Purchased an office chair(herman miller aeron chair) from Fernando(the owner of the store) and he insisted that the chair was working properly and it was a fully adjustable for $400 cash. I requested a return because the arm rests had SCRATCHES on them and the chair was over 10+ years old. I, then, request for a return and he only gives me back $350. Also, when I met with him to do the return, he gives me a teared up $100 with writing on it that I almost could not deposit. This is a terrible store. I am moving this week and was in the market for a King Mattress. I wanted to invest in a quality one but wasn't sure what I wanted. So, I went to discount mattress and laid on a lot of beds and finally got my heart set on the Sealy Hybrid, Silver Chill Plush. However, it retails at $2,700. They sometimes get mattresses in from their outlets and can offer discounted rates but they didn't have any in stock. This led me to look on offer up! I first heard about Fernando and Chillin' Mattress through a friend of mine. He mentioned he had purchased a new bed, and was loving it. It is a king with an adjustable frame and according to him, is absolutely amazing. I began to think of my old, rickety mattress that was around 10 years old. I asked for Fernando's number and sent a text over introducing myself and what I was interested in. Off the bat, Fernando is super descriptive, helpful, and accommodating. We set up an appointment time to check out a few king mattresses. My boyfriend and I arrive and Fernando has mattress samples out for testing (the ones I said I was interested in). We tested them out and made a purchase not 15 minutes later!! We got all set up and I was able to Venmo him (he takes regular payment methods, also). He also provides delivery and set-up services, which of course I paid for, duh lol. Fernando and another worker came to set up our new bed in about 15-25 minutes! Honestly, we love our bed and it has been so comfortable. We purchased this bed in...May/June, I think? The bed has been comfortable ever since, absolutely no problems at all. There weren't any business hours posted on the website so I called and Fernando was on his way out, but was kind enough to wait for us.
