As I went in he spoke and admitted he was just waiting on 3 hours. Sadly, this seems to be the whole attitude of this business. First of all, there is no more tea. They have a container and I guess the means of making it, but are too lazy to make it. Also, if you order a large drink, they have no lids. So, you decide on a soft drink, or as we call it in the south a coke, good luck. 3 different selections were out of order. Translation, they are too lazy to connect a new tank or lack the intelligence to do it. Then there's the meal, I ordered a large SPICY steak bowl. The cashier didn't know how to put spicy in the order. I know this is possible because it was done EVERY time before. But he said he would tell them. Did he? Probably not! It was not spicy at all. The vegetables were cold when I got it. The meat was in no way cut bite size for which they do not provide a knife. It looked like someone cut at it. I had to add a lot of soy for any of it to have any taste. This visit however was special! They actually had egg rolls! But sadly they no longer give sauce for them. The root cause here seems to be a lack of management and a lot of just just letting a bunch of kids run the business. If you are the manger and actually reading any feedback on this place, I say, "Wake up dummy! Don't let a bunch of kids run your business in the ground!"
