If it was not Christmas day and I was not with my wife and family I would have demanded a full refund there and then but obviously if I did that theres not Christmas Dinner on Christmas day for my family. It continued with my wife's parma violet gin coming wrong and being given something disgusting she couldn't drink, at this point we had gave up complaining because they simply didn't care.
