Always a consistently good experience at Chili's! Stopped in for lunch with some friends and we were seated very quickly. Our server quickly got us our drinks and continued to keep our glasses full through the whole visit. Great dinner last night at Chili's in Arnold, MO! We ordered the cheese sticks which were more like large planks. Tasty marinara sauce accompanied them. I ordered the brisket quesadilla and it was very yummy, filled with brisket, cheese and jalapeños. My boyfriend ordered the 5 chicken strips meal and the chicken was cooked perfectly and hot. Dzenan was the most amazing waiter (and had the coolest name!)! Not only was he fun to talk to but he was so kind and gave us recommendations of what he loved there. Kennedy was the man and was so wonderful! He was the first to greet us and the last! He opened the door for us and we felt like it was a red carpet experience. I love Chilis Mac n cheese and my friend and I joined a group really quick before a sporting event. Knowing we only had 20 minutes, we both just got sides of mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese came out all mashed up and wonky. When I asked the waiter about how it looked, he said that's how it always looks. I know that's not true based on past visits. Everything we've ordered here has been very good. The servers have all been friendly and helpful. There are quite a few TVs in the restaurant and bar area, all have been tuned to sports channels, but the sound has been turned down, using captions. I went on Tuesday, Sept. 9th 2025, and was sat rather close to the restroom. It wasn't super busy. One of the kitchen employees, a young woman, brunette, probably early 20's went to the bathroom and was in there for a few minutes. Nothing noteworthy there. Right as she was exiting the restroom, another kitchen employee, tall and skinny, dark hair and beard, definitely in his 30's (if i had to guess) also walked towards the restroom. I wasn't paying any attention until my toddler started giggling. Looking up, the man was whispering something to the young woman while he was squeezing her butt in a way i found DEEPLY inappropriate for both a public setting and from food workers. They did some giggle-grinning at each other before she went back to the kitchen and he finally used the restroom. The whole thing felt very skeezy to me. If the girl hadn't seemed into it, I would have said something in the moment. But instead it just feels like catching glimpses of an age-gap work affair or something, which just leaves a poor taste in my mouth. Maybe I'm wrong and they're a lovely, age-appropriate couple who happen to work together and are still in their honeymoon period, but...The bare bones of it is: my child should not be seeing adults groping one another in public while out enjoying a meal. Went here with my son and his girlfriend over the weekend. We were pretty hungry but mainly excited about desserts. We ordered the 2 for $25 menu and split the entrees. For the appetizer we had the loaded texas fries - which are AMAZING! There was plenty of cheese, bacon pieces and jalapenos. Their ranch is also fire! My son had the chicken crispers with corn and loaded mashed potatoes - the dish was huge and everything tasted great. His GF and I shared the cajun chicken alfredo - it was big enough for both of us and tasty. Now then.... we were really there for dessert. We all wanted the molten lava cake and planned to share it. It came out and did not look like what we've had before. I asked the server about it and she almost blew us off like "we ran out of the hard shell" and then appeared like she was going to walk off. I did not like this. If you signature dessert is missing the signature piece.... you should probably tell the table when they order to avoid an upset later. I shared that we were really just here for this dessert and were disappointed that not only did they not have the ingredient for it, but they didn't share that at all and brought us a different version (they put a chocolate syrup on the top which was running all over the dessert). She says "I can probably scrape a little bowl of it" - she goes to the back and comes out with a lil side of the chocolate. By this point we had all decided my son should have his own dessert - so I asked her if we could order a second one and could she use the hard shell on that one. She says yes and makes that dessert - which was great! and just like what we expected. Throughout our entire meal the server was very much not invested. Even while she was talking to us she would start walking to her next table. Or she would walk by and say "everything's good?" but not even wait for an answer - no eye contact, just walking past us and ask the question. Why ask if it you don't want an answer? I do not care for this. The dessert situation just topped it off. At this point she had already given me a bill for the dinner - so I'm waiting for her to drop off an updated bill with the second dessert added on. I tried to get her attention to ask her about it, but she didn't stop. When I logged into the kiosk at the table to pay, the second dessert was added on already. I coulda paid 10 min earlier if I had known.... While the food was very tasty, I prob won't return to this location because the service was underwhelming and not professional. read more

