My children have been a patient of theirs since Lauren Van Buren was there, so Bambini has been a part of our family for a very long time. I genuinely love every single person who is part of this practice. Lauren, Jen L, Dawn and Dr. Miller have all played such an incredibly important role in my daughter's care. She has an extremely complex medical history, and they never stopped digging, advocating, listening, and looking for answers. They got to the root of what was going on, and because of their dedication and expertise, my daughter has continued to stay in remission since 2020. I will forever be grateful to them for that. And the nurses -- I absolutely adore them. There are so many nurses at Bambini who hold such a special place in my heart. They have cared for my children with compassion, patience, kindness, and genuine concern, and I will never forget that. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the front staff, to the nurse who comes to bring you back, to finally seeing your provider, the entire experience feels personal and caring. You truly feel like your children matter. Yes, sometimes the wait can be long. But honestly? The quality of care is worth it. These are doctors and nurses who take their time, who listen, who investigate, and who genuinely care about the children sitting in front of them. I would much rather wait for excellent care than be rushed through an appointment just to get out the door. After 10 years, I can say with complete confidence that Bambini Pediatrics has become more than just our pediatrician's office -- they have been an important part of our family's journey. The operation was successful, and for that I can highly recommend each and every person involved in my stay, from the doctors, to the nurses, to the technicians, to the cleaning personnel. I calculated that I interacted with over 100 people during my stay, and every one of them was cheerful, pleasant and encouraging, even at 3 am when there is a need to draw blood. Nobody likes to be hospitalzed, but, if you find yourself in need of cardiac care, you could not do any better than the care I received at Vassar Brothers... Five stars!

Walked directly in to the lobby reception and was greeted by two friendly desk associates. The check in required photo identification for both of us. Clear instructions to the Dr Office on the first floor. DR CHOI's office: Checked in by Kelly~ friendly and efficient. Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. ( this seemed like the only redundant process) there was no line, so we were able to check in quickly with the friendly desk representative who knew we were on our way- Good communication between Kelly at Dr Choi's office and Radiology reception. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. Erica and student Tammy greeted us and requested the script ~ we directed them to the desk agent. Within a minute, they left for X-ray. More pleasant staff. All is going smoothly for Radiology. For a long time my wife and I try to straighten it up only to give up because nobody wants to help. Always blaming the insurance provider. That is if they pick up the phone. There is no consistency when trying to book an appointment with the same physician. If you get to see a physician and not just a nurse practitioner. The front desk are never on the same page. We have to force them to take our copayments because since the beginning they have been messing things up. The accounting department is the nastiest.

I only found out he was given the incorrect medication after the records were submitted to the school and the school nurse called to say the Tdap was not given. After calling the office and speaking with the nurse manager she did inform me that a mistake was made. I AM PISSED. This is beyond me how someone could make such a mistake even when the physician's records indicated that the flu shot was refused. These people will never ever be treating my children again.

We decided to leave because our child deserves better and the evaluation would never be accurate. Stay away from this doctor you can do better. Her evaluation is just reading you back notes from what you have received from other places. Do your job better Diane treat people like humans not cattle. He has been my neurologist for almost 20 years, and I trust him implicitly. I go to the Hudson office, and have found office staff/nurses to be courteous, professional, and pleasant. I sometimes have to wait a little, but appreciate when that same time is taken with me when needed. My prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy within the time stated on the refill line.
