Rude staff at this location. Generally if you work fast food or customer service jobs you should treat a customer better. We aren't your "bro" nor "person." We are all human beings at the end of the day and we each deserve respect and positive energy. It's a bit dirty. Food was dry asf. But yeah I mean get some better management here. read more

I put 1 star because I had too. what a disaster. limited food for the money and chicken bones in the bowl. would not go there. have tried a couple times to see if it got better and no. wont try again read more

Meat was undercooked and barely any, 5 singular pieces of chicken. Also Got my order wrong when it was only 4 items

Ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken. Bowl was half empty and I could actually see the bottom in one place. This chipotle does not give full portions and cuts corners. read more

By far our best Chipotle experience in a long time. We have teenage kids who love Chipotle. We get food from this chain about once every two months; typically ordered from other locations in the mid-MontCo area with very average to below average results. We tried this location on Dekalb Pike for the first time...and happy we did. Our individual dishes were all prepared exactly as we ordered them. The ingredients were fresh and proteins were cooked well. We ordered through the app and it was packed and placed out on the shelf for pickup right on time. The young man who handed me our order was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a quick takeout meal of this kind, definitely recommend this location. read more

I wonder if corporate is aware that they intentionally keep the guacamole aside for "online orders only" so as to appear that they offer it in store. Further, I am ordering a veggie burrito where it is specifically stated on their website that it is included which I gently offered to staff when they declined to serve it to me. After being treated curtly by both employees I asked, I'll ask the corporate office instead. Odd behavior when I'm there 2-3x per week and their manager and 2-3 others all know my order and are friendly with me. I've been reluctant to leave this review but it's the third time it's happened and the rudeness is unacceptable. read more

Same as someone else mentioned, I'm not really sure why this Chipotle has such awful reviews. I always come and order here in person and every time my bowl has been filled to the brim! They have always had what I'm looking for available (including guac), the service has been friendly, and the portions have been generous. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived today, there was a sign that said "no guac available" which was fine because I don't order guac any way. At the end of making my bowl, I asked for 2 vinaigrette dressings like I do every time. The employee said "we don't have that now". I was not happy about this and no longer wanted my meal, but felt obligated to buy it. They should have advertised it if they didn't have the dressing! I only go to Chipotle for the dressing. In addition I got a Coca Cola and when I got to my car I could clearly taste it was Coke Zero! This location doesn't have all their ducks in a row and needs to be taken a look at my corporate, given what all the other reviews say to. I will no longer bring my business here and will go next door to Wasabi because they always get it right! read more

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews for this Chipotle - I have been ordering online for in store pickup since mid-2020, so close to 3 years now. I typically order once every few weeks, mostly bowls or salads but sometimes a burrito, protein varies based on my mood. I have never had a problem, not once. I typically order for lunch between 12 & 1, and my order is always ready and waiting for me on the pickup shelf. And the portions are just as good as if I placed my order in store, perfect portions! No skimpy orders, in fact sometimes my bowls are full to the brim. I'll never wait in line again! Pickup is the way to go. read more

They only seem to take orders online. I placed my order ahead of time for 7PM on a Saturday to give myself a few extra minutes to arrive. I got there around 6:55 PM and saw a massive amount of people just waiting. After waiting for damn near an hour, finally left at 7:55 PM. After the first 10-20 mins, I thought maybe it was because of covid and it was understaffed, but looking at other reviews, it seems like this was an issue well before the pandemic. I personally witnessed one of the workers straight up take a good 30 seconds to fill a cup of guac. The dude looked like he was gone, zero sense of urgency, all while 20-30 people were waiting for their food that was almost an hour late. It just didn't seem like anyone really had a grasp of how to be efficient. It honestly might be more of a management issue if they aren't take the proper steps to ensure this isn't happening. I get that it's a weekend dinner rush, but if this has been happening for a few years now, you'd think they'd get it together by now. Won't ever be going to this location and I won't be suprised if it closes down eventually. Nothing fast about this fast casual place. Any sit-down restaurant would have been better than this disaster. Cherry on top was a worker trying to deny me my fountain drink. Had to tell him to check the order again. He gave me the cup right away and did apologize, but come on man, get it together. The workers all seemed nice, but they aren't efficient at all. Chipotle corporate would have a field day with this place if they ever find out what's going on. read more

If it was possible to give less than zero, I would. No longer takes walk up orders, then you go to the app, which says "No Mobile Orders" without saying you need to go to the website - which didn't work either. A few weeks ago, I was able to order using the app, arrived at 1:05 when it was supposed to be ready - it wasn't ready until 1:45. Horribly understaffed - I feel bad for the workers here. They need to close until they can properly staff the location. I've already had two bad experiences - won't return until they improve. read more

