I love this chilis!! When I go I get the triple dinner and it is perfect every time! I went 11/14/25 and had both fabulous service and fabulous food!! They were very busy on the night that I went, however I received my order fairly quick and when I asked to change something that came out wrong, they fixed it immediately! Also even though they were busy, they had perfect seating and it wasnt too loud! I am overall pleased with my experience and definitely think its worth trying! Halle the hostess said we would have a 20 minute wait. Then, put us on the wait list. The list then told us we would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after that. It said we were first in line. Several parties walked in after us and were seated before us including a party of 13 people and we were a party of 2. We were told that we could not sit at the bar, yet people came in after us and walked straight to the bar. I got told the wrong price for the margaritas, and was told I was wrong. It was my first time trying but I've always heard good things. They give you a bunch of options and you can choose three to make up a platter of deliciousness. You can do this as a shareable or your own meal. The waitress was really nice to give her favorite combo. I ended up going with the sliders, chipotle honey chicken tenders, and regular mozzarella sticks. Everything was so good! The strips had sauce on it but they were still crispy which I appreciated. Table for three adults at approximately 3:30pm. There was maybe 12 customers in the whole restaurant. I would like to add that the music / commercials, were so loud that it was very hard to hear anything. Our waitress apologized for the wait and began to tell us how busy they were for lunch. I was okay but you're empty now but I will happily leave if yall need a break! She assured me that it would be okay. So, we placed our order and it took a very long time for the food to arrive. Our order was brought out by someone other than our waitress. He dropped off the food and was gone. Walked in and stood there waiting for a hostess to seat us for at least 5 minutes, despite many servers walking by and seeing us standing there. The last time that any of our family (Mom and daughter) went to Chili's was about 5-6 years before on a Saturday. Nobody was there and it took forever to be served. And, when they were served, the servers were rude. When we walked into Chilis today, there was no host/hostess to seat us. We waited and waited and waited along with a family of 5 or 6, one of which was a baby. After waiting about 10 minutes, I walked into the kitchen area in the back and asked where the hostess was. Nobody really answered except one guy said okay. I went back out and waited some more. Finally, this woman came out and put us in the bar area, where we hate to sit but at least it was a start. The menus were nasty. You could tell the place was not well run. Again, we waited and waited and no waitress. No waitress still, so I had to flag down a person who was serving a couple tables behind us. I asked who was our waitress and she said "me" like she was being terribly put upon. I looked at my wife and I looked at her and said let's get out of this hole and we left. The management of this restaurant must be terrible. If we could have left a 0, we would have.
