The secretaries at the front always greet you with a smile and are happy to answer any questions. Staff here is absolutely fantastic. They are also very good with phone calls - in case you need to phone a nurse, they are prompt with the voicemail-box and always call back within an hour or two. Scheduling here is also much easier here than other clinics I've been to, and in my experience there hasn't been too long of a wait. Appointments never take too long and are always straight to the point. They also do same-day emergency visits. Overall nothing but a positive experience, and I would strongly recommend Roslindale Pediatrics to any parent.

In December of 2018, she saved my life! I was behind on a routine mammogram during one of my visits and did not feel like going. With her gentle coaching, I went and I am so grateful I did. There was a tumor very deep in my right breast that I would never have felt. I was treated all of 2019 and although it did spread to my lymph nodes after I was diagnosed, I can say that I felt more comfortable speaking with Dr. Schwartz than the oncology staff I had at the time. She helped me transition to Dana Farber and also has been extremely helpful with all of my medical and emotional needs, always taking her time with me. I am blessed and honored to be her patient.

I'm very surprised with the negative reviews here. I've been with Commonwealth OB-GYN for ten…read moreyears, four children, and one miscarriage. Two of my kids are twins and we went through some fairly intense issues. Through all of this, the entire Commonwealth team was amazing! Not once did I feel not properly taken care of or treated less than with exceeding warmth and care. With the twins, I had a procedure scheduled, but my husband had to take one of my other kids to the ER, so I was on my own and scared witless. Dr Leigh, heavily pregnant herself, and in between deliveries on the wards, held my hand through the whole thing. I can't say enough good things about the whole crew at Commonwealth OB-GYN.

The staff in CBAT are so very clearly not listened to, overworked, and underpaid. This is…read moreabsolutely insane that the staff still do an amazing job under these working conditions. The snacks were never restocked, they were dealing with code yellows while understaffed, and when the staff ask to buy new supplies for the kids, its takes so much time to deliver or they just get completely ghosted! Again, the staff is amazing but management could use a lot of work. My Childs favorite staff were, Mandy, Gio, and Abby. Do better!!

I never imagined I'd be writing a review like this, but after what Franciscan Children's did to our…read more12-month-old son, I can't stay quiet. Our baby is medically complex and ventilator-dependent. From the moment he arrived, they made unauthorized changes to his trach and vent settings. Nurses admitted to suctioning far beyond the safe depth. The tubing was never replaced during his stay and was full of mucus and visible mold. Alarms went ignored. We found him choking on secretions more than once while staff stood by. They inserted an incorrect feeding tube, gave medications unnecessarily, and failed to send proper documentation when transferring him back to Boston Children's. Even BCH staff were stunned by the state he returned in. This place didn't care. They didn't treat him like a human being. They made him worse. They lied, avoided accountability, and acted like we were the problem for asking questions. I wouldn't trust this place with a houseplant, never mind a child. If you are a parent, please do your research. Franciscan Children's failed our son in every way that matters.
