It was a week before July 4th, and we wanted to refresh our backyard entertainment space. We went to Jr's Patio to see an outdoor sofa we saw online. After seeing the sofa it didn't quite meet our expectations, so we looked at the other options there and my wife found the ideal sofa. It was a curved modular set. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't too expensive either. She said, it's never a good value unless you get what you want. She talked me into it as they can deliver the next day with the 4th of July approaching. So, we pulled the trigger. I must say we spend more time out on the patio with the new sofa than ever before. It makes gazing at our view more enjoyable. It's like we added another room. David at Jr's Patio is a pleasure to deal with - not like the salesman at other furniture stores that carry clipboards. Highly recommend Jr's Patio.

I would recommend this place to anyone as the prices are well below market value.

It all started with a trip to find a small patio set. That small trip has turned into a full blown patio set, a sofa, chairs with ottomans, a beautiful Patio dining table along with fire pits and all. Two full setups at my home and another very nice set at my in laws.

My husband and I have been thinking about getting patio furniture for the summer and I had JRs patio bookmarked in my yelp account. We decided to check out his store with no intention of buying anything. However, after hearing what furniture he had on sale, we couldn't resist the opportunity to purchase what we wanted. We have no regrets about the quality and service we received from JR. We went home with the furniture we wanted and a month later, everything is still in good quality. David , the main person in the showroom very easy to work with Very knowledgeable. Gave me the best price in town With delivery date and time . Kept his word . Wow! If you need patio furniture you MUST check out Jr.'s Patio. The prices are absolutely incredible. I originally found Jr. on Facebook Marketplace. I sent him a message at 8 o'clock at night and got a response right away. He was honest and upfront about the prices and gave me accurate and detailed descriptions of the items that I was looking for. I had looked at other stores for outdoor furniture but none of them compared to the show room he had down in Chula Vista. There were options for cushions type, colors, wicker, PVC, and glass. He even had restaurant-style heat lamps that were 1/3 of the cost that you would find at competitors with excellent quality. The customer service that I received while I was in the store was great. No pushiness, just happy to answer any and all questions I had. I'm super stoked that my once boring patio is now all tricked out and ready for summertime!! read more

My husband and I have been looking for outdoor furniture everywhere but to no avail, either overpriced or just meh. I decided to browse on FB marketplace and happened upon David's listing. I inquired about options and availability and he was super responsive and helpful. We decided to drive 90 miles to his showroom to experience the products for ourselves and save on shipping, and it was well worth the long road trip. We got a super great deal on a complete patio set, so glad the huge box fit in our car. Everything just fit so perfectly in our balcony and we now have comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset. I drove down to look at the pieces and his showroom was great, and the prices even better! The real reason I'm giving Jr's Patio five stars is David's AMAZING customer service. He drove down and delivered my purchased pieces the SAME DAY and he was quick to answer my few questions I had on the set up - even sending me a video that broke everything down. Jesse just delivered a beautiful Eucalyptus Patio set to our home! Customer service was super, all as promised. The quality of this set looks excellent. I've wasted days looking for quality inexpensive patio furniture on amazon, Home Depot, and other sites and stores.. no one comes close to David's prices and quality. I've bought 3 sets now and a few umbrellas and our guests always ask where we got it from, they are comfortable, not thin and cheap like others in this price point, and have held up to the elements. David works very hard to make selecting and buying quality patio furniture at a reasonable price a satisfying experience. It started with my emails asking about different pieces and him answering most graciously and quickly. Then when we got to his store he really knows his merchandise and kindly moved different pieces around so we could figure out what would work in our patio space. Since we live quite far from his store we brought a van to pick up the furniture (dana Point) He was very honest and straightforward with his pricing. Once we decided on the set and also ended up buying a fire pit. He went to his warehouse and loaded it all up into our van. If I ever need furniture I won't hesitate to buy from jrs patio. I did lots of searching and comparing and nothing compared to this store. They make it easy. read more

