This was my favorite place to eat until I saw a roach on the buffet table. Haven't been back since.

I do not recommend this place. Walked in to the buffet area and there was a roach crawling near the plates. Will not return.

Food variety below average, food taste pretty good, everything is cold. Prices are decent, for cold food. Beverages only un sweet tea, no Dr pepper only Pepsi. Sevice not existence after seating and bring you the check only time your waiter is seen. Saturday night only 11 tables full...Won't be back, need to fix cold food issue. read more

We stopped to eat here while traveling. The food was good. The selection was also good. The wait staff tended to our drinks. Service was good. There were several other diners there. Every one was friendly. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean. I don't have a single complaint. read more

Stoped by this Chinese buffet to eat dinner. Hardly any food on buffet with signs blaming Covid but there prices have stayed the same for less food. Made my plate and went to sit down and a roach crawled out from under the table. Instantly threw up in my mouth and went to leave. Told the lady on duty there was a roach and I wouldn't be eating. It is a perfect little Chinese buffet, with wide variety but most of all, really tasty. The food is very good, well seasoned and fresh. The personnel is welcoming and looks over you constantly but no pressuring. For a small town, is gem to find these restaurant. read more

This was my first and last time to set foot in this place. I still can't figure out how they can put out twenty plus dishes and they all taste the same??! No flavor. Mostly all chicken dishes. No sweet and sour pork, one very lacking beef and broccoli etc. I've been to Chinese buffets before as we all have and expect decent industrial grade Chinese food, but this place isn't it. The fisrt thing you notice is this enormous crystal chandelier over the buffet that's looks Way out of place. The carpets are dirty and the food was awful. I sure didn't feel you to good a few hours later as well. I think even the rats have gotten sick eating here. If you see this place I recommend to keep driving. I dont usually right very negative reviews but I truly can't find anything positive to say. Perhaps I was there on a bad day???? Chinese buffets should be the same every day. But not like this. Where to begin with this place? First off I understand that when you go to a Chinese Buffet you shouldn't expect 5-star service or food, but there should be at the very least someone to refill your glass when it is empty. If you like bland food you found your new favorite place to eat. All the sauces, from sweet and sour to the sauce for the sesame chicken, was completely watered down. My family and I have ate here countless times and the food has always been good, but today I got up to get some ice cream and there was a German roach sitting on top of the glass that holds all the ice cream. It kinda scarred me and I don't really ever want to come back here. read more

For Sealy it was good. At 9 pm the food was still fresh and hot. Not a large selection but like I said for Sealy it was good. Service was wonderful. Our tea glass never got half empty. The price was great too. $8.99 night and weekends. $6.99 lunch. I think the kids were $3.99. read more

This place is just bad! The service is terrible, the food is worse, the price is high- ( $1.95 for water). Stopped here on the way home from Quintana beach with 3 kids and my wife around 12:30 because we were hungry and they didn't look too busy, now I know why. The majority of hot food selections that we tried were cold, soggy, tasteless. The rice cooker's contents was between white and brown colored and stuck to the bottom. My son went to get an ice cream cone and there was brown stuff on the dispenser. They need a sign stating "Eat At Your Own Risk" I would not recommend this place at all. The bar is minimal on choices but whats on the bar was fresh and very good. The food doesn't taste like it had been sitting there since lunch like some buffets. The service was spot on, my tea never got below half full. I would recommend this place for small town sealy. read more

I really don't understand what people are saying about old food , 1.95 for water or whatever . It makes me think it's either a racist in small town Texas , or competition ! That place is very clean , very fresh food , it tastes like restaurant food not buffet , personnel very friendly and welcoming . I go there at least twice a week . Food is not what it usually should taste like. They spent more money and attention on the scenery then on the cook

I've been there twice. I'd call it average, but for a town with not many lunch buffets, it's good to go. Most of the food is pretty good. The rose chicken was fantastic. The peel-and-eat shrimp has the full body and is too much trouble to mess with. The sushi is below average. The first time I was there, the saute'd green beans had some type of white sauce and weren't very good, but the next time they were excellent. The ice cream is actually ice milk and there are no toppings for it. The egg drop soup was really good. There isn't a very large variety of food on the buffet, but the variety is adequate. There is also a senior citizen discount. Since it is a new place, the crowds are large so arrive early. The place is new and I think will get better as they work out the kinks and determine what the patrons prefer to see on the buffet. read more

I do not understand the poor reviews provided by other people. In my view, the place is clean, comfortable and well-organized. There is nothing fancy or pretentious about it; and that's just fine by me. They have at least two overhead TVs, usually tuned to CNN. Unlike a lot of other places, they do turn up make the volume too loud; that way, we can tune into the visuals if we want but could still do other things like carry on a conversation without shouting or read the newspaper in relative peace and quiet. The padded booths are quite comfortable. Unlike a lot of places that limit exposure to outside views, this place has very tall and wide windows that create an open, airy atmosphere. And parking is never a problem. The food itself is basic Chinese fare but in my view quite high in quality and taste. I never leave still hungry; more often than not, I need to limit the number of trips to the buffet line. And the service had always been friendly, prompt and attentive. So I would encourage you to give the place a try and see for yourself if the place is a good fit for you. read more
