I stated if he was too busy I can find someone else to do the job. He arrogantly said, OK... and hung up on me. Wasted 6 days of my time, my clients time, when anyone could have called or emailed to say, sorry we cannot do it, or, we're too busy at the moment. Not how I would treat my customers... Very disrespectful.
