I didn't bring cash and they actually let me run out quickly to the ATM so I could get it without losing my spot. Everyone, and I mean everyone was super friendly! Robyn DeVore is who saw our kiddo and she was very thorough with everything she did. She made calls to the other locations we previously went and really looked at my child's files. I strongly feel like she really cares about her patients and that put my nerves at ease. I knew my child was in good hands! Not one time did she push anything on me despite my beliefs about certain things. I had already taken my child 2 other places in town and no one could tell me anything! They just kept running tests and giving me NO answers. I got answers here though. Answers that calmed this mama's frazzled nerves! The office is spacious and very clean! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH NEEDS!

We only waited a few minutes before being seen by a NP. Because I am not the guardian of my niece we had to have my sister FAX in approval. Her father was out of town and he had to send the proof of insurance by phone. The receptionist was very patient and very, very helpful with all the paperwork. The LVN and the nurse practioner were so kind to my niece and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

We have had…read moreappointments setup and show up on-time, only to find out our appointment was cancelled and we were never given a notice. These kinds of situations are very frustrating when we have to coordinate time off work and pick up our children from day care, only to reschedule. Their phone system is quite unnerving too because you will call and be in the queue, 4th in line. Wait 15 minutes and then it will hang up on you suddenly (or a receptionist hung up), so your only option is to call back and sit in the queue all over again. Secretaries that work here can sometimes be rude but can also be great -- really hit or miss. The only reason we put up with the place is because Huntsville is limited and the actual medical staff is excellent. I can say without a doubt, the nurses and doctors here are wonderful. So when t became my time for a yearly physical it really was a no brainer for me! Moving up here from Houston we are having to switch all our doctors, dentist, everything. I am happy that we have found our new PCP (doctors). They are pretty prompt and very efficient the nursing staff is personable and Dr Obrien is down to earth, listens and really takes the chance to get to know you... you are a person and she does not rush to move you through like cattle!

She also mentioned that if I was unhappy, I could wait or seek care elsewhere. I reported this incident to Ryan, but he dismissed my concerns and attempted to justify the nurse's behavior. Furthermore, I overheard the nurse making derogatory comments about me from behind the window, claiming that I always had problems. Despite having known Dr. Scott for over 20 years, this experience was unacceptable, and I will not return to this practice. I hope Dr. Scott can find a more suitable environment to provide care for his patients.

Once they told me they close early on Fridays, then another day they said they don't. Take forever to sign off on anything. Have to be called multiple times to sign paperwork. Tried to schedule with them 4 times and never got an appointment or saw anyone. This is where CHILDREN are supposed to be cared for? We're headed back to our old doctor's office. It's in another town, but at least when I call them they answer and I can speak to someone right away and get my children seen right away. I don't care how far I have to drive, it's still faster than this place

We've been using Little Jacks Pediatrics since my daughter was a year old. They've always been…read moresuper sweet, caring, and loving to us. They've been patient with us while getting my daughter diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger's. They've been diligent to make sure she was getting what she needed with her medicines and dosages. Only once in these 7 years have we had to reschedule because the dr. was sick. That can't be helped but they rescheduled us right away. I couldn't imagine going to another doctor for her.
