So we wasted gas driving there and I was standing in front of this woman within that grace period. She told me unfortunately because it was almost the end of the grace period we had to reschedule. I mentioned that I had called and been assured it was fine within 15 minutes and that the 15 minutes was not up. And she shrugged. Then when we rescheduled we saw the dr and we needed two prescriptions filled for our son for two different purposes. I noticed only one was filled. I called to ask why and they said the appointment was for one at a time. The asthma meds were filled but if I needed the other filled i had to bring my son to a second appointment. This was not at all what the doctor said at the appointment originally. It was nothing but problems with these people.

It costs almost 3 times as much to get labs done at the specialty clinics, so we have always asked for the orders to be sent to LPG to save us cost. For the last 3 years, EVERY time we need labs, it's a major struggle to get it done. When I ask the specialty office to send orders over, they are very prompt and verify with me that the orders were sent. When I call LPG to confirm receipt of orders, I'm told that yes they have the order but when I arrive the same day for the lab draw, they can't find the orders and ask ME to call the office back to re-send orders. Then we have to come back or wait (sometimes upwards of an hour) until they get the orders. So I started asking the receptionist to confirm the actual names of the labs ordered before we show up - she couldn't tell me for some reason and I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes so a nurse could read them off to me? Then when labs actually get done - they don't send the results back to the doctor who ordered them. So we had to sit in our specialist's office for another 15-20 minutes so the poor nurse there could make multiple phone calls to track down the results after being told that LPG "has no record of labs being done here". I tried multiple times to leave a review on their website - I get a "server error" every time I try to submit. Almost seems like they are trying to prevent anyone from leaving a negative review... I'll probably look into getting her labs done at at hospital like Bryan. Again, the provider we see now is ok (we miss Dr. Dews!) but the admin communication is a enough of a nightmare that I'm considering switching to a different office. And of course, their office manager's contact info is nowhere to be found on their website.

She had no X-rays I don't believe she looked at my information she asked a few questions then proceeded to press a spot on my arm and lift it twice each side. Then out the door I went. One appointment after the arm lifts she used an instrument popped it in random spots on my back and I was done. She gets you out the door and ushers in the next person sitting in the chairs outside of the office. If you only want to have the "Softwave" done she will tell you without doing her side (the so called chiropractics)it may not work. This is strange considering I was having "Softwave" done to my knee and she was doing lame arm lifts to my arms. When I requested not to do her side she had me go in her office and she proceeded to aggressively tell me I had to do both sides. She also said I didn't have to pay for her side of it, if I continued with both sides. What and offer! I am sure this offer was don't pay my co-pay but she will charge my insurance. At one of my visits the receptionist was unsure of my co-pay Larson the owner/chiropractor yelled out of her office to the receptionist it was $60. I looked at my insurance card and it said $50. I told the receptionist it was $50. Larson came out of her office, took the $60 cash I had and did not offer me my change. I said are you going to give me my change or are you going to keep it for toward my next visit? She looked offended and said next time and walked off. People are ushered through the two offices like cattle. Not enough time between people to wipe things down. Didn't see any cleaning wipes in her office to wipe anything down. If you want assemble line chiropractics with no choices of how you receive your care this is the place. Now you know pass it around.
