It's been a minute since I last been to this location. And every time my food is never hot! I don't know why it's so hard to keep food at a temp. Bad enough the food ordering is only online. So you would think it would be warm if I'm ordering online while in the store!? read more

Your closing staff tonight was definitely on their A-Game! Special shout out to the man on register he had the best vibes and great energy! The location was clean and this gentleman also complemented his employee for their new spreadsheet that helped them throughout their work day! Love to see the team work! read more

Long and skinny burrito, wet tray, warm vinaigrette, no lemonade, dirty workers, dirty place in general, burrito was made sloppy, one employee isn't wearing their hat, tortillas on the ground, dirty nasty funky hat by the cleaning area, unprofessional sign promoting steak, cold chicken, and somehow the sour cream is warm?!?!?!? read more

We drove to meet the rest of our people to eat in for a change. Hot fresh food is better and then... Food: No ice, lettuce, or tea. Chicken was given partial spoon because it wasn't done yet. Team member rolling the burritos couldn't do it without breaking the tortilla. Gave up and told her to give me a bowl. Chips should NOT be chewy. I've had crisper gum. I will say one positive - at least they are no longer serving raw chicken. The food they did have was cold. Food safety??? We know Chipotle historically has issues. Not made aware upfront or offered refund when we mentioned the issues to the staff. Called the customer service at 1-800-CHIPOTLE and was hung up on because I don't speak fluent Spanish. For real? DIRTY! Nothing was stocked by the drinks except trash and spilled drinks. We will not talk about the tables and floors. Not sure why we keep giving them chances. We have 3 other locations close, but we try to support the local one. Never again. Best thing to happen would be for the location to close. read more

On 3/24 this store was serving uncooked rice, and their excuse was "our cooker is broke". The manager did not respond, just looked at me like I was speaking an unknown language. Threw my $14 dollar meal away. Terrible location! read more

This chipotle is seriously the worst, they are always out of so many ingredients making it impossible to order anything.

Alwaya out of something. Dirty dining room. okay service. Go to the next exit for decent Chipotle.

We have had so many hiccups/poor experiences with this Chipotle; however, our last visit was probably the worst and last visit at this location for our family. We will drive the additional 15 minutes to Pickerington if we have to (our kids LOVE Chipotle). We stopped by Chipotle around 6:30 PM this past Monday and they were literally out of everything (chicken, barbacoa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce - to be exact) yet all employees were standing around chatting like it was closing time. All of the salsas were messy and mixed together too - you could see sour cream spilled in some of the salsas as well. It was not a pleasant sight to see. While checking out, I asked the cashier what time the restaurant closed - she gave me a dirty look and told me 11. Once we got home, we realized that both of our bags of chips were stale too. The honest question that I have is - if you still four and a half hours until closing time - why are you not continuing to make fresh food and cleaning up the food stations? Goodbye, Canal Winchester Chipotle! read more

Food-poor Cleanliness- very poor, was not one clean table, restroom was disgusting and food and papers all over floor. Staff- ok read more

Poor customer service. Poor cleanliness. Just skip this location and visit one of the other surrounding restaurants. After a long day of travel, my wife and I were thrilled to know Chipotle was open another hour and 15 minutes (we arrived at 9:45pm). When we entered, we noticed all of the tables were dirty and the floor wasn't swept although there weren't any customers in the restaurant. Two workers were inside, one cleaning the grill and the other preparing for close. We stood there for a good 3-4 minutes before my wife finally asked if they were still open. The person working the grill turned around and said "yes but we are out of (insert 70% of the menu). No apologies. No empathy. We simply walked out. Most disappointing experience I've ever received at a Chipotle Nationwide. Just terrible. read more

Literally the worst chipotle I've been too. I've gone several times and each time my food is ass. Yesterday i got a burrito that fell apart. I threw the rest away. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Canal Winchester, Ohio

