I came here last Thursday and the bartender was a doll. Totally helped me out when the enchilada soup was a salt lick and swapped it out for the potato soup. Same for the flat Blue Moon beer. The $10 chicken sandwich (really good!) and fries (kind of soggy for a to go order) were fine overall. Came back on Sunday night and CHILI'S RAN OUT OF CHIPS AND SALSA???!!!??? HOW THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN! So much for "membership". Could the bartender be more stern? Damn. I guess everyone has a rough night. She didn't understand just a little salt on the rim either? I was ready to apply all that salt to the frost laden road for safety. Kind of lame (corporate decision) that they cannot substitute a cheapo regular margarita in place of the "cherry limeade" for their drink special. Do better next time. read more

The free chips were delicious but everything else was not. We travel all over the county and Chilis is usually a good consistent stop. We love the fajitas and the fresh tortillas. Today the fajitas shows up with no sizzle or sound. The peppers weren't grilled or cooked just limp like they were boiled. The chicken was undercooked and no fajita taste to them. Just like undercooked chicken breast with black pepper on it. The tortillas were room temperature as opposed to usually hot when you take them out of the foil. The waitress was reasonably attentive. But we didn't need anything except maybe a redo on the food.. my seat in the booth was not fastened and I almost fell twice. I'm not overweight either so that's not the issue. I noticed when going to the restroom there were all kinds of booths upside down and chairs on tables. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and had I seen it before we ate I would have left immediately. I'm just super disappointed because I depend on a chain to be consistent so when traveling through town I don't have to guess as to where to eat. This one was the worst I've ever seen. read more

Chili's is always a safe option for a quick casual bite out. It was late and my family wanted to grab something after being out all day. I got the triple dipper! It was my first time trying but I've always heard good things. They give you a bunch of options and you can choose three to make up a platter of deliciousness. You can do this as a shareable or your own meal. The waitress was really nice to give her favorite combo. I ended up going with the sliders, chipotle honey chicken tenders, and regular mozzarella sticks. Everything was so good! The strips had sauce on it but they were still crispy which I appreciated. I love this chilis!! When I go I get the triple dinner and it is perfect every time! I went 11/14/25 and had both fabulous service and fabulous food!! They were very busy on the night that I went, however I received my order fairly quick and when I asked to change something that came out wrong, they fixed it immediately! Also even though they were busy, they had perfect seating and it wasnt too loud! I am overall pleased with my experience and definitely think its worth trying! Went to eat tonight and I am not usually one to say anything but Tonight was TERRIBLE. Waited to be seen by a server for about 20 mins and then after we finally got to order my kids food was immediately brought out right away but mine took about 20 min after that. Halle the hostess said we would have a 20 minute wait. Then, put us on the wait list. The list then told us we would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after that. It said we were first in line. Several parties walked in after us and were seated before us including a party of 13 people and we were a party of 2. We were told that we could not sit at the bar, yet people came in after us and walked straight to the bar. I got told the wrong price for the margaritas, and was told I was wrong. We had to wait another 25 minutes for our drinks. When the drinks arrived they tasted like straight syrup with no alcohol. read more

My server was noticeably High which I could over look and her service was actually not bad besides her not refilling my drink but The other servers were to busy hanging out with their friends and cussing like they were hanging out somewhere besides work.which in turn had an affect on my server as well. My fiancée, her parents and I came to this particular Chili's Sunday afternoon after we had just left Louisiana and we were heading back to Huntsville. Service was okay; but understandable since we arrived after the church crowd. Everybody expect for me got the burgers. I got the honey chipotle chicken Tinders with Mac n cheese. Table for three adults at approximately 3:30pm. There was maybe 12 customers in the whole restaurant. I would like to add that the music / commercials, were so loud that it was very hard to hear anything. Our waitress apologized for the wait and began to tell us how busy they were for lunch. I was okay but you're empty now but I will happily leave if yall need a break! She assured me that it would be okay. So, we placed our order and it took a very long time for the food to arrive. Our order was brought out by someone other than our waitress. He dropped off the food and was gone. My son and I arrived around 620 pm, and they're were only about 6 tables at that time. The server was very pleasant, took our drink order, and then came back to get our meal order at 630. Several other tables were seated over the next half hour, but it wasn't until literally every table received their order. The server then comes to ask what we had ordered, we reminded her, and she couldn't find our order in the computer. No worries, figured they would rush our food at that point. Another 20 minutes go by and the server then tells us she's going to check on our food... another 6 minutes before it would be ready... I asked to see a manager. Most times service is okay, not phenomenal but decent. Went in 1hr & 10 minutes before close the other week with a friend, was sat and got our order taken. Then the waitress told us she was busy doing her side work and if we would like to cash out so we wouldn't have to wait around for her for the check, we agreed. Few minutes goes by and she brings us our drinks in to-go cups, said she actually transferred us to to-go. Would've rather be turned away at the door if I knew they were closing a little over an hour early. When we left with our food, we saw tables that had gotten sat after us in other waitress's sections getting drinks in dine-in cups & appetizers so I'm sure it was just that waitress. read more

Had not been in years but decided to give it a try. Ugh, what a terrible idea!!!! Walked in and stood there waiting for a hostess to seat us for at least 5 minutes, despite many servers walking by and seeing us standing there. No recognition or acknowledgment of us standing there by anyone. A family of 5 was behind us with a baby and a girl on crutches. Finally after my husband went back in the kitchen to find a person to seat us, a girl showed up and seated us in the bar in the very back booth by the kitchen - but at least it was a seat. Then the great wait for a waitress started. 5 more minutes went by. Nothing happening. Finally a waitress brought the table behind us something but never said boo to us, and then turned and was heading back to the kitchen. My husband stopped her and asked if she knew who our Waitress was. She looked at him and said, "Me" as she left. My husband and I looked at each other. I said, "Let's go!". The last time that any of our family (Mom and daughter) went to Chili's was about 5-6 years before on a Saturday. Nobody was there and it took forever to be served. And, when they were served, the servers were rude. When we walked into Chilis today, there was no host/hostess to seat us. We waited and waited and waited along with a family of 5 or 6, one of which was a baby. After waiting about 10 minutes, I walked into the kitchen area in the back and asked where the hostess was. Nobody really answered except one guy said okay. I went back out and waited some more. Finally, this woman came out and put us in the bar area, where we hate to sit but at least it was a start. The menus were nasty. You could tell the place was not well run. Again, we waited and waited and no waitress. No waitress still, so I had to flag down a person who was serving a couple tables behind us. I asked who was our waitress and she said "me" like she was being terribly put upon. I looked at my wife and I looked at her and said let's get out of this hole and we left. The management of this restaurant must be terrible. If we could have left a 0, we would have. I am so disappointed in yet another restaurant that takes your money and gives you hardly anything in return. I paid roughly 13 dollars for this meal, and waited for exactly 1.5 hours for the food to come out, keep in mid this place only had around 12 to 15 customers in the entire place due to "rona". I was given a tray with the puniest half rack of ribs that were cold, a side of rice that was at the most a 1/4 cups worth, cold also, and a small side of fries.
