Let's start off with I am a HUGE Chili's lover and when my boyfriend and I had the time to eat here before we went to the movies, I was excited. Worst Chilis I've ever experienced! i ordered delivery off the app and it never came so I called and the manager said I had to pick up my order because the dasher never arrived! So my husband and I go down there and he says "Oh I guess the dasher picked up your order a man just came in here and took it" I'm like "What? my husband and I drive down here?" He accused me of having my husband come in and get the food so I would get the food for free and made my husband come inside the facility to prove he didn't look like the guy that came and got our food!!! are you kidding me!? We have been going to this location for the last year or more and while the food has been consistent the service and management has gone down hill the last 3-4 months to the point we will not be going back. The hostesses they have on Friday evenings are the worst! They do not greet you, they will ask how many in your party but will not take your name like they are going to remember you, but then they don't. This place was an absolute train wreck tonight. To begin, we were greeted by hosts who could care less if we lived or died when walking in the door. They gave a rude side eye and did not welcome my party in the least bit. We then got seated at a very awkward, makeshift table in the middle of the establishment where we were served by a waitress who should quite frankly find another job. Alcoholic drinks (beer) came out AFTER the food and were the incorrect size. The waitress explained this as the "beer machine" was down, and when we ordered a second round we were denied due to them having no more beer. Food was delicious obviously and our waitress was okay. HORRIBLE AMBIANCE! went at 10 pm took 15 min to get our waitress to take our order.... You definitely dropped the ball tonight. The chicken crispers were tasty but they were overdone (burnt) and the honey mustard was a very watery consistency. We also ordered a side of loaded fries that just had cheese and loaded mashed potatoes that also had no bacon or green onion. Im so disappointed in my visit today. I was never greeted, had to sit my party (fine). However, the non black family after mine was greeted immediately. I Asked the manager how he saw the family from the back to run up so quickly, rolling his eyes saying, " because I looked." I asked well why didn't you look when my party arrived? His answer was I'm sorry. The waiter took 15 minutes to acknowledge my table, give us menus and quickly asking for drinks. He never introduced hisself nor offered us any information on specials or new items. My drink tasted as if it still had soap in the glass. My order was never written down and of course didn't come out right. The waiter dropped the food off after a 30 minute wait (with 8people, three tables including my own, that were occupied) The waiter NEVER CAME to check on us until the plates were sitting on the edge of the table.He walked by us 3times. The food was ok, some parts were a little cold, but they could care less. I know it's hard to find good help but this is the chilis name, the quality of this place has plummeted. You know what? I saw the other criticism about how the food was too salty or the drink recommendations were off and I'm still giving this place five stars. If you come to Chili's for a five-star dining experience, you're going to be let down. If you come in with the mindset that it's a relatively casual place with decent food for the price, chances are you'll enjoy yourself. Food at Chili's is pretty standard, but I came for lunch today and had a nice time. My mom and I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos ($11.59) and smoked chicken quesadillas ($10.59). I usually don't order tacos at restaurants since I don't consider three to be very filling, but I'm happy with what we got. The tacos weren't spicy in the least, but they had great flavor. There was a natural sweetness, the peppers added a slight (but not enough to be considered spicy) kick, and the avocado slice added richness. The shrimp were hearty, too, and they didn't skimp on them! The quesadillas were delicious as well. You just can't go wrong with crispy tortillas and soft chicken with melted cheese. It wasn't overly salty, and I'm glad we went with it instead of the bacon ranch quesadillas. Ours came with a side salad with a vinaigrette dressing while the bacon ranch quesadillas would've come with the traditional sour cream and lettuce and pico de gallo, but the side salad was pretty garbage. If you do get these quesadillas, ask for light dressing! Bottom line is that Chili's is good for the price. The facility is much nicer than it was in years past, the service is fine, and the food is tasty for the amount you're paying. read more

At one point I tired waving down a bartender since they were just talking to each other and one looked at me without coming over and said "u need something?" Today we were particularly happy because of our very attentive waiter Ryan. He was so nice and super attentive. In addition, when we asked him if he could give us a heads up when his crew was going to be heading out to do one of those loud happy birthday wishes to a patron (our son is on the autism spectrum and really loud noises can be startlingly). This is my go to restaurant. Never had a problem at this location. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good. There are times when the wait can be long, but it is not to bad of you don't go right at dinner time on weekends. They recently got a new system which has a computer screen on each table and let's you place drink orders and pay your bill with a credit card reader. I don't know how I like that yet but it is something I have to get used to. Though It is kind of annoying that it keeps flashing ads to play paid games every few minutes.
