I couldn't even tell you what the other 2 options were if I was asked as I blacked out when I saw Biscoff chip. It was the perfection level of warm gooey but crispy outside and just wow. I can confidently say I will be getting one every day I'm in town. It's a cute little stand in the back of the store and super minimalist which I think speaks to how good their cookies are - no fluff needed. Better than Levain! I said it. The cookies came out warm and fresh. Butter and crispy edges and super soft in the middle. You can actually doordash these! We were just visiting Park City but I would definitely doordash these to my hotel if I was there longer. Each cookie runs north of $5 but you can split this - If you're a generous person. The window is in the back of the shop and there isn't seating inside so it's an order and take out type of place. Highly recommend this for your Park City staple or visit. read more

Nothing about it stood out to me as compared to other cookies, the center was quite off-putting due to its immense gooeyness. They are shareable, but I prefer my cookies more set in the middle. If you're looking for very gooey, not intensely flavored, crisp with ok service , go for it. Paderia in fountain valley/Irvine, CA are a little more worth for me. This is my first and likely my last time I'll buy a Chip cookie. We bought the OG and the SW. Neither stood out. At least the SW was warm and had a healthy amount of chocolate chips and a soft center. The OG was cold and hardened. Both cookies though did not stand out. It was about $5 per cookie with tax and definitely not worth it. Also this is not a regular storefront. It is hidden in the back of another store so that was a bid odd. There's nowhere to sit or really stand so you're in and out. No ambiance to really make it memorable. There wasn't any wait so that was good and I was able to order, pay, and receive the cookies in under two minutes. All in all, not memorable of a store/stand and not memorable in quality & taste. We happened upon Chip by accident while meeting friends in Park City for dinner. We were about 30 min early for our reservation, and it just so happened that the store where Chip operates out of was directly in front of where we parked. The store itself looked closed - just a woman washing the floor inside - but it was actually open (obviously). Lured by the 'warm cookies' sign, we decided to get our dessert first: went in and made a beeline for the ordering window in the back of the store (which might be easy to miss if you didn't know it was there or if the store was busy), and ordered 2 cookies - the OG for my friend (milk-chocolate chip cookie) and the SW dark for me (semi-sweet dark chocolate chip cookie with sea salt). They were AMAZING. The cookies are $4.50 each or 3 for $12, and are warmed up so they are served as if fresh from the oven, gooey and soft. They are full-on comfort - not too sweet, not too hard or too soft...just perfect. They only had 3 cookie choices the day we were there - not sure if this is all they have or if flavors change - but the lovely young woman serving us was friendly and efficient, and told us they are expanding to shops in several other states. Note that these are not gluten free! If I was in town to ski I would be having one of these cookies daily; if I lived nearby they might be deadly. Since we are craving cookies, we are eager to try the cookies that they're selling. There are four flavors of cookies on display. Our eyes immediately locked on the peanut butter and the cookies and cream. The lady on the counter was really kind, she greeted us with excitement and smile. The cookies were taken from the oven steaming hot, which is exciting! As you can tell the cookies were delicious! They gave generous portion of peanut butter and cookies creme in the center of each cookies. Although the cookies are delicious, some of my family thinks that the cookies were too sweet. This WILL be the après ski of choice, where grandparents spoil their grandkids, couples will head to Chip for an after dinner night cap, and bachelorette parties will end the night. Chip is located in the BACK of Park City Mercantile, so walk THROUGH the shop. The counter is small but is plenty for the cookie-money exchange. This isn't a cafe, so plan to continue your stroll down Main Street with your "prize." They're know of their OG - a chocolate chip cookie. Chocolate chip is my son's favorite. Service was great. Bought a single cookie from a nice guy selling different flavors out of a little shop in the back of an upscale boutique home store. I ordered the milk chocolate chip with sea salt, and it was boxed hot & fresh out of the oven. I was so excited to enjoy my treat but quickly realized it was completely raw inside. The edges were crispy and tasty, but more than half was raw, gooey dough. Disappointing to pay $4.50 + tax for one cookie that I couldn't eat. Just be aware and check before you bite! read more

Picked up cookies for a family event at this place, and I am happy to say that everything about it was wonderful! To start, the location is great. Parking can be a bit difficult, but there are a few alternatives. The staff were amazing, the space was clean, and the smell of warm cookies... beyond. The cookies are very worth the price. They are chewy, crisp, warm, and truly have everything you would want in a cookie. The one thing I hope is that they accept online orders soon. This would be a great tool!
