Joe and his son were incredibly helpful, especially when we weren't sure which direction to go with certain decisions. Joe gave us honest advice about expanding our kitchen without ever making us feel pressured. Our kitchen is now open, bright and so much more functional. JWD really knows their stuff and is a contractor you can trust in your home. We'd definitely use JWD again!

Not only that but some of them did not even seem legit. My wife wasn't comfortable with most of these guys in our home. Finally I called joe delucas construction and maintenance. For one, we loved it was a family owned business, father and son. They were very professional, kind, and you could tell really cared for their work and took great pride in it. Now luckily for my wife who has no clue on picking out tile, countertops, cabinets and making it all look good together, Joe knew exactly what he was doing. He would give his opinions on what he thought would look nice and we trusted him almost immediately. Very confident man. And it was the best decision we've ever made on our home. Not only did the kitchen and bathroom turn out a million times better then we originally imagined the pricing was so reasonable compared to all the scum bags that came threw my door. So we saved money and I know for a fact no one else could have pulled off what he did and in such a timely fashion. He gave us a time frame of when it would be done and he was right on the money. We really appreciated that. He was always on time and reliable. Great guy, amazing work, outstanding contracting company to hire! I would recommend to anyone. From siding, to remolding, or even a simple maintenance job call Joe DeLucas! I promise you will not be disappointed.

He…read moredoes beautiful work, shows up on time, sticks to his quote, finishes on time, and offers a very reasonable price. I had two very bad prior experiences and was very frustrated with contractors. For the job that we had him do - remodeling bathroom, finishing and painting the hallways, and fixing hard wood floor, I had 6 quotes, and decided to use him based on his knowledge at the estimate, price, and very good online rating on service magic ( I didn't get him through service magic, though). He was recommended by the person who sold us the shower enclosure. We had to wait 3 weeks before he could come to work for us, but the wait was completely worth it! He and his crew were very polite, hard working, and cleaned after themselves each day. He also found an additional problem that we had with our toilet which we were not aware of and fixed it for us, saved us hundreds of dollars and hassle down the road. The end product of their work is amazing. The bathroom is beautiful and the hallway became the best painted area of the house. It is night and day compared to our prior contractors from Philadelphia. We want him to come back for any other remodeling work that we have around the house. We highly recommend him to our friends and colleagues. I am so glad that we've found him because he provides exceptional value for his service. If you are looking for a contractor to fix or add to your house, look no further, call him up and you will be as happy as we are with his work! I just wish that we had found him 6 months ago when we bought our house and had not wasted time, money, and angst on the other contractors.

Bob worked with us to provide solutions to some interesting requests that we had made. We agreed that any future projects would include a quote from Creative Contracting. We have done some smaller projects since that time, and most recently we replaced a very large leaking skylight in the kitchen area. Bob provided a quote and we agreed to move forward with the project. Bob introduced us to his foreman Andrew and we discussed the proposed timeline. As with any project there were some minor issues, but we were really impressed with how these issues were addressed. We were very impressed with the crew, especially the communication that was provided during the process. Andrew is top notch. Even though we know he had other jobs that were way more involved than our skylight, he made us feel as if this was his top priority. He communicated with us daily, either by text or phone call and if we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. When we had a leak the following day, he was honest in explaining what had happened and we appreciated understanding the process. Communication goes a long way in satisfying your customers! DJ was a pleasure to meet. He was hard working and willing to do anything necessary to assist in getting the job done. Adam is a very kind and very caring individual. I made sure to compliment them both, but especially Adam, he really worked hard at teaching DJ while getting the job done right. I was very impressed.
