Well after waiting dam near two hours for delivery the food was just dropped off. Upon opening the bags I discovered that the quart of white rice was not there. I immediately called Panda Express back and told them what was missing. The lady who answered the phone was very smart because she told me to look in the bag !!!! Well she just about argued with me that it was delivered and then I started to feel like she thought I was trying to get a free quart of white rice. The customer clearly was not right. Well after arguing back and forth they finally delivered a quart of white rice to me. I don't know who the little delivery man was but he waited for me to come get it and he thought he was going to intimidate me with his crossed arms and raised head. Didn't work so instead he took his official phone out and took pictures of the rice on the counter to show it was delivered. What I didn't realize until we parted ways was that they had shorted me even more than the rice !! I was shorted 1 L1 General Tsos. So needless to say by this time I don't think I could have stood another round of intimidation and being treated like a thief so I just let it go. They can keep my money as I'll never go back there again. So learn from what I tell you. Open the bags when the driver is standing right there dam record the unbagging if you can. This cost me $8.95 for the missing lunch plus about half hour being treated like a lying thief. Stay away from Panda Express. There are plenty of other like restaurants in the area. This one is not worth it even if it were for free. Hopefully they read this. My name is Richard. If a business doesn't take care of a problem fairly , or shorts you something that you paid for then it should be let known to the community. If they even cared and tried to work with me I wouldn't need to be writing this review. Hope they see this and learn that's no way to do business. If I could have given it zero stars I would have but it made me do at least one star.

So they do Hot Pot for lunch and then for dinner they offer Korean BBQ. They have a self serve buffet for the Hot Pot but I've never seen how they do the dinner service. My mother and my sister's kids seem to be big fans of this joint. To me it just isn't a good value as I'm not going to eat enough of the Hot Pot buffet to make it worth my while. I thought my experiences I've had other at Hot Pot places was a lot better but the whole Hot Pot thing ultimately doesn't really appeal to me and I would rather just have a nice bowl of Pho instead. I do like Korean BBQ but again that is something I only want very rarely and I maybe just occasionally eat that every several years while on average I'm happier with one bowl of Pho or some regular Chinese or Korean food without the all you can eat option.

Unfortunately, they were fighting for their lives against that food. The sushi tasted like it had been sitting there contemplating its purpose. The rice was somehow both dry AND sticky, which honestly feels like an accomplishment. My hibachi came out looking promising, but after two bites I realized the seasoning apparently missed out on an important shift that day. The vegetables had more personality than the meat and that really says something. You think thats worse? Lets talk about the prices. I looked at the bill and realized they had accidentally charged me for ownership of the building. Again, absolutely no complaints about the service. But whoever was in that kitchen needs to apologize to them because they're the ones having to walk those plates out to people with a straight face. Food had me driving home in silence.