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE: The female with the bad black teeth was extremely rude when asked a simple question. I'm sure she's miserable as she's 50 working at Chipotle and can't afford a dentist (her attitude makes it clear why this is the best she can do in life), but that's no excuse to treat others terribly. If she's not suited for the most menial job of customer service in the fast food industry, I'm not sure what she's good for. I would recommend her to be a delivery driver since she lacks social skills. Either way, don't order from here. Terrible customer service and the food is nasty anyways. read more

went for my grandson's fundraiser there. Not ready for people coming at when when it began. I was served the very last white rice sitting in the container and the same thing for the "fresh" guacamole that was already turned dark. My husband asked for fresh steak and our server just looked at him and didn't do as my husband asked. Also, everything was not prepared for a crowd coming in as the man in front of me asked for fajitas, he had to wait and then was given a tiny amount and there wasn't enough made for the next person who would want any of that. Very disappointed overall. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Guacamole left sitting out too long. - Mexican Near Me - Canal Winchester, Ohio

I'm going to start this review by stating that I understand places are short staffed right now and that is impacting the fast food industry. I don't believe this is the case for this specific location. There are always 4-6 employees standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. I've been to this location numerous times thinking something will change and get let down every single time. I don't even know where to start. The service is awful. I've had the same encounter with almost everyone who works here. They don't care. They're apathetic to everything and it shows. I went in once and requested chips with my meal and was told that they were out. The customer behind me actually threw a fit after being told and I watched an employee go back and pull out a bin of what I assume were either old chips, or actual chips that they didn't want to bag and give him some. Almost every time I come to this location I am told that they are out of rice. Tonight, I decided to order doordash on the way home from work and pick it up since it was on the way. When I walked in, the person said "just tell the customer we don't have any rice and they can cancel it" in a rude tone. I don't think he realized that I was the customer. I quickly cancelled my order through doordash and left. You might as well go to Taco Bell or Wendy's across the street because you're not going to ever get what you want from this location. They need to get new management or change something about their hiring process. read more

Literally didn't even try to wrap my burrito and put the smallest piece of foil expecting to wrap it with that. Threw it in the bag. Ordered through the chipotle website for delivery so they figured they'd just slack off and not give a fuck. Not sure how I'm gonna eat an unwrapped burrito but okay. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burrito - Mexican Near Me - Canal Winchester, Ohio

Workers were rude. Food quality is terrible. Tasted far worse than any other chipotle.

The place was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing and it didn't appear the floors had been cleaned or even swept for quite awhile. Virtually all of the table tops were dirty. The food was ok and the service was adequate, but the store really needs a major cleaning. read more

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The store is fairly dirty. When I receive my pick up order, I open up the wrapping to realize the burrito hadn't even been folded correctly, so all the contents of my burrito were scattered in the foil. The food was cold, even though I arrived three minutes after my pick up time and it had absolutely no flavor. It just tasted like rice paste. Not to mention the rude staff read more

tastes like soap, service was alright for fast food though. place is nice and clean..

If I could give this place a 0 star I would but I can't they were out of steak chicken chips and other meats, super slow did not care about me, not clean at all. All servers had bad attitude. Trash everywhere would not recommend to s read more

i've had so many problems with this location a lot of it was during Covid... shortages of the main ingredients ( which typical you never found out until you got all the way up to order sign on ad Door would've saved a lot of heartache, but that was then) That issue and not getting what I ordered, especially ordering online. I decided to give it another chance now that a lot of the Covid and shortage issues are over so tonight I went there to order a chicken burrito was at 8:00 PM so they are supposed to be open until 10 PM so another two hours. The restaurant itself was dining room with filthy with food on the tables and on the floor, including the work area behind the counter. I started to order my burrito and I was informed that they were out of queso, corn salsa, and sour cream. I stopped the young lady at that point, because there is no need to go any further, there was need to figure out what else they were out of because at that point I knew I wasn't going to order. They were already out of some of the main ingredients for my order. I'm done with this location even though it's closest to my house. This location has been so bad for so long. It's just not worth the effort. Good luck to anyone else going to this location. read more

We try this location periodically because it is close to out home. Went in tonight. Out of cheese and tomatoes. Seems they are frequently out of something, but cheese, really? I commented there should be a discount to compensate, was informed, "We don't charge for cheese". Beg your pardon, but I believe it's part of the expected ingredients, (check out your pics in the ads. I see cheese) I was picking up for someone else who elected to pass if no cheese available. Guess we might try again in a few months, or maybe not. read more

