John agreed to come to the home to do a walk through and provide me with a quote. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment he contacted me saying he needed to cancel because his top customer needed an emergency clean. I spoke with him and told him there was no way I could find someone else on short notice, and asked if he could please accommodate me. He agreed and came to my home and provided a quote, just as we originally planned. He said he would be able to complete the work over the course of 3 days and have the job completed on time. I tried to contact him the next day to confirm and go over the details. I was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had my husband call from his phone (a number John did not have) and he answered right away. Immediately, John began to walk back what he promised the day before at the walk through. He was now unsure if he could complete the job and he "would do the best he could because he still has his other clients." He then ends the conversation with, "actually I am not going to do the job" and abruptly hangs up. Reluctantly I called back and left a voicemail with hope to come to an agreement; because he was supposed to start the work in less then 12 hours and I was desperate. Needless to say, he never called back. I truly believe he had every intention to completely blow me off. If I didn't reach out from a different phone number, he would have continued to ignore me and would not have showed up as scheduled. He clearly prioritizes his jobs/clients and if something better comes up, he has no problem going back on this word.

However, as soon as you need a maintenance call you learn to why. They have a large staff and come right out when you have a problem. They can handle anything from routine work to replacing the entire boiler and have an excellent plumber on staff as well. They come by once a year for a tune up on the boiler. They monitor oil levels and auto deliver as needed. In 9 years, I have never come close to running out of oil or had to think about it. For everyone shopping solely on price, I recommend you consider how important service is, especially when you need an emergency call.

Josh, the owner reached out to me to schedule time, he came up with a design that brought granite pavers and cobblestones together to finish the side entrance and where the garage meets the driveway that was better than I could have imagined. From there, he ran with ordering materials, meeting the timeline, getting the materials on site and bringing in quality guys to do the job. There was an issue with a drain pipe that was installed that would have impacted how the stones were laid and Josh identified and rectified it by adding a right angle to the pipe. That alone, showed that he genuinely cared about the quality and the customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend.

The teachers are all very caring and happy - you can tell they truly love what they do! The various events they have are great and most importantly the children really love and learn from them. The art show is our favorite. They decorate the school with the children's art work and all the parents, grandparents, etc. attend. This is a great self confidence builder for the children as are so many of the things they do at the school. I'm not sure exactly what their teacher ratio is but they have 2 teachers per class and only about 15 children in each. In my opinion this sets the tone for the school as they are better able to provide individual attention to each child. My only request is that they provide a kindergarten program!
