Not sure why car side to go orders are horrible! I am not sure if it is the people who work that area or if it's the time that I order that is not good. Seems like it's more of the night time orders that goes with the quality of food that goes down. I have ordered during the day and the quality of food seems a little better. I ordered online to have my food ready @6:30, pulled in and I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. When I got home the food was not good quality, noodles were old, little sauce, veggies were mushy, meat was dry and salad had wilted lettuce and salad dressing was thin. Plus, I didn't get the appetizer that I ordered. I got the 2 for 25.00 that was not worth even a penny! It was like the food was old and needed to go and that is what I got! Today we went to chilis and we are well aware of the wait times sometimes when they're short staffed. Today was one of those days when they were short on help but they did a great job and all our food came out fast and fresh. The waitresses were on it today. Probably one of the best meals we've ever had here as well. The place was packed and everything went smoothly. December 12th,2024, I was too lazy to drive to Applebee's, which isn't much better, but better than this place, in Los Lunas, NM, damn it gets worse every time I try it. Terrible service, I ordered fajitas they were slopped on the plate, they put the tortillas in the microwave, and we all know what happens when you microwave tortillas, they get unchewable. I couldn't even make a fajita. I want a damn refund. 56 bucks for 2 sloppy meals, and I only ordered water to drink. Any time I've been to this Chili's, the food has been great. Never a mistake. Always quality food, quality service, quality margaritas.

Everything started off good, but after we got our drinks it took 20 minutes to order our food. It wasn't busy, at all. Our food came out before the appetizer, but even at that my food was missing. It took an extra 20 minutes to get my chicken sandwich. When they bought my sandwich i asked for some boxes (because everyone was done eating) and where our appetizer was. It took an additional 15 minutes to get both the boxes and our appetizer. Our server was nice but she never came to check on us or refill our empty cups. I had to get up and ask for our ticket. Our server told us that there was a new person on the fryer and thats why everything was late, and she was going to get our appetizer taken off. She bought our ticket and all we got was a senior discount for the appetizer. We came to celebrate a birthday but after how terrible everything was we didn't want to order anything anymore. I witnessed a table wait 25 minutes just to order, and when they asked to order the waitress told them "hold on let me go get the person Im training" I myself am a waitress (thats why i keep track of how long things take) in a very busy restaurant and regardless of how busy I am i always make sure to check on my people. This is an old review from 2+ years ago but my experience was so bad that since downloading this app I had to come and share my experience. I had gotten Buffalo wings and cooked into the breading was a fly. I obviously no longer had my appetite and instead of giving a refund which I asked for, they offered to recook my meal. Politely declined and still had my meal on my bill at the end, I didn't want to make a fuss so I paid it and left. Haven't been back to a Chili's since. This is my 4th time going to Chili's in Los Lunas since I moved to town November 2018, and it is absolutely horrible! This afternoon around 2:45pm on 1/1. Took about 5 minutes for hostess to greet us, and she said there was going to be a "wait". I asked how long the wait would be. Her response, "I don't know. Our servers need to catch up." What kind of response and service is this? The last time was about two weeks prior, but it took 20 minutes to get my margarita. I swore I would never go back, but I was gifted a gift card for the holidays and wanted to use it today. This establishment is the worst restaurant in town. My husband and I went out for a nice dinner. We ordered 2 Santa Fe grilled chicken salads. The waitress who greeted us and took care of us throughout our meal Jessica D was amazing.. I'm sure before too long she will be serving in fine dining. As a matter of fact she was training and the woman that was training her was also equally as incredible. Unfortunately when I bit into my salad I felt something hard and sharp and it hurt. Jessica are waitress came over and asked what was wrong and I showed her and put the piece on the napkin and she was so sorry and immediately went to get the manager. The manager Anthony was totally unprofessional the unprofessional how he approached us was unprofessional. My husband and I told him and showed him what I had bit into and told him what had happened. He was unapologetic. He actually tried to identify the foreign substance.. That did not help the situation.. He tried to convince me that it was edible and he was happy that at least it was edible.. I told him that I didn't think it was edible as when I bit down on it it hurt. I was glad I didn't break a tooth and when I told him that he stopped talking and offered to comp the salad that I could not eat. He repeatedly stated he was happy to report that it was a food object and again I reiterated that I was glad I did not break my tooth he took the item wadded it up and walked away. I don't think there will be a return visit with this kind of service. He merely compt a salad I could not eat and seemed to think it was a good shift since no one broke a tooth. read more

I ordered a meal to go and when I arrived to pick up my order, I waited (not kidding) 20 minutes until anyone even acknowledged I was there. When I was finally greeted to pick up my order, I was quickly pushed aside by the employee so he could help customers that ordered more food than I did. We go there to meet a friend, otherwise avoid Chili's in general. The staff has always been friendly and the food adequate, except for the absurdly high sodium content. But this last visit was probably the straw that broke the camel's back. What is it with these little computer things? Waitresses can't bother taking your order or checking if you need a drink refill. Chili's what happened to you? Used to be you could get a decent meal at a decent price. We walked in for lunch on a Saturday and wondered why they weren't busy. We now know why. My wife and 13 year old daughter were there to eat lunch. wife got a mexican pizza and ordered no onions. pizza came out with onions. I then told the server and the kitchen manager came out. We showed him and he explained that the onions were from the Pico de Guillo. I really don't care what they are from when my wife orders no onions that means no onions. I am not a genious but you would think the server or someone would say "the Pico has onions, do you still want it?" Moving on my daughter and I split the 2 for $20. I got the bacon burger and it was terrible. Granted it had been years since I have had the bacon burger. They went from chopped white onions to one small ring of red onions, the meat was smaller, and the bun was ok. It just wasn't a good burger. Blackfinn and five guys are much better. Last but not least the price. For all three of us to eat it was $45 before tip. It ended up being a $55 lunch!! There are a lot nicer places I could go eat that are cheaper. It will be a while before I go back to Chili's again if ever. read more
