Happy Hour only certainly seats; then the drinks ring up for more than advertised. Service was good and Pick 3 was fine (burger on point) but had to sort the bill out. Took a while. The food was great. The chicken and steak fajitas, with a side of the skillet beef queso along with the chips and salsa were all perfect. Even the random drunk Soldier who attempted to join me couldn't ruin the experience. The staff were great and very prompt to check in with me. I didn't have to wait and they were probably around 40% capacity at around 8pm on a Sunday. Even with the slightly tipsy crowd, it was a very chill and enjoyable evening. read more

We had a late lunch here. We got the 2 for deal and had mozzarella sticks & burgers for our entrees. The food was good and the service was also. A star knocked off for the mozzarella sticks being not so hot/fresh. The dining area was clean. We travel full-time around the country and it's always nice to find a Chili's as an alternative to fast food. It's a good/consistent experience. read more

Ribs, mac, hot chicken strips - served fast, we dined early, 5:30pm. When food was brought out I asked for additional bbq sauce, server said sorry we are out of sauce, your meal was the last prepared with bbq sauce, I don't have sauce I can bring you. Asked for my mac to be a go item and not with dinner. Check came, asked for my to go Mac and had to wait for over 15 minutes because they were making a fresh batch... sat in the bar, multiple folks ordered bbq and were told @ 6pm, sorry we are out of sauce. That said - good service decent food. Who runs a bbq joint with no sauce ? Who runs a bbq place with no pre made mac? Likely won't return. read more

Waited over 1 hour to be seated for a table of 2. When we walked in to see what the hold up was I saw people being seated that literally walked in 30 min after the host took my reservation. When I asked why they were being seated before people that had been waiting for 1 hour the host gave me attitude. It's been 6 years I probably should have still stayed away. Tequila Sunrise was gross. Don't know what kind of OJ or grenadine they used but you don't want that. Ordered the southwest egg rolls. They literally came out 1.5 mins after I ordered them. Whose order did I get is the question or how long was it sitting around in back. Next we come to the clincher. I asked for some sour cream. Server asked this size? I said no just a tiny bit bigger. A freaking coffee cup came out. I was never told there would be an up charge let alone 4 x $1 up charge. She couldn't or wouldn't take it off. Two more Ass mgrs came by asked if I had an issue. I explained they looked at me like oh well. One said you got your four cups of sour cream right? I didn't ask for all that. Again nothing was said except we'll have a good night. They walked away. Ok worst customer service ever for this place. Literally will never go to another chili's ever again. I love this Chili's! They have a great selection of delicious food. Our server Sherri is AMAZING! She always makes sure we have the best experience. My favorite's are the shrimp fajitas, the quesadilla explosion salad and the baked potato soup. My daughter loves the Chicken Crispers, Wings and the Triple Dipper is always a top choice. This Chili's by far has the best customer service in town! 10/10! read more

This is the only good restaurant they have in Sierra Vista. I never used to go to the one in California, but this is very very good. I love their hamburgers and fries and their Martin espresso is excellent. read more

Only ate there twice. Got a tummy ache both times. Don't know if they need to change their grease more often or what?!

We went to Chili's because it was close to where we were staying. We were sat immediately. Our server was friendly and provided good service. As expected. Food was average. My husband ate the fajitas which he said was meh and I had the buffalo chicken sandwich- this was actually pretty good. The environment was quiet. read more

i don't know what 18 old me was talking about because i absolutely ADORE chilis now. the triple dipper is such an amazing deal, and the staff is always so kind. i think i was just upset about the cheese curds being taken away, but the hot mozz definitely makes up for it. one of my go to restaurants. read more

After a not so great experience of being ignored at Applebees, we went down the road and had a totally different experience at Chili's! We were immediately sat on a Saturday night, and immediately greeted at our table by Victoria, our server, who was so pleasant and took our drink orders. Last night's dinner with friends at Chili's was delicious. Seniors, hubby and I shared the ribs and chicken basket. We still had more fries than we could eat. The corn on cob is seasoned so every bite is enjoyable. Ambiance was casual and friendly. We were able to enjoy a leisure meal with friends we only see once a year. The service is 5 star. They had a family birthday celebration so as we were leaving they were all singing Happy Birthday to the birthday child. Fam8,y friendly I am quite surprised to see only 2.5 stars. Of all the national chains in town, this one is my favorite. I've tried a varitety of TexMex food here, from their burgers, Cajun pasta, but my favorite are the chicken fajitas. My husband and I enjoy ordering them via the $25 dinner-for-two. It comes with a dinner salad with choice of dressing and a choice of dessert and I like the strawberry cheese cake. The meal is enough for two meals for each of us. You get four small flour tortillas, black beans, rice, and plenty of grilled chicken, green and red peppers, onions, tomatoes. Toppings include cheese. guacamole, sour cream and salsa. We always sit at the bar for fast and friendly service. Jessica and Lisa are both long-time employees who are back to work after the covid shutdown. We were last here yesterday for a late lunch date. We sat at the bar. I noticed that half the bar was cordoned off for social distancing. The bar area was at 50% capacity by the time we left. I also noticed the crew takes better care at cleanliness. All the employees wear masks. We have come here plenty of times, but this was our first visit here since early March. Previous issues we have had with missing items or wrong orders were always taken care of promptly. My only complaint about Chili's is that they are always reinventing their menus. read more

