I normally love blueberry muffins, but that one wasn't for me. This place is also across the street from a Goodwill that I find something at EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

We popped into Chick'N Run in Canton, TX (listen, don't sleep on the country towns!), and I couldn't decide, because there's 10 different chicken salad varieties to choose from, from Jalapeño Cheddar to Cranberry Pecan! I decided to get 3 small 1/2 lb containers--jalapeño bacon cheddar, southwest, and spicy, because I just wanted all the tangy flavors today. They were all delicious, super refreshing and light, perfect for a hot 94 degree day in Texas. You can either get the tubs or sandwich style, and I opted for dipping chips in the salad. They also have a very cute coffee bar and sell quick dinner bundles (think pastas, casseroles, etc) with the seasonings and all for $11.95 each or you can get 5 and get one free!