So the service was just ok. The people making my food did a good job, but when I got to the cashier the guy was just not motivated to be there. He didn't even tell me what the total price was. I probably wont go back to this location. Just wanted to try it out. read more

service was horrible today at the Chipotle in Canal Winchester. I typically always have good service but there is that one person who is trashy with rotten teeth that ruined the experience. Chipotle don't let the wrong employee deter paying customers from coming to your establishment. I spend money several times a week at this establishment either coming in or ordering from Door Dash. please keep trashy low class people from working here. I'm speaking about the young lady with the nasty attitude with dirty teeth. Do better! read more

Not my usual location. But i was in a pinch. Staff was good and moved the line decently. Food was as it should be. Portions were good as well. Store could have been a little cleaner. Would go again. read more

This specific Chipotle does the very best they can at sucking. I ordered steak tacos and my steak was dry, the tacos were just bad all in all. I try not to waste my time going to this chipotle because I know I'm going to be disappointed but I always think "maybe this time it'll be alright" nah, waste of money every time. I have nothing bad to say about anything else about this location but the food. It's always just so bland and the meat is always dry and under seasoned. read more

I just visited this location and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I walked in and they immediately tell me that they are only taking online orders. The thing is, there was a WHOLE line of people waiting for their order. So, what would the difference be from me ordering my food while I'm in the store than having to order online in my car, and having to stand in line anyway? That makes absolutely no sense. I literally saw the food sitting right there, and you can't take my order? I would NEVER eat at a Chipotle when I could not see them prepare my food. This is simply a ploy to reduce customer service and cheat people on the amount of ingredients put into orders. This is the only location I've seen do this. I'm not going back until management fixes the lack of customer service. read more

Order food online for pick up and order wasn't ready. The line was short so I decided to hop in the line to have my order made the staff acted as if I couldn't do this because it was ordered online. However, it was already paid for and nowhere near prepared. They wanted me to wait in the online order line where there were multiple ppl sitting waiting for their food to be made. Not happening. They NEVER have vinaigrette which is annoying because the food is disgusting without it. So now here I am driving to another location to complete my order. read more

Slowest Chipotle in history of Chipotle's. Don't know why expect it to get better because it is always same and has been for over 2 years. Slow Slow Slow. Food typically good no complaints there. Returned again today(several weeks from first review) stool same. Slow slow slow. Nothing has changed. D$@n you chipotle for having good food or I would never come back here. Stopped here on June 14th. Best experience to date here. Staff was much better, speed improved dramatically and I hope this is going to continue. read more

each time i come to this location i'm pretty disappointed by their inconsistency with accepting cards, having only online orders as an option, shifting hours, and some pretty unconcerned staff when i pay extra for things on online orders & they're out of it, they don't tell me or suggest a refund i waited inside 30 minutes longer than my pickup time for my meal yesterday because they were cash only that night & i had to order online inside - a 45 minute experience all around i know things are harder right now but just gives the company a bad rep :( read more

Third visit since summer. Place has been really dirty - they never clean the glass where you select your food, and counters are always smeared with food. It's grotesque. I stopped in because I saw there were only 10 people in line. After about 10 minutes I was next in line and this is when the fun started. The young man working the line was new and clearly in over his head. The entire front end staff started working on online orders and completely ignored all of the in-store customers. I understand that you have promise times for online orders, but to completely ignore people sitting right in front of you is unacceptable. I asked what was going on, and they told me they had to complete the online orders first. I asked them why they didn't have a separate prep station strictly for the online orders so that everything could keep flowing. He said he didn't know. The food was good and fresh, that is not the problem with this specific location. The problem is absolutely piss poor management. If you are experiencing or about to experience a dinner rush, get more people to the front of the house to help out! If you want the best Chipotle in town go to the Brice/Tussing location. read more

Food is fresh & good, service is very polite and always quick. Lose 1 star bcz twice ive seen some a**hole walk in w/o a mask and ignore distancing, but they say nothing, ignoring mask mandate, which is illegal.
