I had a serious issue in which my converted garage family room was several degrees colder in the winter and approx that many hotter in the summer because my unused chimney was sucking air from the room up through the chimney out into the atmosphere. They efficiently demolished my chimney and bricked up the wall where the chimney had been. They did a spectacular job, and I can already tell a significant difference. The price was excellent as well, considering how difficult the job was to complete. I intend to use them in the future for any other masonry work I might require, and I highly recommend them to anyone for their chimney needs. They do excellent work demolishing chimneys!

They are trying to nickel and dime my wife and I for things that are blatantly false! This company tried to make us pay for a whole month of rent because we were PCS'ing on the 3rd of April. Unlike the numerous other rental companies, this company would not pro-rate us for the 3 days we would have been in the house in April, despite providing them 2 months notice. They claim we took a TV mount from the property when there was never one there when we arrived there. They are charging us for carpet cleaning when I already paid to have to property professionally cleaned before we left! among other BS charges include Chimney inspection (we never used), flea treatment (our dogs do not have fleas), turning the water off (it was turned off mid-carpet cleaning and the cleaner had to use the neighbors water) and trash removal (for trash left in the garbage can after we left, which was very little at that). We were relatively great tenants. We left the house when it was being showed to other possible tenants and cleaned up pretty well for the showing. We weren't loud or causing problems for the neighbors. We kept the house clean, even with 2 dogs. We left the house in better condition than when we arrived at the house to begin with and the house was cleaned SPOTLESS when we left! If you are in the military DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take advantage of you not being in the area to dispute any charges and will expect you to pay in full.
