Very disappointed with the service -- 3 bad experiences already Unfortunately, this has been our third bad experience with this dental office, and today was the last straw. My daughter's bracket broke, so I called first thing to request an ASAP appointment. I clearly explained that I couldn't miss work, so I was going to have someone else take my daughter. I was told they would send me a form/page to sign so there wouldn't be any issues when she arrived without me. Five hours later, I still had not received anything. I called back, and instead of simply acknowledging that they forgot to send it, I was told they had been trying to reach me by phone and text--which is not true. I received nothing. What frustrates me the most is the lack of communication and the feeling that they simply don't care about their patients. We are paying for our daughter's treatment out of pocket, and I expect better customer service, communication, and professionalism. Things happen, but when there are repeated issues and then excuses instead of taking responsibility, it becomes very frustrating. I should not have to chase the office for something they specifically told me they would send. After three bad experiences, I'm seriously questioning whether this is the right place for my daughter's dental care. Patients deserve better, especially when they are paying out of pocket. read more

Once again this place did not disappoint. My husband was the one that took my daughter in this time and he strongly agreed that this place is a 2 thumbs up! Checking in was fast, they didn't wait long to be called in, parking was great , service was great. My daughter left happy:) thank you guys ! read more

Five stars only for the dentist that we saw and the office presentation. Zero stars for the support staff, especially the front desk staff who after three visits, always have a rude and unprofessional attitude. read more

Decent place. Doctors and majority of the staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful clean environment. The office has positively changed since they got a new office manager, I feel it more organized. However, the waiting time even having an appointment and billing department needs improvement. read more

Our experience with this dental office has been extremely disappointing. My daughter was referred here for orthodontic treatment, and from the beginning, the quality of care has been concerning. The bite‑block they placed for her braces fell out four separate times, which could have been dangerous, yet the staff showed little concern when we returned. Each visit has been met with rude and inattentive behavior, as if helping us is an inconvenience. Another event happened on February 17 our daughter was supposed to received the retainer and the size didn't fit so the told us to come back and when we went back they didn't have it someone forgot to place the order, it just seem like they don't care, We've taken our older son to another orthodontic provider and never encountered anything like this. Despite paying for treatment, we felt like we had to fight just to receive basic service. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this office, avoid this place to avoid a lot of headaches. read more

Office Experience 10/10 and the Dental Assistants did an amazing job! It was a busy day for them I'm sure as the waiting room was booked. (I went on a Saturday like usual) Still received the best Care from those ladies even if they are busy! (: read more

We had such a great experience with Dr. Kohan and the entire team. Everyone was kind, patient, and so caring -- from the reception staff to the dental assistants and Dr. Kohan. My son was in pain, and they even stayed after hours to make sure he was taken care of. That truly meant so much to us. We are very grateful for their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend! read more

Thank so much Sonia and the rest of the staff a wonderful experience today My grandson has been coming since March 2025 I love this dentist office it caters to children read more

We had a great experience with Dr Cruz Stephanie. She is truly amazing and my 12-year-old son who is always afraid of any dental work, X-rays or even opening his mouth and trusting any dental work, was so open to listen Dr Stephanie and follow steps. Thank you Dr. Stephanie for your care and compassion. I wish there were more dentists like you out there. read more

My daughter's orthodontic treatment at this office have been very frustrating and stressful experience from the start to finish. When we first started, there was a different orthodontist (I unfortunately don't remember his name) who was excellent--kind, professional, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. After he left, the current orthodontist has been the complete opposite. He does not explain procedures, seems annoyed when asked questions, and overall gives the impression that he does not care about his patients. One of the first issues we encountered was with my daughter's headgear. Initially, we were provided extra pads to prevent irritation, which is standard since they get dirty and would cause a rash to my daughter's chin. Later, we were told we would have to pay $140 for the replacements. The orthodontist simply told me to clean the old ones, even though they were worn out and causing skin irritation, and I would clean them but they were worn out. Another major concern was the bite blocks placed on her molars. These fell off at least 10 times--some even during the night, creating a choking hazard. We had to return to the office repeatedly to have them reattached. Eventually, I insisted they be removed because I no longer felt they were safe. Things only got worse toward the end of treatment. On January 15th, a dental assistant named Ezequiel took an ultrasound inside my daughter's mouth for her retainer measurements. He was very rough to the point where my daughter had to raise her hand because she was in pain. When I asked him to be more careful, he became visibly irritated and dismissive. His behavior was unprofessional and completely inappropriate, especially when working with children. On February 17th, my daughter's braces were removed, but her retainer did not fit her which means that the last dental assistance did not do the correct measurements. When we returned on March 17th expecting to finally receive it, we were told it had not even been ordered. This was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable. To me it looks like they are doing all this on purpose. I spoke with the manager, Danny, who has been the only person trying to help. He offered to provide an extra retainer at no cost and said it would be expedited. However, communication has still been poor, and there has been no consistent follow-up. We are now scheduled again for March 30th, and I sincerely hope the retainer is actually ready this time. Overall, this office shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and patient care. Between repeated errors, unsafe situation, and dismissive staff behaviors, this has been a terrible experience. If I had known it would be like this, I would have never brought my daughter here. My son goes to a different Orthodontist and I have never had any issues there. Nothing compare to this place. read more

