I hit the jackpot with Dr. Shrout. He is outstanding in his field and his bedside manner is excellent. He is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and an expert professional in the area of your hand. He puts you at ease right away. He gives you your diagnosis and really listens to your concerns. Then, you move onto the treatment best suited for your condition. He is just simply the best. But, the PA who welcomed me and started the ball rolling, her name was Grace and she was fantastic too. And, my x-ray technician, who is about to give birth, congratulations to you. She was so sweet and understanding. Even the gentleman at the front desk was kind and made checking in and checking out a breeze. If you are having issues with your hands, I highly recommend Dr. Shrout. He is outstanding.

Dr. Quigley literally saved my life by working with me with extreme patience and kindness to get another health issue under control so that I would have the best outcome possible from the surgery. Appt. notifications are consistent, there is never a waiting time, on the phone and in person every one is polite, kind and professional. I cannot possibly refer Dr. Quigley and his entire office more fully. Truly the best care I have ever received. He literally saved my life - and I am not overstating that. He shows you the X-rays , educates you and follows up diligently so you can see what is happening. He is always available to answer all questions. I also had a friend (over 60) who had a complete shoulder replacement. My friend showed me the X-rays and demonstrated how his shoulder works now - truly a miracle! He has completely recovered and has full use of his shoulder so he can do what he wants to do again. He followed through with all physical therapy but attributes the success to Dr. Petruccelli's skill as a surgeon.

He was very confident that he could give do the surgery and improve my quality of life as it pertained to my foot pain and issues. I am going to be honest, there was a good amount of work done to my foot. Repair a plantar plate, fix a mild bunion, and remove 2 neuromas. He said he needed to shorten the second toe. I did everything that he told me to do. I did physical therapy in his office for the full recommended time. I went every week wearing 2 masks in a crowded office. I did all recommendations...Alex Brinlee my PT was excellent. However, Dr Feldman kept pushing the goalpost when I was not pain-free with the right amount of mobility in my foot. First, it was, give it 3 or 4 months....then, it takes at least 6 months, then, 9 months I am sure it will be better, and finally, this usually takes a year...Well, we are about 1.5 years post and my second toe doesn't move, the pain barefoot is the same or worse and I STILL can only wear sneakers comfortably. I cannot WEAR a small wedge or simple ONE inch heel. He said that I would be able to wear better shoes and was VERY confident. One visit that I had where I was complaining about my pain and the thickness on my foot, he ASSURED me that the thickness GOES AWAY and also told me that my x-ray was beautiful. Hmmm...Oh, I am glad my x-ray looks so lovely but how about you acknowledge how the PATIENT feels? I definitely felt he was being extremely arrogant. So, as time has gone on, I am very grateful that I can walk. I am grateful that I have my foot! But not happy with the outcome of my surgery. I did NOT want to post this review, but I wrote Dr Feldman a letter letting him know of my displeasure. Of course, he did NOT respond to me. That in itself speaks volumes. I want say that while I do NOT think that Dr. Feldman did anything WRONG. It just happened but his arrogance and lack of solutions are what is disappointing. Oh, let me not forget to mention that he recommended that I "protect my investment" by purchasing $300 custom insoles that HURT SO MUCH I CANNOT WEAR them. A total waste of money. Think twice about going to this practice!!!! Is this the type of doctor you want? Arrogance and no offering of better solutions to what a patient considers a FAILED surgery?

They are all honest, professional, compassionate, personal and care about their clients, which I am proud to say I'm one of them. Originally I went to see Dr. Raffo because I was worried about my osteoporosis because I woke up one morning, and my hip, lower back was hurting and had tingling with pain in my lower back, but because I had gotten the Demosumab Injection for my bones I was worried about getting an x-rays so I prolonged the appointment. My left back muscles were hurting and causing pain. By the time my appointment came the pain had subsided. Because I work in a café it is just a matter of time before the pain comes back and starts to bother me again, so I talked to Dr. Raffo about starting back up with physical therapy. I am very impressed with this rehabilitation/ chiropractor/ physical therapy practice; they are very comprehensive with your recovery program and have a lot of great equipment and machines. They take my insurance as well, which is Anthem Blue Cross, so that helps with the cost. Ive been an athlete for most of my life, and now I just train at the gym and do CrossFit on occasion. I was in need for some physical therapy because I injured my groin and lower back doing heavy squats. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. So let me break it down for you... The office itself is really nice! I love the ambiance. It is a nice, cozy, trendy and clean office space. Upon walking in, you are greeted by whomever is at the front desk and there are several chairs for waiting and magazines to look at. Sam, Andrea and Carla are wonderful!!! They are very friendly and make your experience comfortable and pleasant! This place has compression machine for your legs, a physical therapy exercise area with a lot of sports/exercise equipment, office space for adjustments and additional therapies (cupping, needling, massage gun, etc.), and a warm massage bed while you're hooked up to an electrical muscle stimulation machine. Each of my appointments typically follow the same routine and i started going in twice a week for four weeks. Ill do 15 mins on the warm massage bed while hooked up to the electro stimulator, then ill do 15 minutes of compression, then 15 minutes of going through my physical therapy exercises led by Andrea. She is great at walking you through the movements and she switches up the exercises each time. Then ill see Dr. Dillon Balkin for more focused work on my injuries whether it be cupping, massaging, needling, adjustments, etc. Dr. Dillon Balkin is great! He is very professional, extremely personable and friendly, and you can tell he is passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable. I always appreciate his recommendations and they always help me progress with my recovery. My back and groin have healed tremendously and i can now do full squats with heavy weights again. I enjoyed coming here so much that I continued to go here to treat my shoulder injury from 2017 that I have been doubtful about getting treated again. I went to a different physical therapy practice for my shoulder in the past and it only got worse, so i've been hesitant to "waste money" to get it checked out again. To my honest surprise, Dr. Balkin found the issue and as i started to follow the program/exercises he prescribed me, it's actually getting better and im ecstatic! I can't say enough great things about this place. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone. I am so pleased with how my injuries have healed.

The Surg Center staff kept saying it had been sent to CVS although it had not; I had to spend an entire afternoon after my surgery pursuing the issue. HOWEVER, staff at Metro Orthopedics (MOST) were extremely helpful (even though the issue was not theirs; the mistake came from the Surg Center). Both the MOST front desk and the surgery coordinator Dorinda were very supportive. Dorinda had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get my issue resolved and finally made sure that CVS received the prescription. From this experience, and also from previous interactions, I give 5/5 starts to MOST staff.

Not only was the surgical experience pretty much perfect, so was Dr. Boden's repair. I returned back to rock climbing & led mellow 5.7 trad climbs at Seneca Rocks within a year (actually within 3 months, deliberately taking it easy so not risk destroying Dr. Boden's work. SEVENTEEN years later, I can't even feel any scars (if there are scars, they're in a place that's out of my view on the back of my shoulder). If there are any drawbacks, it's that the 2007 experience with Dr. Boden set the bar very high for subsequent clinicians... Decades later, I still really really appreciate my experience with Dr. Boden & look back on it fondly.
