Wife and son ordered basic takeout from here. They said food was not good. Son, who eats pretty much anything didn't even eat 1/2 of his chicken fried rice. I ate the leftover egg roll which was ok. I decided to try the fried rice. It looks like white rice with a splash of soy sauce cooked in it. Couple of white onions and that is it. No flavor at all and chicken was mediocre at best. Don't waste your time. Not good food. Sorry, wish it was better but with Blue Ginger down the road, just drive the extra few miles. read more

The child working the front desk isn't clear and kinda rude. Over charged me by about 10 dollars. Won't be going back.

I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan - it's delicious if you don't eat the chicken. They serve the lowest quality meat, and the thought of it makes me want to throw up. If we decide to order from here again, I will order this dish without meat. Then I'm sure it will be great. The egg drop soup leaves something to be desired. The egg rolls and crab rangoons are deep fried and yummy. My mother only eats hot and sour soup from Chinese restaurants, and couldn't finish theirs. I'm not a fan either way, so of course I agreed it wasn't great. Overall, their food was so greasy, we had a hard time eating it with chopsticks. I've never had them deliver, so I can't comment on that. If you don't feel like driving 10 minutes to get Blue Ginger (which I personally would eat all the time), then don't get your hopes too high. read more

We went in the early evening so there wasn't many people, so I can't report on the vibe. Small restaurant with mostly booths, seems more like a take out place to me. We took home three meals, which was a ton of food for the four of us. Easily will feed the crew again. Food was big and tasty. Ordered Mongolian Beef. It tasted nothing like Mongolian beef. Very bland. Almost like it was brown gravy. The cut of meat was horrible. The crab rangoons were very good and the service was polite and speedy. Probably won't be back though. Definitely not for anything "Mongolian" read more

We ordered from China kitchen for take out. They were very prompt with delivery but the food was less than wonderful. I ordered from the heart healthy section of the menu (which was probably a mistake) and got steamed chicken and vegetables. At first I thought the chicken was steamed cauliflower because it was so white and weird looking. It certainly was not fresh chicken, it was just thin fleshy chunks that tasted terrible. The vegetable were not any better than frozen ones. My husband ordered crab Rangoon's and they were undercooked band runny inside. He also got general Tso's chicken which was overly breaded and did not taste good. The only thing that was not terrible was the rice and fortune cookies. I do not recommend this place read more

I like their food, but man, their service is horrible. 6:30pm. Tonight its snowing and I didn't want to drive in it. So I ordered my food online. At 7:10 door dash delivered the wrong order, but when I call them, they say keep the food and come get yours. China Kitchen makes me drive to get mine. When I arrive, I see a 13 year old boy ....13! manning the window (he also answers the phone). I wait for several minutes and they hand me half of my order. They said that the other person had ordered my portion of it. I never looked to see what they had ordered so I took the food on that word. I get home and find that they did not order what I did. So I call, the boy answers, I asked for a refund because of my troubles. The adults argue and yell in their language in the background for several minutes before the boy says, "so, can you bring us the other persons food and we will refund you". I said "no, I am not going out in the weather again and I didn't get the food I ordered, I want a refund please" they argue more and the 13 year old boy says, "so, we will come pick up the food to throw away and then refund you". I said, "I can throw the food away, please give me the refund". The boy proceeds to say that he will have his brother call me to sort it out. Its now 8pm. This kid should not be working. I remember seeing him there last year working the door when covid shutdown the dine-in. He would have been 12! read more

We have a brand new plastic mailbox/post and someone from China Kitchen put tub tack and menu on our mailbox. I called to complain and barely got a sorry. They were ready to hang up before I asked if that was it. They didn't say sorry we won't do it again. Maybe a free egg roll. Or we I'll fix it. Nothing. I guess I'll thumbtack my cash to me seat if I ever eat there which they just ruined that. read more

Had a menu left on my door a while back and figured I'd give it a shot after a long day and the lack of motivation to cook or go pick up take out. Ordered some dinner for delivery and was told 15-20 min, food arrived 1 hour and 45 min later. Total bill was $14 and some change, handed the driver a $20 and she literally ran back to her car without hesitation without offering any change. Food followed par with my experience up to this point; very bland Hunan "Chicken" with little flavor. Fried rice smells like body odor. Two bites and the whole order went straight into the trash along with the menu, outside, because I don't want my kitchen smelling this bad. You couldn't pay me to eat this again. If zero stars was an option it'd be an understatement. read more

We live nearby and have ordered take out occasionally for many years. The last time we ordered take out will be our last though. While there has always been a bit of a language barrier (although they do speak a broken English) our order has always been correct. Their menu changed, they no longer offer the pint size meals. I ordered one meal pint size and then went on to order the next meal pint size but wanted some vegetables added. Only then was I told they do not have pint sizes but a smaller portion would be a combo meal. We' ve also always been able to order a half order of crab rangoons and after some back and forth I was told I could still get a half order but what we ended up with was 1 combo meal & a full order of crab rangoons to split between the 2 of us. Further more when I called back to identify there had been a mistake, I was told it was my misunderstanding and he had asked my husband to check the order when picking it up. When I told my husband that later he said he was never asked to check the order upon picking it up. I no longer know how you could phone in an order and get what you want. read more
