Dr Huxford decided I had a cavity on my upper rear molar which would require removing the cap then repair then replace it so I trusted him. A total failure to say the least. After trying to drill old cap off he began pulling at it. He took 2 attempts to replace cap. Neither fit, leaving a gap and knot sealed properly, SO 6 months later it becomes a huge abscess causing me to loose the tooth and in need of an implant. He said he could not fix this problem so I had to find another dentist. New dentist found other issues created by Huxford. He fails to do the quality work any patient believes and trusts they would receive. We have been going to dentists for over 50 years and this is the first one I would not recommend.

Took the X-rays to find that they wouldn't be able to do it in office so they referred us out. We were hoping to get the. Removed over the weekend since our kiddo had a long time day weekend, so they called and arranged for us to be seen by an oral surgeon tomorrow. I am seriously blown away by their customer service. They are so kind and helpful! Side note about just walking into their office, walking in and checking in you're greeted by the nicest lady, you step over and it's like you're in a living room area, there is coffee and water in the corner for you to grab as you wait. The dental assistant that helped us was super sweet. She was just so warm and sweet. In the Actual room itself it was so cozy. The vibe there was really amazing. Our dentist Dr. Le came in and helped answer all our questions and the check out lady was also very helpful. After my niece was screaming her head off, we asked him to please take a break to let the anesthesia sit longer because she had more teeth to pull out. He angrily threw his tools down and stormed out of the room without saying a word. Don't know if he was having a bad day or judging us for how many cavities she had but she is only 6 years old. SO MANY RED FLAGS…read more Yesterday I took my 5 year old to Anthem Pediatric dentistry for only a consultation since I noticed a cavity. I told them it needs to be fixed as soon as possible since we're going out of town for Christmas. My daughter is scared of the dentist and I asked if they could help us with that. By this time he hasn't even looked in her mouth yet, no x-rays. But wants to put her to sleep and take X-rays and go ahead and do crowns on every teeth that has the smallest cavity, "it might be 10 teeth that need to be fixed" he said. Also he wanted to be clear and upfront about the fact that he doesn't do fillings on baby teeth, even if the cavity is small!?? Dr. Lo told me that he would refuse treatment on my 5 year old daughter if I didn't let him just do whatever he wanted. I'm beyond livid! How UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST!!! I told him that he can forget about ruining her healthy teeth and I would never accept that! I'm a dental hygienist from Europe and have family members who are dentists and never heard anything more fraudulent than this!! Save your money and your children's oral health and go somewhere else! BIG RED FLAG Please, ask questions and don't accept anything blindly. It's not normal practice to put a crown on a baby teeth and specifically if it's just a small cavity. You want to save the real teeth as much as possible. Crowns/caps are only for severe damage to the teeth. We don't do this type of procedure on baby teeth in Europe and probably most other countries in the world! Only in rare cases we do a crown on a baby teeth. All business at first (not a criticism) but she warmed up after a while. Great sense of humor! She didn't waste a motion. Part mechanic, part machinist, part artist, she did it all! Except for the bit reserved for the doctor. And, as for the Doc, very professional and caring. He understood and accommodated my hearing loss by speaking loudly and clearly. Dr. Ju personally administered the anesthesia injections. He was careful, patient, and, importantly, precise. Sometimes the injection pain comes from forcing in the medication too fast. He did not. And, he seemed to know exactly where the targeted nerve is. My numbness was only where it needed to be, no more. So, because the anesthesia was so precise, the drilling was painless. And, there was a lot of drilling! I really got my money's worth of doctor-time. Dr. Ju and his assistant were focused and concerned about my experience. I appreciated that!
