Walked directly in to the lobby reception and was greeted by two friendly desk associates. The check in required photo identification for both of us. Clear instructions to the Dr Office on the first floor. DR CHOI's office: Checked in by Kelly~ friendly and efficient. Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. ( this seemed like the only redundant process) there was no line, so we were able to check in quickly with the friendly desk representative who knew we were on our way- Good communication between Kelly at Dr Choi's office and Radiology reception. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. Erica and student Tammy greeted us and requested the script ~ we directed them to the desk agent. Within a minute, they left for X-ray. More pleasant staff. All is going smoothly for Radiology. I will review Dr Choi separately.

From the moment I arrived, I was quickly swept up in the smooth and caring processing and care of hospital staff: after a thorough preliminary exam, I was soon transferred to the hospital itself for 24 hours of careful and thoughtful treatment. I was deeply moved by the kind attention of every member of their staff and the warm dynamic they employed. Discharged yesterday, I am now slowly returning to normal thanks to the unquestioned care of this fine institution and dedicated staff. We are lucky to have this kind of quality option in the mid Hudson Valley.

They miss diagnosed our child and kept repeating cancer test. Sort of milking the Insurance company and our copayments. On top of it; billed us some more on yearly check-ups that are fully covered by our insurance provider. For a long time my wife and I try to straighten it up only to give up because nobody wants to help. Always blaming the insurance provider. That is if they pick up the phone. There is no consistency when trying to book an appointment with the same physician. If you get to see a physician and not just a nurse practitioner. The front desk are never on the same page. We have to force them to take our copayments because since the beginning they have been messing things up. The accounting department is the nastiest.

After calling the office and speaking with the nurse manager she did inform me that a mistake was made. I AM PISSED. This is beyond me how someone could make such a mistake even when the physician's records indicated that the flu shot was refused. These people will never ever be treating my children again.

We decided to leave because our child deserves better and the evaluation would never be accurate. Stay away from this doctor you can do better. Her evaluation is just reading you back notes from what you have received from other places. Do your job better Diane treat people like humans not cattle. You're not better than anyone else and your time is not more valuable than others. Retire you're out of touch.

He has been my neurologist for almost 20 years, and I trust him implicitly. I go to the Hudson office, and have found office staff/nurses to be courteous, professional, and pleasant. I sometimes have to wait a little, but appreciate when that same time is taken with me when needed. My prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy within the time stated on the refill line.