The staff at this Chipotle are dreadfully inaccurate. I have ordered twice in the last two months and have not received entrees, missed chips, and most recently my entire order was completely wrong. See the attached picture for my receipt and contents of the bag they provide Their phone lines don't work. Don't try to call this restaurant, as they can't answer the phone which appears to be disconnected. The service at the local restaurant is only surpassed in their ineptitude by the corporate folks working the support website for their app. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ordered dinner that claims to be a chicken bowl and a carnitas bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

This is the first Chipotle that I have ever been to that only offers guacamole when ordering online. There are no signs that say "guacamole available online only." That's very weird. At least mention it before you start making the food. As far as the environment, Not friendly. Don't even make eye contact. read more

I don't want to write this but I need to let the truth known. This Chipotle store is by far the worst Chipotle store. Firstly, small portions 2, food is way way way salty!!!! 3, they overcharge you for some small thing like $1.50 or 1.25 which other Chipotle places don't .. I hope the management sees this and take action ... read more

Stopped by and ordered a quesadilla in the store, we order this online a lot. I was told you can only order a quesadilla online. I was told I needed to get out my phone and order and they would make it vs. place my order to the person standing there. What? Terrible customer service. Won't be back. read more

I rarely eat out but the one time I do, it's the worst experience. I placed a mobile order for 5:40pm and I'm still waiting now at 6:20pm. One, there needs to be an option to cancel mobile orders. Walk in customers are getting their food so much quicker and I would've done the same if I knew that was the case. Two, there are no more walk in customers and about 10 mobile order customers waiting. Why are we still waiting? There is actually more than one employee so I don't think it should be taking this long. The same people who were here before me are also still waiting. Horrible customer service. Busy is busy but this is ridiculous. Seriously, please make a cancel order option. I have somewhere to be but I'm stuck because I paid for the stupid order. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

I have given this Chipotle so many chances. The very first time I ordered online and picked up, 2 bags of chips, salad dressing, and 2 orders of guacamole were missing. Second visit, salad dressing missing and brown rice instead of white rice in bowl. This time my guacamole is missing from my bowl AND they are out of dressing. Like they are literally out of dressing and didn't bother to call and let us know so we could order something else. My bowl is half the size it should be. I have given this place so many chances and I am let down every single time. read more

Rice was not even close to being cooked completely. Very hard bite. It was a very busy Sunday for our family, and we didn't have time to food shop, this was a super disappointing dinner. I don't think we'll be back, despite living close by. read more

The worst run Chipotle of all Chipotles. It was chaos trying to get a bag of chips. It look a legitimate 20 mins to make a bag of chips. None of the food was being replaced with new batches. The inefficiency culminated in a line going out the door, moving ever so slightly every 5 minutes. read more

We walked into the restaurant and we're not greeted just informed they only do online orders. All the employees were preoccupied with cleaning and I guess taking inventory with an attitude. As well as on their phone watching videos. Very disappointing and Rude. read more

AMAZING STAFF. Super clean , 10/10 recommend going to this location. All ingredients perfectly cooked and prepared.

After my experience today I had to leave a review...I order from this location regularly and I have to say this...the food today on 4/5/2022 was exceptional!! I'm so happy with the service I received today and the food was magnificent....I'm not sure if they have a new crew or cook something! The food was delicious! Kudos to the staff today! FOOD was delicious read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Ordered food with Door Dash delivering and the food was made incorrectly. Called numerous times and Sarah and Qwen were completely incompetent. They did absolutely nothing to fix the issue and instead said "we are busy here and I don't know what to tell you" the customer service is despicable and these employees should not even be in the customer service industry. After numerous calls asking how to fix the mistake made my the restaurant I was hung up on three times. Corporate needs to retrain these individuals as our office will NEVER spend one more dollar at this location. Can't even imagine what the kitchen must look like if their phone skills are that poor. read more

Horrible. Small portions, forget to add things or just don't tell you if they don't have with online orders. Decide when they will or they won't make something specific like quesadillas. They claim if they are busy they refuse to make them. A mess. Worst Chipotle in the area. Have been there a handful of times and it's always a terrible experience. Won't be back again. read more

I ordered for 7:20pm pickup Fri night on the app. Picking up the food at 8:30pm!! How is this possible?! What is the point of ordering with any time for pickup. You have to just wait and wait. There's no process for managing busy times. This is crazy bad mgmt. read more

Very clean but the staff couldn't care less and the food was WATERY! How?! I couldn't even hear the girl taking my order because she mumbled and wouldn't look at me. Ate my bowl because I was so hungry but wouldn't go back. read more

Absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how this place passes a sanitary check. Nothing has been cleaned since the place has opened in the kitchen and in the dining area. To top it off the staff is rude and doesn't seem to care. read more

I'd like to share something quite personal but I feel is necessary. Today I lacerated my hand at work at Blue Bell #chipotle in Center Square due to no access the required cut gloves our restaurant is supposed to have. I was instructed to cut unripened avocados (making handling much more difficult) despite there being no cut gloves. After my hand was cut, I went to the first aid kit to find no band aids, or anything for that matter, it was quite literally empty. My floor manager completely ignored any of my requests to seek medical attention and made me finish my shift, handling food with a laceration with no band aid. After 3 unanswered calls and several texts of pictures my GM and floor manager had no apologies or sympathy, only to respond 5 hours later after I admitted myself to the ER to get stitches complaining I was a distraction from their personal lives. I'd ask anyone who sees this to take consideration for the people in the underpaid service industries, trying to make ends meet to support themselves into financial independence transitions and be courteous because I know I'm not alone. read more

I didn't get her name but whoever did my order around 3:10 on 11/22 was so sweet and patient. They were out of guac which was borderline traumatizing but she made the experience a lot better. Food was good too! read more

They are suppose to be open till 10:00, but they decided to close at 9:30! The staff was there, but wouldn't open the doors.

I ordered a chicken bowl via the app for mobile order pickup on a Monday afternoon. After I got home, I noticed that my "chicken" bowl had NO chicken in it whatsoever. Just a bunch of rice, beans, cheese and lettuce! Do NOT ever order your food from the mobile app bc they will scam you. Make sure you order in person so you can watch what they're putting in your order! read more

8 people standing in restaurant for take out orders. One person making 4 others standing around looking at the crowd. This is terrible customer service. This group needs a training course. The person serving the counter is now helping a new customer but did not have the good sense to start to make orders for those waiting. read more

This is by far the fIlthiest place I've ever seen. I havE called Chipotle corporate numerous times about the horrible conditions of the kitchen, serving area and the eat in section but all they do is send free burrito coupons. Staff is unfazed by food on floor, dirty pots and pans everywhere. I have teenagers and would love to come here several times a week but have now walked out 3x in a row. Shame on you Chipotle we're done with this company. read more

Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Placed a mobile order and showed up maybe 5 minutes late incase they were behind. I show up and there's one bag in the pick up section. I look and it's not mine. Then I turn around and realize there are 6 guys waiting for their mobile order and there's one employee. Not to mention this guy is taking his sweet time with no urgency. Can't really blame him though since he was the only one there. People who came to the door for in person orders started lining up and he had to make their food first which totally invalidates the point of a placing a mobile order to get your food on time. 30 minutes later he starts on the food for the first mobile order guy. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out long ago. What a mistake. 40 minutes later 5 employees start showing up to help out. This is at about 9:45pm. Like where we're these people before?? They showed up to close up at 10? When I finally get my food 50 minutes later (order placed in the pick up area with everyone looking to see if it's their bag) with no apology or acknowledgement I taste this new brisket that I came for and it's dry af and cold. I've learned my lesson and I'll never be back here. There's too many other places where you can get hot food without waiting an hour. read more

As a delivery driver I have been to numerous Chipotle restaurants. I have never had an issue. I know as soon as I get there it's going to be ready and it's going to be fast. I went to the Blue Bell location to pickup an order. It wasn't ready when I got there so I had no problem waiting. A little while after I got there an employee looked at me and said "what are you waiting for, we don't have anymore orders" I showed her the order on my phone so she went to who I assume was the manager. Expecting him to be helpful, he told me if it's not on the shelf we don't have it and it was either canceled or someone else took it. Obviously I would know if it was canceled. Before I could ask any questions he informed me that they would not be making it even though I had the order information. So my customer lost their order that they paid for and I lost the pay I should have gotten for it. Absolutely the rudest people I've dealt with!! I will decline any deliveries if I have to go back there and will tell everyone else to also. read more

Complete disaster. Staff is apathetic, rude, and completely ignore mobile pickup orders, then acts annoyed when you ask them to make the order 15 minutes after it's supposed to have been ready. read more

This is without exaggeration the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. To start off, there is always food missing from the standard selection. The chicken is always almost gone, the lettuce is old and withered, the spots for holding forks and knives are missing forks, the soda fountain machine is missing drinks (keep in mind I came in at 12:30). On top of all this, the staff seems lazy and careless. The first time I came to this Chipotle workers were sitting in the back carelessly joking and talking while there was large amounts of food missing from the selection trays. After today, I will never set foot in this Chipotle again. read more
