Like the other two reviews, my experience at this place was horrible. The customer service just kills the whole experience. They have a nice selection of phones available, but they were mostly outdated. If you are expecting to get more than one of the same phone then be prepared to wait and waste a lot of time. The reason is that they do not have a lot of of the same model phones in stock. Also, be sure you get the facts straight when ordering the phone and check the box out for all of the necessary equipment.
Here is what happened to us. We needed three phones of the same type but the place only had one available so we placed an order for two more. We get a call several days later that our phones have arrived, but we found out that they were not the same model. Of course, we demand the phones that we ordered, but the lady tried to talk us out of it. The lady ensures us that they were basically the same thing with some differences. I'm thinking, "What kind of store orders a different phone after a customer requests and pays for it??" After that she places another order and takes more time as expected. So, when we finally get our two Samsung phones and take it home we discover that there were no home chargers in the box! It was just a mess. A lot of calling and driving back and forth between the store. She also promised us free sd memory cards which there were none in stock when we first met. I've learned a valuable lesson and have promised myself to not come back here again. read more
