This is the most atrocious service I have ever nearly received. After an enquiry into how much longer we'd have to wait for our meals, (after already waiting 20 minutes eta) the staff were so rude. We were to to just wait another 20 minutes, another hour after another phone call was made and greater with another hostile response. We were told to just wait and snapped at abruptly with, "well, what do you want me to do about it!" and was then hung up on. After that, still waiting for our food, the phone was answered and hung up on multiple times. We ordered from Blue Ginger, another takeaway, and finished the meal before chillies turned up with a stone cold meal which we had no choice but to refuse. Absolutely appalling customer service from start. Will never use them again. A long time customer lost. read more