Subject: Why I don't visit Chili's Anymore Quantity and quality has been shrinking over the last couple of years (understandable, kind of). Last visit is why though. I ordered the triple platter like I always do. Chicken Crispers, Honey Chipotle chicken strips, and of course the South Western Egg rolls. The correct sauces for that combo are Ranch, Honey Mustard, and Avocado Ranch (Chili's introduced me to that years earlier). They brought out to me 2 ranches and 1 Avocado Ranch, the waitress refused to bring out the correct combination without charging me extra. Even if I was substituting one of the ranches with the correct sauce. So basically, over about 50 cents were done. Glad you guys made that big money on my order. Actually, the real reason is they no longer honor the age ole adage the customer is always right. This is only the latest example of Chili's priorities. I could fill up a book with my complaints from the other visits. Forget this has been chain and go for a quality Mom and Pop's. You'll be glad that you did. read more

I like this Chili's location. Went out to celebrate with friends. There's always some sort of specials or deals. I got a platter with ribs and brisket with sides. Food was not bad for fast casual dining. Service was great and we had an awesome waiter. We went during happy hour so they just kept the drinks pouring. Overall, a good experience here. read more

Ok, here we go. First time Yelping a Chili's . And I'm glad this was the one. Service at the bar was prompt, courteous and genuinely friendly (or at least the bar tender had me CONVINCED it was genuine, which is just as good when it comes down to it). Big olives are the ONLY olives befitting a Desert Martini, so props to the managers for keeping them in stock . This is the first time I've ever entered a Chili's and NOT ordered some sort of red meat (e.g. ribs, burgers, etc). That being said... The Southwest Caesar Salad with shrimp was so unbelievably AWESOME that it makes me wonder why EVERY Caesar Salad is NOT Southwest. It was that good. And the spicy Santa Fe made it even more delicious! Well done to whoever came up with those menu items. Seated right away, got our drink order in. It took an hour to get our food. When we finally got it the quesadilla was soggy and so full of jalapeños I couldn't eat it. It was way to spicy. Very few (one?) trained wait staff. The hostess left handicapped women standing while she cleaned tables, instead of seating them as soon as the table was cleaned. She rolled her eyes when others suggested this. Our server was awesome. She gave an honest appraisal of the food we asked about. When we stopped her for a quick question, she answered it and gracefully excused herself. She had the most customers in her area. Her name is Miranda. We settled on the bottomless chips, soup and salad. All was delicious. I especially liked the chicken tortilla soup. We also got a half-order if ribs. Food was nicely prepared and Haley ensured we had everything we needed. The establishment seemed fully staffed and efficient. We were very happy with everything. Special birthday celebration ruined with waiting over an hour for food then 15-20 minutes apart getting the rest of the meal. Server was friendly, so I don't blame her at all. Is it the cook or the manager? I don't know what happens behind the scene but from a customer perspective - very disappointed! In the past, I've read many complaints about this place on FB groups and unfortunately I had to experience it first hand, not to mention, on a special day. The food was mediocre for what we paid. Seems our order was forgotten, then rushed in preparation and served. I rarely give one star rating but when I do, it's definitely for a good reason. My wife decided to pick up some food for Sunday football. The usual fare of buffalo chicken wings, big bite burgers, chicken tenders, fried pickles, chicken fajitas, and elotes (Mexican street corn). The mains were not bad. But it's the little things that this place never gets right. The rice that came with the fajitas were not quite cooked and brittle. The street corn turned out to be off. Bummer to find out after moving back to AZ from OR (where they don't have chili's) that the closest one to me js so bad. I keep trying it hoping it will be good but only two of the 7 times I've been have been decent, and one of those was a to go order. I always get the quesadilla explosion salad and it's wilted warm lettuce most of the time, one time barely any lettuce at all, and customer service actually matches. The times the food has been good, so has the service, and the times it's been bad (most of the time) service is bad to horrible. Such a letdown! read more

Chili's has really helped themselves by updating the menu, which turns its focus to ribs, burgers and fresh mex entrees. The wife and I recently split the chicken enchiladas. Combined with the chips & salsa it was an enjoyable meal. read more

Food is what you expect from a chain: similar to everywhere else. The filet with asparagus and cilantro sauce is out of this world, when it's food to the requested temp. The service is hit and miss. We always sit at the bar and some bartenders are great and some can be a little on the rude side. The ambiance is nothing to write home about, it's a chain after all. read more

Arrived at the restuarant at the time designated for my pick up order (1756-1801). Clicked the "I'm here" button and couldn't pick a numbered parking slot as they were full, so I checked the box that said "no number available ". After waiting 15 min, I went inside as maybe I had punch the pick up instead of the curbside button. Had several people walk by without asking if I needed anything and after 5-6 inside I was approached and asked if I was waiting for an order for josilyn. Nope, but I am waiting for an order for Tod. I was told she had gone out and looked and didnt see me and that I didnt give a number. Told her all the number slots were full so that's why I clicked no number available.