Until I visited Furniture Depot in Chula Vista, most the sofas and accent chairs were either cheap, poorly constructed, overpriced, they didn't have the size sofa for my living room... or the fabric wasn't the color I was looking for to match my other living room decor. One store I was going to buy from prior, the owner had me pay for the entire living room set upfront "because it was custom" then after waiting over a month the guy told me the fabric was discontinued. I found a swatch sample in their showroom that was basically identical, but the owner told me it would be $1,500 more for that fabric. I told him the deal is dead, give me my money back, which he did. I concluded the guy seemed nice but he was like a wolf in sheep's clothing. After that painful ordeal, I went and searched showrooms in San Diego's South Bay. I was about to give up but there was one last store I went into that day on Broadway in Chula Vista, Furniture Depot. Right from the beginning I was impressed. Their showroom larger than most furniture stores with vastly different styles throughout. The manager Dustin greeted me shortly after I walked in. He was there to assist and answer any questions I had. Dustin was very knowledgeable about all the products. He put everything at ease. It was a relief speaking with someone in the business who was honest and transparent about everything. After speaking with him only a few minutes I knew I was going to make my purchase through this store. Everything I was interested in could be ordered new, he explained. He offered custom sizes and many colors to choose from. Dollar for dollar, based on the quality of product, I don't think there's any local competitor that can match their service or quality. The turn-around for the custom-sized furniture was very fast, less than 2 weeks. The guys who delivered the product performed a white glove delivery service for a very low reasonable fee, lower cost than most furniture places offer. I ended up buying a 92" sofa, ottoman and accent chair - all new - all matching fabric, great quality, and very comfortable to sit and lay in. I'm glad I found this place. That's where they use the I'll give you a good deal at the end of your purchase thing. I had gotten a thrumble (bunk beds with a 3rd bed at the bottom(floor). The material is so bad. It's been 8 months and it seems as if I was donated the bed previously used. The bed on the bottom is made with cheap wood it braked so easily. Like cardboard type. The top bunk bed on the inside had scratches but like chipped off. So I didn't see that. They don't ask if you want the protectors they throw them in for each mattress and they don't even fit they are huge. The point is the wood is so cheap and the beds are about 1,300. I got the insurance and because we got a storage unit I forgot where I put the insurance documents. There for the insurance company says they can't send anyone to fix the bed cause it has multiple damages. The dining table I got I didn't notice one chair had a chip pretty long were you lean your feet on and well it came off eventually. All dining tables at the bottom come with busters for hight. Even if you put them all in they are uneven. They also keep coming out so it gets in even worse. I got a set of sofas and had the 3 seater made into a pull out more money. The mattress is sooo cheap and I supposedly had it upgraded you can feel the metal of the pull out I've had 2 previous ones I gave away and I so regret it. I also got a corner table its rustic cherry Woolf color. Well I that day that I wanted it they wanted to give me the one as an example it had chips and scratches and one of the employees decided to cover it up with black permanent marker and said there take it it's good and I said no I want a new one. When it got delivered I could still see that oil color black marks on it and I told them I'm not keeping this one I told the guy at the store. So take it back. I had to go personally to the whatehouse to pick one up. I did take the mattress from the couch too and told them to check my order and it was the wrong one but they also exchanged it for the same type different color. ‍ I was done at this point and I stopped paying I've been waiting for them to pick the items up cause it's disappointing when you buy insurance for damaged or scratches etc extra and they can't come to fix it or exchange one piece of an item. I have my eye instead at the MOR store. Well I actually already got a bed. Definitely recommend 10/10 and it's been like 4 months. Also got insurance on the electric base and mattress

It's really not that hard to just use an ounce of common sense. Anyway, the employee matter of factly apologized and gave me a discount. After driving all the way there, I did not want to leave empty handed and figured that maybe (and that's a big maybe) I can repair it with new shells(?) I have no idea where to even find these types of shells.....and I shouldn't have to deal with this. When I got it home, I had to spend TWO HOURS wrapping the remaining shells so they wouldn't break & store it for now because I can't hang it all broken and junky. I need to repair it first. NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING HERE.

She buys the flowers, creates the arrangements and delivers the flowers. When I call or stop by I understand she may be filling an order for someone else. I order a few days in advance for delivery and will schedule a time to drop by if I am in the neighborhood. Honestly, I can understand if she is busy and can't drop everything to get my small order together as a walk in customer. (And she never treats my orders as small orders.) But the negative reviews don't match my experience at all. She has always responded to fix problems. People die from a quarter pounder at mc-burgers. Why not complain about that? I wish we had a Florecita in Portland. I just put in an order for weekly flowers to be delivered for the next two months. I'm a happy repeat customer. Please give her a try.
