From the ladies who answer the phones, to check in to the medical assistants to the nurses and many of the doctors my children have seen here! I am grateful to have found this place! My kids have had to see a few of the doctors over the years as sometimes they need to come in for sick visits and ALL of them are amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming! The medical knowledge and care is AMAZING! My children who are 3 girls and 1 boy absolutely love the doctors here! I have never ever had an issue with anything! I am in the medical field so it's easy to pick up on things but I can say this place is amazing! Always clean! VERY DISAPPOINTING IN DEED------…read more It was very dirty The nurse was not friendly at all The receptionist was more concerned with getting my mom to change her primary to this office (RED FLAG) The doctor didn't wear gloves - but stated that he didn't see anything wrong with her foot but she should get an xray The doctor wrapped my moms foot so tight that when we took her to get her xray they couldn't believe how much it had swelled in such a short time (10 minutes) When we left the doctor made sure that I had the Request to our Patients (change form) and How to leave a Review--NOT what to do with my mom going forward how to check with them about her foot - to see her current primary care doctor--nothing about her current situation??? I called that week on Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday to receive my mom's office notes to give to the nurses where she lives (it's required)--the receptionist told me every single day that the notes were not available as of yet?? What - then on Friday she stated that the doctor was out of the office for the July 4th weekend? REALLY? I followed up on the next Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday and still they were NOT ready? REALLY? So, mom called and the receptionist stated that she needed something for her facility that day.....The receptionist stated that she could send over the xray but she had NO OFFICE NOTES AS OF YET? The fact that she is an IBCLC is invaluable as a breastfeeding mother and she takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. She is patient, kind and so so sweet with our little one! The office staff is friendly and helpful as well, and their facility is clean and comfortable. You must take into account the nature of this office as a walk-in- clinic. There are priorities of seeing more acute patients first. Some have to wait. They are kind, compassionate and caring. They respect and listen to you. Since they are a walk-in, they may be limited in their orders. They are open and honest. Just what is expected. I will never hesitate to go there. You shouldn't either. There is a horrible virus going around which we contracted from an ill family member. He acquired at a hospital and brought it home. We are all very ill. I thank all the staff. I suffer from a sprained wrist and went to two other Urgent cares in the area, but none is even close to STATMED at Countryside Mall. Not only were they able to see me in a timely manner but they were able to do X-Rays on site (on a Sunday!) and provide a prescription to help with the pain. Thank you Rachel and Jennifer and everyone else who helped. In addition, they recommended that I see an Orthopedic doctor and gave me the name of one that took me on short notice, because I was referred by STATMED. If you need help, don't hesitate to use this wonderful facility.
