered tortillas, which I understand can help hold the juices, but they were already soggy and lacked the sturdiness you'd want when picking them up. The quesadilla was probably the best item I ordered. The flour tortilla had a nice golden-brown color and char, giving it a much better texture than the tortillas on the tacos. Looking back, I probably should have ordered a barbacoa quesadilla instead. The salsas were decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it wasn't a terrible meal, but I left disappointed. The barbacoa had potential, and the quesadilla was good, but the inconsistent tortillas and underwhelming al pastor kept this place from being anything more than average for me.

I now get those same items vegan by telling the server to remove the dairy (cheese and sour cream), and picking sauces which contain no dairy. This on my favorites list in Cheyenne. While the refried beans are cooked with lard, the black beans are vegetarian, as is the rice. It's rare to find a Mexican restaurant that does not have chicken stock in their rice. This is one of the few. I've eaten here for about since this location opened, and the other location since it opened about 3 years ago. While they serve breakfast, they don't open until 11 AM. The dinners I've had here are enjoyable. We really like their mushroom salsa. Yep, mushroom salsa. Their regular salsa is very good. If you want more intense ask for habanero sauce on the side. I appreciate their chip aren't too salty. There barely is salt on them. Too often tortilla chips are way over salted. The are also one of the few place which make Original Margaritas correctly: lime juice, Contreaun, Triple Sec, and Tequila, nothing else other than ice. They have other variation for those who like them, but finding a correctly made Original Margarita is about as rare as finding Mexican Rice without chicken stock.

The waiter and…read morewaitress barely acknowledged our presence, much less came back to ask if we needed a refill or how our meal was. We ordered enchiladas, and they came with an extremely spicy sauce. I asked if the enchiladas could be remade without the spicy sauce, and I was told no. The chips were cold and soggy. The salsa served with the chips is more of a tomato paste with hardly any other ingredients inside. The neighboring table asked the waitress about the salsa, and her response was, "Well, each chef makes things a little differently." The waitress just shrugged off the complaint and then walked away from their table. The refried beans tasted like they came out of a can, the rice had more white than Spanish in it, and the Barbacoa was beyond salty and not edible. The soup was delicious. I ate here a few months ago, and I thought it was one of the best places in Cheyenne to eat. But now I wouldn't recommend it. The restaurant was clean and pleasantly decorated . The music normally is a mellow, upbeat, religious tune; however, there was more hip-hop-style music playing, and the volume varied from low to high to total silence. Did I mention the service and the food were terrible? I went from recommending this place to not recommending it. I will probably never go there again.
