Food was cold I won't come here anymore. I was really surprised how poor the food was.

Food was cold and not tasty. We got the bottomless chips and salsa and they never came back to offer more until we told them. Also, I ordered the wings and fries well my food was completely cold and I didn't eat it. My brother got fajitas and there was no sizzling sounds at all because it was apparent that they microwave it. Overall not good food, don't go if you don't want to be disappointed and pay for food that you are going to eat. Customer service was average nothing to complain but they could of come back and check if we needed anything else. The place is located next to the Hampton hotel so it was convenient while waiting for our next flight but the food is not worth it. read more

If there is an option for negative stars thats what i would've given them, horrible service they took 45 minutes to bring out our food the fajitas were cold and then salmon was raw in the middle, and they never came back to ask us if we needed anything, my brother ordered desert and they took another 40 mins after asking twice about the status of the order, we had to wait for the check for another 20 overall the most horrible experience. This is probably the best Chili's I have ever eaten at! The food was very fresh and looked exactly like the pictures, which is rare. The service was a little slow but I would definitely go back. read more

I have been to this Chilis location several times and been here alone, friends and with family and each time I have been here it has been consistent however this last time it was better. We had the Fajitas and the food was very hot when it came out and the chicken bites from the childrens menu was very good! The chicken wings package was also a perfect choice. The waiters kept up with great service and everyone in the staff kept checking up on us to make sure were satisfied. Please keep in mind I dont go to chilis in the USA however I love Guadalajara's Chilis. I would come to this Chili's again! read more

This restaurant is in a very convenient location however... felt very discriminated. My family was sent to the back of the restaurant where no other party was seated... waiter did not introduce himself nor showed interested in providing us service. Employees would look towards us and look away quickly... as if avoiding our table. We will never be back again... hope this Chili's is closed next time we come again... please avoid going in this restaurant at all costs. read more

Well what can I say about Chili's, today was my first time there I looked at the menu and I ended up getting some chicken fajitas which looked really good on the menu so I ordered them to my surprise it was a doggie snack, don't be fooled the portions are extremely small and the place is expensive for what it is you're better off going to Denny's which is right in front and it's not as expensive and you get triple the food and better service. read more

If you have an option for lunch or dinner, go with Denny's across the street. Had the honey crispers with the sauce. Well, was supppse to come with sauce but didn't have much. Also, wanted something spicy to go with my meal and your option is Tabasco. Stuff is gross. Nothing but vinegar and peppers. Their house salsa was a joke. This Chilis is always great to greet you at the door and sit you down. The food is average. They take your order in a timely manner, they never followed thru to ask if I needed refill on drinks or ask if I wanted coffee or desert, but they seem to forget or ignore you when it's time to bring the check.... I sat there and was invisible to all the wait staff......if you go to this Chilis you have to ask for the check yourself or they won't bring it to you.. FYI.... it's no big deal but interesting to know that Mexican culture even if it's an American Franchise..... read more

As is expected in Guadalajara, the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The food was really good as in any other chilis branch. We ordered a rib eye and a rib coated with chipotle bbq sauce. Both plates were excellent and I would definitely recommend either one of them. read more
