Have an issue with their parking where is the handicap parking spaces seen quite a few for pick up. Does not appear to follow Americans with Disability Act of 1990? Are those parking spots for those who do not want to get out of their vehicle get them, or so that the staff do not have to walk far? What about the truly disabled not having a closer parking spot and then have to walk a distance to the front door was not allowed to use their side door as the sign states. I am not typically a fan of chain restaurants like Applebee's, TGIFriday's, etc. the ONLY one I have ever really enjoy is Chili's. I've been to many Chili's restaurant locations and the menu is always diverse, the food quality is already great, and the value is great. THIS particular Chili's on Staten Island is always top notch, in my opinion. The staff is always pleasant, the food is always great, and the drinks are decent. Even on super busy days, like this recent visit that we went to, their service is pretty reliable. I've seldom had a problem at this location other than the occasional weak drink or food sometimes taking a bit longer than I'd like. But most of the time it's great. It's clean, has a great ambience, and good food and service. The one thing to note about this location is that figuring out where the parking is can be tricky. You have to turn into the Northfield Bank entrance (which is right next to the Chili's) and then you can park In the spots behind the chili's (that aren't marked for the bank). read more

My mom & pops took us here yesterday. It's been a few years since we hit Chilis but my family demanded that I write a review. Chili's food is commercial but I would say it's much better than Applebees, Buff Bills or any other place in its class. I had the $10 Chicken, Bacon & Salad lunch, we also had the salmon, the ribs and the chili. To our surprise the food was really good. We also had the 2 for 1 happy hour which is a great deal. Where Chilis exceeded expectations was waitress Felicia who was one of the best we've ever had at any restaurant. My wife would know having been waitress herself for 10+ years. I've been going to this restaurant many times and many years and never had a problem until tonight. Unfortunately I am allergic to avocado and I got the Santa fe salad which I get every time I come here and the waitress even knows I'm allergic to avocado so I tell her "no avocado" on my salad and they bring out a salad with avocado all over it. I tell her she brings it back to kitchen and comes back out to tell me the cook apologizes blah blah blah. A couple minutes later they bring me out the new salad I'm starving I take a bite I look and one of the chickens still have avocado on it and on the plate. Now I'm sweating in fear because I just took a bite and I'm allergic and even a little avocado I get into severe pains and have to go into the hospital. I wait for the waitress to show her and she takes the plate now I'm sweating with my nerves and fear because I just ate from this plate. I now don't want the salad I don't trust the cook any longer but instead of thinking of something else I just tell the waitress give me what my boyfriend has not realizing he got a salad too. What I rather have had was French fries nothing else. But whatever now the cook is making the salad my boyfriend had but with no chicken and they bring it out not even with the salad dressing. But the waitress tells me he's so sorry. She then laughs and jokes if I'm in any pain to call them. I'm sorry but I don't see me being in severe pain is funny at all? Do they not take peoples allergies seriously? My boyfriend even paid for two full meals which also shows me they didn't care enough for complementary for how the cook treated me and just acting like he gave me a new plate of food. Each time we went in the place was lease then half full but somehow there was a 25-30 minute wait with a possibility of not being seated. I don't get it how is the place empty and not able to sit people. I am done trying to go there anymore simply because it's a waste of my time and the place obviously doesn't want people in there that late so they can clean up and get out of there. This comment is based on the simple fact that in the day and early evening the place has way more people in there so it's not a capacity issue just laziness. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Chili's since he had never been. We came at the right time because they had $5 margaritas which were absolutely delicious. We both had the strawberry lemonade margarita which was sweet and tasty. I love the sweet brown sugar around the top of the glass which made it even more attractive looking. The hostess and waiter were very nice and the atmosphere was great. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was not that crowded and loud. We order the triple appetizer which consisted of cheese burger sliders, boneless buffalo and honey crispers, with some egg rolls. It came on time and all was fresh delicious and tasty. Once the main course came we were stuffed. I had food to take for lunch the next day. This was probably my third time going to Chillis and I'm never disappointed. I will be back. read more

My wife and I were served boneless buffalo wings which were raw in the middle, thank god she cut the chicken before taking a bite! Never could go wrong for the 2 for 1 drinks. From beers on tap to frozen or straight up margaritas on the rocks. LOVE THAT. Plus the free chips and salsa on the side, but make sure you have lots of napkins cause the chips can be greasy and its messy with the salsa on top. The service here was below par, and the place we sat was annoying. The restaurant has a ton of tv screens which is fantastic because I wanted to watch preseason football and US Open tennis, but the corner they placed us offered a limited view. However, my family decided we could afford to miss some matches and just chit chat instead. That was totally fine, but we quickly became hungry and annoyed once we had to keep waiting for any food to come out. Finally I got my chipotle chicken bowl. It was spicy and actually tasted very good and much to my liking. Once we were all done eating, it took another 50 billion minutes for the waitress to ask if we wanted dessert. It is the most dressing drenched salad ever made, with inferior tasting ingredients. Went to Chilis yesterday and I was very impressed. I have a peanut, treenut, sesame and tomato allergy. The bartender/server was fantastic. Cared so much. Offered the allergy menu. Shared her own history of allergies in the family and really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. We had a great time with drinks, appetizers and a meal. Definitely would reccomend. This place has great service but terrible food and a dirty bathroom. I was here for dinner on a Saturday night. There was a wait and we decided to sit at the bar and have dinner and drinks. The bartender was very nice. It was a bit odd that she was the only bartender and expected to serve the people sitting at the bar and the drinks for the tables. I ordered the chicken fajitas. The rice was stale and the chicken wasn't very good. It tasted like frozen chicken. The guacamole was fine and so was the tortillas. My friend ordered the half rack of baby back ribs. The ribs were cooked fine but they were a bit dry. She had it with a side of clearly frozen broccoli. The drinks were fine we had the presidente margaritas and the house margaritas. The house margaritas were much better than the presidente. The bathroom I was not clean at all. There was tissue all over the floor and no paper towels. Seemed like it hadn't been serviced all night. I don't know... It's a Chili's. The food is the same as any other Chili's I have been too. Good for a quick fix. The bar area is kind of nice with lots of flat-screens and stools going all around it. In fact, we always look forward to grabbing dinner here when we have business on Staten Island. It's basically like any suburban Chili's. I've put in a Mobile order from DoorDash and they gave my order to the wrong person when I tried to call and see why my order hasn't came to me they told me they gave it to the wrong person and there was nothing they can do they weren't allowed to make my food again. my dasher was waiting at the store and they refused to give the dasher my order.
