Best breakfast burritos around!…read more This cute Mexican food truck does NOT disappoint. My partner and I found this truck back in Ballard at the farmer's market a few years ago (it seriously revived us from far too many late nights), and we were so excited to see they have multiple locations after we moved! While the breakfast burritos (with chorizo!) are my fave, the street tacos are also excellent. I tried out the al pastor, carnitas, and chupa cabra - al pastor definitely won. Service is always professional and quick. Highly recommend.

No seating, but they are located in the Shell station parking lot across from Kirkland Urban, which means also across from Peter Kirk Park. Grab some tacos (and maybe a Happy Lemon - right next door!) and dine al fresco on a nice day. All their food is packaged for takeaway so it's also a great "grab on the way home from work" option. Highly recommend!

I got the combo - Hawaiian chicken + karaage requesting extra salad instead of rice, as well as a half order of loco moco. It's nice that there is half order as a lot of Hawaiian restaurants tend to be full orders so it is incredibly hard to try a variety of options if you're solo or in a small group. The Hawaiian chicken and karaage both are juicy and delicious. It's great that the combo is the same price as the standard individual options so I got to try more variety without paying extra. I looked at the reviews and opted to remove the rice and get extra salad which was a good move - their chop chop salad is very delicious with a nice balance of dressing, cheese, and ham. I still had some rice from the loco moco, which was sufficient for me. The loco moco is good - I wished the patty was a bit less tough but the gravy and egg make up for it. Overall, great value and great food. I'd be a regular if I didn't live so far from Kirkland (1 hr drive for food can be challenging in busy schedules)

I think the plate + side salad would be enough food for 2 normal eaters tbh. Really great portion size + customer service! Will be bringing my bf back to try!

I ordered the Combo Pod (with chicken masala and paneer masala) and a Lassi. The Combo Pod is a pretty hefty portion. Everything had so much flavor and ingredients tasted fresh and well cooked. Only advice is to skip adding the egg...gives you more protein but didn't really add to the flavor or textures as much. Lassi was delicious too. Just the right about the mango and yogurt flavor and too sweet or tart. I would definitely order again or even go to one of their locations. The tacos were pretty decent and the better choice than burrito, despite the name of the restaurant. The tacos had good amount of meat, and I preferred the asada a bit more as while the birria taco has generous amounts of meat, it was a bit dry surprisingly. The burrito is there for a very very filling meal. It has a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, meat, rice, beans and refried beans. It's a giant burrito indeed, but it's more quantity than quality. The burrito is a bit soggy, but compensated for juicy carnitas.
