I got the crispy chicken tenders with Nashville Hot flavor along with a side of fries and white mac and cheese. Hubby enjoyed his fajitas. I had a little bite of one of his steak fajitas and let me tell you, the seasoning on it was on point and tender with a little bite to it. I loved my chicken because it was moist, but that Nashville Hot flavor was not coming through at all. We shared a skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. The cookie was warm and the edges were crispy. Overall both meals and dessert were good and the service was great. You sell boneless buffalo wings, which are fairly good however, when you serve these hot wings, you put cold ranch dressing into the box which by the time you eat the ranch dressing is hot and it messes up peoples stomach. The sad thing about it was when I called in this order. I asked them to please keep the ranch dressing outside of the box because I had this problem before. You keep on putting a cold dressing with hot humid food, and it spoils in the box and that's not good or healthy for anyone's stomach. Then about 15 minutes later, we still don't have our drinks and a different waitress came over to take our order- she said the other girl was in the bathroom and then she quit ‍. Our food came fairly quickly but we were one of only 3 or 4 tables in the whole place. The food was sub par, but a cook also quit while we were there (what's up with that???). Pretty mid service. The bartender was very nice just kind of slow. Slow to take orders, slow to deliver menus. Just not it . I honestly think the bar could use 2 bar tenders. After reading about a third of the one-star reviews, I am certain of two things: 1) I can't believe Corporate has not been made aware of the conditions at this Chili's location. They need to visit this location undercover & unannounced and get rid of all the cooks and management possibly close it down. Also, fire who needs to be fired of the wait staff and retrain the one that remain. The last Chili's that we ate in was in Pace, Fl over the course of over 20 years and never had a bad experience. After what I read on the reviews, I would be concerned about my health, so I'm not taking a chance. I don't think I'll be in any hurry to go back here to dine. Went here maybe a month ago. Walked in and the place was almost deserted. Maybe two tables with other customers. Took a while for someone to notice me and seat me at a table. Then there was a woman sweeping in the section I got seated in who was just solely focused on that one task. Eventually she looked toward me and said she'd be with me in a bit. Still continued to sweep, like customer service was lower on her priorities. Finally, she decided to come over and ask for my drink order. I ordered a drink and was pretty much ready to place my food order but she disappeared toward the kitchen. Eventually I got my drink and was also able to place my food order. Everything came out fairly quickly, which was probably the best part. I began eating and my food was a lot spicier and also saltier than I expected. And rather greasy too. Not a great meal. The rest of the meal the server was distracted and barely remembered to check on me. They were not busy the entire time. I just wonder if they expect people to keep coming back with half-assed service like this. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time I want to eat out. This Chilis is going downhill. read more

On 1/5/26 at 10pm I decided to stop in Chili's for some egg rolls. Upon entry in the restaurant (main entrance), the manger Elton was speaking with another employee at the bar and they both gave me nasty looks (although closing at 11pm). I then stated I was there for carry-out and was asked to go around to the other side. After placing my order I look through the kitchen and noticed that neither cooks were wearing gloves and 1 of them were cleaning up and preparing food at the same time (at 10pm). I ordered the eggrolls cut in half and one proceeded to grab the eggrolls with bare hands once more to cut for me. The kitchen looked filthy and other guest were there seated waiting on their food. The entire operation was receipe for someone to get sick. This establishment is ran with VERY POOR management. It appears that the staff have no respect for management. It looks like the Department of Health hasn't been there in years. Instead of closing down Carino's they should've definitely closed down this location because it's always dirty and sticky in there. It's always nice to see a restaurant bounce back from its shortcomings. As of 10/01/2023 I can personally say this Chilis location has finally bounced back from the brink of collapse due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the past this location suffered bad service, wait times and food quality mostly due to understaffing however this go around, the host was incredibly friendly, food came out quickly and my server was phenomenal! The carne asada was great and I received a generous bowl of guacamole. Don't be afraid to give this location a second chance. It's well deserved. read more

Quesadilla: strong bacon flavor, little to no ranch flavor. Subpar. Chicken Strips: salty. Fries are good-crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Cookie: Best part of the meal. Crispy on outside. This was probably the worst Chilis we have ever been to. The service was awful. The restaurant was not clean. The food was not prepared well. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and my quesadilla was basically cheese crackers. Overcooked and super thin amount of cheese they didn't even stick together when melted. I brought up this to the server and she really was rude as hell so I didn't even want spit quesadillas. The salad was really just all lettuce. My husband got the pepperjack mushroom fajitas and and got them jacked up with the queso. They barely had any queso and were overcooked as well. Please listen to this experience that my family had. *On Monday, November 9th my family chose to go to chilis. *Our family is currently displaced due to various reasons out of our control so we are having to eat out at nighttime. *At 7:30pm my family of five: Two adults, a 7 year old, a 3 year old, and a 11 month old entered the building, which did not appear to be busy at all. When we walked up to the hostess we told her we had 5 people which included a high chair. The hostess then told us that they would not be able to serve us because we had too many people and they could only serve 4 people! We were astonished and let down. *We still aren't completely sure why we were turned away other than because maybe we are a white, a family, I don't know what! Ok go figure. Victoria made a call ahead to book a table and got a confirmation text; when get there they said it didn't show up. We get seated and it's taken 25 minutes before we get some attention about drink order. While we were there one couple had to send their food back, another couple had the manager come to the table about the service and several other people seemed to be irritated. This is a bunch of crap everytime we come here but we still do it to ourselves. Pretty much nothing changes at our local Chilis. It's always the same type of service....terrible chalked full of excuses. Walk in at 1:00 with 8 people in front of me to find out there is no hostess. For those of y'all that know me, know after 10 minutes I was boiling over so I had to find us some help. In less than 5 minutes I had everyone seated. Now why is it that a patron could see this but 5 waitress couldn't and where was the manager?! I normally love chili's but this was so so very bad... it was a Togo order so there is that but ordered the trio of appetizers( fried pickles, spring rolls, and sliders) the ranch it came with was so watered down that it was like dipping into skim milk. The only thing that was even remotely good were the spring rolls. I also had the Buffalo chicken salad with no blue cheese crumbles which I alway get almost every time I go and they gave me chicken on iceberg lettuce only! Nothing else with the same watered down ranch. My husband didn't even want to try his food after he saw what mine looked like. We ended up having to go get Wendy's just to have something to eat since we just had a hurricane pass through our home town and had no power at home.
