He arrived in mid-May after a fall and a hip replacement He was completely disoriented, non-mobile, full-lift and malnourished. (At the hospital he was spoon-fed and only ate 20% at mealtime.). The night he was admitted to Allegiant I had quite a shock! The hospital discharge orders did not have his pain medication on the list. In a panic, I asked the Allegiant RN on duty for help. Instead of waiting to contact the hospital in the morning to correct their error, she contacted the rehab's attending physician. Within the hour, Charlie received pain medicine. In the early days of his stay, his appetite was still poor, despite supplemental Ensures and coaxing. I contacted the nursing department. An appetite stimulant was ordered. Within a few days he was eating 75% of his meals. The care team was kind to him, with their help and that of the excellent physical and occupational therapists he improved. Especially kind to him was the Activity Director, Vivian. Charlie can transfer himself with supervision, has gained weight and is neurologically improved. I was told by an employee at the facility that Allegiant Wellness and Rehab never should have took payment from me in the first place. I have called, gone up their several times, and have left my mailing address for payment to me mailed to me to no avail, only excuses. I will continue to seek payment and will continue to give the faculty a low rating to whoever ask me.

My husband works for a hospital corporation, and he is spreading the word to the directors of Inpatient Rehab, and Orthopedists to NOT send your patients there!!

We were quickly introduced to Diane who helped us through the process of having mom transferred from another facility that was not a desirable place to be. When we arrived day of transfer we were greeted by Tess, assistant business manager, who graciously assisted with all intake paperwork. She explained everything well and asked questions to our mom in a gentle and compassionate manner. All the staff has been kind and friendly and placed a priority on generous care and recovery for mom. What more could we ask for? Additionally the facilities are modern and clean, and it is one patient to a room also for privacy. After extremely poor experiences in two other facilities the last two years, we would wholeheartedly recommend Advanced. Who you trust with the care and recovery of those you love is an important decision. With Advanced we have felt the right decision was finally made.

Consistency in therapy matters so much and seeing the same therapist is of utmost importance. This is not the right way to run a business. If you don't have openings, just don't do intakes, don't be greedy.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. They were awful So I started my two weeks stay there on a Thursday afternoon. It took a day to find out I was in a very safe place. Yes, it is difficult at night because there are many patients that need a lot of individual care. Like and other place there are fewer staff members at night and old people, like me, are not the most patient. Lts of things toconcidee. Medications affect our moods and how dev react. I sat in the hall and listened to to nurses seriously discussing patient care. It takes a lot to deal with all of us old people but I found everyone there trying to do their best work and take care of patients. I am sure they don't get paid enough to do this job. Joe really works at entertaining all patients and even going to individual room to play his music Overall I have to say they made the experience great Mark, in physical therapy really know his stuff. I suggested he get a YouTube channel with his other therapist so I could remember his suggestion It worked for me and I m pretty particular about my health care