We came here last week for my toddler's first dentist appointment and it went better than I could have expected! The office is clean and colorful, my son felt really comfortable there and enjoyed all the underwater decorations. All of the staff were kind and helpful, they took their time with him and were super gentle. The doctor was great too and then as an added bonus they let me son pick out his own toy at the end of his first visit! I am really happy we found such a great neighborhood dentist for my son, would totally recommend to other families! read more

THERE IS A WAIT EVERY SINGLE VISIT!! so frustrating having to wait with you kids. No matter when you make the appointment, you and your kid is expected to wait minimum 20min. EVERY TIME, i've been here 5 visits so far, there was a wait every time. What is the point of making appointments if you are gonna wait regardless., especially with your kid. As much as i like the people here and connivence, i do t wanna come back. I hate the wait. read more

First time and I love it ! Doctor was super sweet and LOVLY with my daughter. The girls in the front desk were nice and helpful.

Took my daughter here and she absolutely loved it. Not only is the office so clean and organized but the service is the best! The front desk have such positive attitudes and resolve any questions and problems you may have. The back office and the Dr. definitely make your little one feel as comfortable as they can. My daughter leaves with a smile every-time. Definitely recommend this place read more

This office needs to verify if they accept insurance before scheduling Ortho consults. I took time off work for my daughters Ortho appointment just to be told they can only offer cash quote for braces because they don't accept my insurance. Very disappointed the way this office manages their insurance verification processes. Office needs to improve their coordination of care. read more

Great staffs, the only con would be that there's only one dentist so the waiting time is a bit long.

Ive taken my three children here for 3 routine check ups and I'm ALWAYS pleased with the service we receive. i have two almost 4 year olds and 1 that's almost 2 so it's a handful but the staff are always so helpful, so supportive and engaged. We get top notch service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Perfect place for small ones and kids overall. I love it. I wish they had dentist offices like this for adults. read more

Took our almost 5 year old for his 1st dentist visit . Everyone, including those at the reception desk, are soooo nice, friendly, & welcoming !!! While our son was getting his x-rays, they were able to comfort and reassure my son that they would find the right dental film size so that it wouldn't "poke" him. When he was getting his teeth cleaned, the girl asked my son about his day at school & once again, reassured my son that the teeth cleaning was nothing scary & made it fun ! Very clean and colorful decorations & they have TV for the kids & they get to pick a toy/prize when they're done 10/10 !! read more

We had a very good experience from scheduling to front desk to the actual exam. My son was very scared and they handled it very well.

Wow, had a great experience today and this will be my kids new dental place. Had been going to another kids dental clinic in reseda which had been ok until our last visit on Tuesday. Long story short...my daughter needed 2 emergency tooth extractions. Went online Wednesday and booked an appointment here the following day. Appointment was at 3. Showed up at 3 and by 330 we were done. From the receptionist to the dentist, they were all amazing. Will definitely recommend this place. And to top it off they have plenty of parking! read more

I'm so glad I found this dental office for my son. My son needed a tooth extraction and a cavity, but my regular dentist didn't work on kids so I needed a good kids dental office fast. The staff was very caring and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Radha was amazing and was very caring and patient with my son. Victoria and Gisella were awesome too and made sure my son felt comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is worried about their child going to the dentist. read more

My experience with my children coming here for their dental needs has been top notch. I have gone to three different dentists to find the right fit for my children and I hope I have found a home for our dental needs. I've referred other friends and family and would recommend them. Their office staff and our office experience was highly efficient and competent, they were very detailed, caring, and had amazing customer service which is so hard to find. Wow. I was overwhelmed with how outstanding and attentive every single person in this staff was with my daughter. Everyone welcomed her in and treated her like a princess. She was very scared and nervous. My daughter is 5 and on the spectrum. She absolutely fears the doctors office and the dentist. Dr Jamie and Dr Matthew were extremely patient with my daughter and promised they would work with her pace. The assistants and the front desk kept coming inside our room with prizes for daughter after they completed each dental task. Overall their quality of work was amazing. My daughter left with a big smile. I was pleased with the feedback and I'm now looking forward for our next visit. I definitely recommend this dentist for kids!!! read more

Highly recommend this place!! Really professional and very patient with toddlers jjjj

Consideration! Some of us parents have so little time for things! The fact that your doctor on call tells you to come into an office that cannot not help is a big waste of time! Worse place to get braces if anything pops off or moves you always have to wait until the next day! And if it's on the weekend you have to wait until Monday! It's a joke! Don't get braces from here! read more
