It is order at the counter but they do bring you your order. Also conveniently they serve the entrees in to-go boxes whether you order dine in or take out. I like that. Paper plate for the appetizers. The crab rangoons while filled appropriately, in my taste, did have a weird taste to it. I can't put my finger out it even now looking back. They were alright though. Not going to order them next time if I come in though because of that. Which is sad considering thats like prime number one for Americans to order at Chinese restaurants lol. Also my favorite so, disappointing. The entree I got was good. The steak texture was mushy? If that makes sense... I could tell what it should've been but it was just very soft... my steamed rice was very pressed and overly steamed in several spots where it lost recognizable rice shape. When I told them they basically refused to redo it for me. The waitress said she forgot to write down white meat and that if they remade it I would have to pay for two meals (she had returned the first order to the kitchen so now we have none) We never did get any General Chicken until we were ready to leave but they charged for it twice. Very disappointed in the service and attitude of the owner... the waitress was apologetic but the owner was rude.They have been under new management since June so this is my first experience with the new management.
