My husband used to be regular customers until the cooks kept messing up our orders. The food is tasty but we decided to boycott the place after they messed up our order one time too many. My husband is German and I speak decent German. So, there shouldn't be any communication issues. Also, there is no atmosphere to enjoy and no tables to sit on. It is, after all, only a small take out place.

When I want a doner, this is where I go, and this is why: Ali Baba has the best tasting doners, and the best service. The meat is always fresh and delicious, the bread is always hot and crispy, and the ingredients are always amazingly fresh. Every doner is created with care, and the highest attention to quality and detail. I never have a sloppy, messy, hard to eat doner from Ali Baba's. They are always carefully constructed, and absolutely delicious. It is a very consistent product, and when I go to Ali Baba's, I know I will never have a bad surprise, and that I will get a perfect doner every time. But more importantly, the doners just taste amazing. I've been to a hundred different doner shops, but Ali Baba's just has the best doners. I used to be a soldier in Friedburg, and I always got Doners from Ali Baba's. I came back to live in Germany, and naturally, I went back to Ali Baba's to get some doners. The shop has been renovated and rebuilt, and it is much better now. It is more open inside, and you can see all the fresh ingredients and all of your food being made. The shop is extremely clean and professional. There is a new owner now, and he is such a friendly and motivated guy! He really works hard, is very proud of his doner shop, and really cares about making his customers happy. The quality of the service and the food is incredible. If I ask for extra kraut, or I want sauce on the side (so I can bring the doners home and have them stay crispy), or if I want ANYTHING else, the owner happily does what I want. And he always suggests or offers new ways of making your food or experience better. He really wants to please the customer. I just love this place! Ali Baba's is the best doner shop and has the best service ever. There pizzas are also really good to.
