I did not consent to him cashing my good faith deposit as I left him numerous messages that I needed to adjust services and the total. Travin ignored my pleas and cashed my check anyways and took off out of town How very sad and unfortunate Travin was able to enjoy time with my money for doing zero work for me yet, my workers that were due money for the work they had already done had to do without because Travin refused to return my deposit and decided to go in a trip with my money. It just seems so unfair & unjust that he gets paid from me for doing zero work and takes my money which prevented me from paying those that actually did do work for me. I believe in doing what is right, good and fair and what Travin did to selfishly cash my good faith deposit without my approval or consent warrants a law suit and planning to see him in court along with the workers and their kids and families that didn't get their money this weekend from me and couldn't pay them because Travin stole money and cashed my good faith deposit check without my approval and consent hurting all those families. How very selfish of him and my workers are quite upset and plan to see him in court with me. I am hurt and he not only ripped me off but families that were expecting to get paid and had to do without because of his selfish actions & behavior.

Emailed him back after my husband and I spoke and had a follow up question - no response as of yet and our appt was on 11/11/24. Then we started to get calls from the office following up on our appointment between 11/12 - 11/13/24. It would be helpful when vmails are left to be specific on the reason for one's call - to state the company name and phone number without context unfortunately isn't helpful. We played a lot of phone tag and I wasn't clear for the call it was simply to call Fireplace Pros. When we did finally connect the question was how our appointment was and did we have any questions? I did follow up again asking for the specific quote we had emailed AJ on after our appointment and that was the last we heard of Fireplace Pros and that was on 11/13/24. No follow up quote on our follow up question and a little phone tag. Sadly what started out as a strong service has sort of quieted down without our follow up answers to our questions.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, I received the voice mailbox and left my contact info and expected to receive a call back later that day or the next. While I was still leaving my info, Barry, the owner called me back (that was fast). Barry provided in-depth detail on his business and emphasized that his company only did air duct cleaning and what the process was. He then went online, looked up my property, and then provided a quote over the phone. I was shocked at how affordable the service was, additionally, they are Veteran friendly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time "on the Dot". He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). Kirk answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his job. I paid the invoice with a credit card/ debit card, there is a 3% surcharge for this (cash is better and would have saved me around $15.00). I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not.