We took the kids out to Chili's for dinner on a Friday and it was a good time. They were busy, but seemed to have enough staff to keep up. We ordered chicken crispers, a special sauce burger, and the kids got Mac n cheese and the mini sliders. Everything was great except the mac n cheese was room temperature. The service was fine. They were very busy so I could tel our server was rushed but she did good. And the manager was on the floor helping which is great to see! The menu prices have increased since the last time I've been, which is on par with everything else in the world but it's a bummer how expensive it is to bring the family out. I don't normally bother with reviews for chains, but we had such a great experience here Saturday night I feel obliged to give props to the crew. I let my daughter (12) pick the restaurant and she chose Applebee's. Not exciting in any way, but okay, I said whatever she wants, so it's not Dairy Queen or something. Guess what? There were NO PARKING spaces available at the Arnold location. Wow. This saddens me for a couple of reasons, primarily that Arnold doesn't have many better options on a Saturday night. I guess it was a HUGE dining out night. Our next choice was Chili's and it was maybe a 20 minute wait. Once we got to our table, though, the service and food were really good. My wife and I split the dinner for two, which cost $25. So for $12.50 I had a very good house salae, Mango-chile chicken entrée with rice and cheesecake for dessert. It all came out fast and delicious. I was so surprised. Good job guys. This was my fourth visit to this Chili's, I think, and I'd never been very impressed. This time, they got everything right. I hope I don't lose my credibility by giving 5 stars to a chain, but I want to give credit where credit is due. For the money spent, it was as good as it gets. read more

This is a purely customer service review. We stopped in for dinner tonight, party of 2. There we lots of open tables which I understood because of the social distancing, however, there were some that were open and available for seating. The hostess was annoyed from the moment we walked in. She said it would be 15 min, ok no problem. She asked for my name and phone number. No one else was waiting. My husband and I stood by the door with our masks on. After about 5 min she said if you are going to wait you need to go outside or to your car. I've never heard of that when there was no one else there. Not a single person near us. As we were discussing this, an unmasked man walked from the back of the restaurant to the hand sanitizer right next to us, yet she says nothing. And the bar was packed with massless people sitting side by side with no concern. At that point I told her take our name off the list and we left. I am fully reasonable. I wear my mask and socially distance. No where was there a sign asking us to wait outside or in our car. The tone and attitude of the hostess was extremely rude for the probably 8 minutes we experienced with her. I don't love the big chain restaurants, I prefer local ones and this is one of those reasons. When I told her we were leaving she said it's not my rule I'm just doing my job. Well, doing your job is one thing but the way you treat people while doing it is another. read more

We had excellent service here! We sat in the bar area with high top tables and multiple TVs to watch the hockey game. The atmosphere has been very laid back and comfortable! I have been here at this restaurant since day one. The food AMAZING. The Staff AMAZING. Always a great place to be until recently. Not sure what has happened here. Oh yes I know the Kirkwood Chili's has STOLEN the GM that belongs in Arnold. The structure is gone. The staff mostly gone. The ones that are left feel like no one is listening or they have no one that cares. One of the best things that you could do is talk to your staff and actually hear what they are saying and what they want they are the reason you are successful. Well Chili's If you read this make your loyal customers and staff happy again and do them a favor and bring Mike back to Arnold. He truly cares about the restaurant and staff and customers. So ended up at Chili's --for Friday eve happy hour prior to hitting the sofa at home---just to chat with the husband and enjoy a snack---We sat at the bar--our bartender was fun, friendly, and just a nice guy....My lil' Ginger drink was prepared with care and also my vodka crans were served with a lime without me even asking---I love that....My husband was very pleased with his house rita also.... Appetizers were 5.00 so we decided on southwest egg rolls and nachos with chicken. The Nachos come out similar to a tostada or open faced quesadilla---every chip has cheese chicken and been and is slightly toasted/broiled so they are good and gooey...We were happy..
