I do enjoy getting phone reminders of appointments and updates on labs online, if needed. I have seen nearly every doctor in the practice and truly adore, not just like, all of them except one. Dr. Martin & Dr. Ott are incredible! Dr. Nouveau is to be avoided. She is dismissive, judgmental and has zero bedside manner. She assumes so many things about you without even asking you any questions. I left all four of my appointments with her feeling like absolute garbage. I then found out in a moms group that many patients in the practice do not like her, which is why her schedule is always so open. I pray she is not on call when I go into labor. My only other gripe is they do run steadily behind schedule. Expect to be seen 20 to 30 minutes after your appointment time. Longest I've ever waited is 50 minutes. I have just figured that into my time schedule, but if you are a new patient it can throw you. I do like that labs are done in-house, and done quickly. The phlebotomist is a wonderful woman and is very easy to work with.

Zero stars. If you're looking into taking a certificate…read morecourse that uses their curriculum- DON'T DO IT! IDK why any reputable public college uses them for their certificate programs! Their externship placement is non existent. No one, including management, seems to take the process seriously, expect months of no accountability. This is very much a for profit set up, with no care taken to ensure students succeed.

JUST DON'T!! Promises of externship are a scam. I took the EKG Tech course at Cal State Long Beach,…read morewho uses Condensed Curriculum as the third party to teach the course. I chose the hybrid online/in-person combo because it offered hands-on EKG labs. In 5 weeks, I only got to do 2 EKGs. "Labs" were mostly lectures, and there was only 1 machine so everyone only got 2 attempts to do an EKG. The promised "externship coordinator" called me once then sent me links to ZipRecruiter ads like I'm an idiot and hand't already looked at/applied to all the ads. Total joke. It's no accident that the EKG Tech course at Long Beach State no longer offers an optional externship -- because there probably never was one! And in order to qualify for the externship they advertised, I had to: 1)get a letter from my doctor stating I'm in good health 2) have a background check 3) get a TB test and update all vaccines 4) take a BLS CPR course 5)send my resume. I did all that, and 2 months later, no externship, and now nobody at CCI is returning my emails. I live in a major city with lots of hospitals, and CCI told me they have contracts with those hospitals. I asked Cal State Long Beach if anyone taking that course had ever been placed in an externship, and they didn't answer that question. They said they'd look into it. I wish I could get my money back and go somewhere with confirmed externships. Now I'm out the money and have no job prospect. Please choose wisely, and learn from my mistake. Stick with an accredited vocational school or community college that has students you can talk to that have actually gotten an externship. CCI needs to be audited by whoever is giving them accreditation.

I had a spider vein removal procedure done at Center for Vein Restoration, during which they used a laser process involving a staining agent. At no point was I informed about the possibility of permanent staining. As a result, I've been left with three large, disfiguring marks on my right leg -- still clearly visible a year later. When I contacted the clinic and showed them the outcome, hoping for support or next steps, they completely dismissed me. Instead of acknowledging the damage or offering help, they pushed the issue aside and told me to consult a skincare specialist -- refusing to take any accountability for a treatment they performed. Their lack of transparency and follow-up care is disturbing. This has not only left me with physical marks, but also emotional distress -- I feel deeply self-conscious and uncomfortable showing my leg in public. I am in the process of filing formal complaints with the Maryland Board of Physicians and the Consumer Protection Division. I also want to make it clear that I have photographic evidence of the staining and am willing to share it publicly if needed -- because patients deserve to see the risks that this clinic fails to disclose. Do your research. Ask detailed questions. And seriously reconsider trusting this clinic with your health or appearance.
