Mental health care providers are cold and distant. Never once did they even talk to my 9 year-old son. Just prescribed adhd medication.

Dr. Duffy is the best! He has been my doctor for years! Can't say enough good about him! TMS treatments turned my life around!

I do believe that we are what we eat and part of overcoming my depression is due to the fact that I changed my diet and I also try to get at least 30 min.

Avoid This Clinic at All Costs…read more If you are considering becoming a patient here--or are already one--look elsewhere. Our family has been with Complete Children's Health for over a decade. Our youngest has been a patient since birth. Despite our long-standing relationship, we've been repeatedly lectured about COVID vaccines at nearly every visit. Vaccine decisions are deeply personal and should be left to the parents--not pushed by medical staff with an agenda. No one should be pressured, guilted, or shamed into making medical decisions they're not comfortable with. Our children are healthy. They do not suffer from chronic illnesses, and we do not believe in scheduling arbitrary or unnecessary appointments just to satisfy a clinic's policy. Yet Complete Children's Health enforces a rigid and unreasonable requirement: yearly physicals for every child or the patient is deactivated. That's not just inconvenient--it's unethical. This is the kind of profit-driven policy that contributes directly to the healthcare crisis in our country--padding insurance billing with unnecessary visits, inflating healthcare costs, and driving up premiums for everyone. Even worse, when our children actually needed care--for ear infections, sinus issues, or other routine concerns--we could rarely get a timely appointment. The wait was often days or even a full week. Instead, we were forced to turn to telehealth services or urgent care clinics that were more responsive and effective. So, why didn't we comply with their policy of frequent checkups? Simple: they weren't available when we needed them, and when they were, they pushed unnecessary visits rather than prioritizing actual care. We are done. We will be finding a practice that puts patient health and parental rights before billing quotas and insurance kickbacks. Choose a clinic that values trust, access, and ethical care--not one that treats your children like numbers on a spreadsheet.

They are refusing to accept just her primary health insurance even though they do accept BSBS. That is not good patient care. We have to go to urgent care now for everything for her until this get changed.

No issues with the providers, but office communication / process is almost non-existent…read more My kid has needed routine labs drawn every 6 months for the last 10 years for 2 specialists that she sees from Children's. It costs almost 3 times as much to get labs done at the specialty clinics, so we have always asked for the orders to be sent to LPG to save us cost. For the last 3 years, EVERY time we need labs, it's a major struggle to get it done. When I ask the specialty office to send orders over, they are very prompt and verify with me that the orders were sent. When I call LPG to confirm receipt of orders, I'm told that yes they have the order but when I arrive the same day for the lab draw, they can't find the orders and ask ME to call the office back to re-send orders. Then we have to come back or wait (sometimes upwards of an hour) until they get the orders. So I started asking the receptionist to confirm the actual names of the labs ordered before we show up - she couldn't tell me for some reason and I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes so a nurse could read them off to me? Then when labs actually get done - they don't send the results back to the doctor who ordered them. So we had to sit in our specialist's office for another 15-20 minutes so the poor nurse there could make multiple phone calls to track down the results after being told that LPG "has no record of labs being done here". I tried multiple times to leave a review on their website - I get a "server error" every time I try to submit. Almost seems like they are trying to prevent anyone from leaving a negative review... I'll probably look into getting her labs done at at hospital like Bryan. Again, the provider we see now is ok (we miss Dr. Dews!) but the admin communication is a enough of a nightmare that I'm considering switching to a different office. And of course, their office manager's contact info is nowhere to be found on their website.

We have been going to this office since we moved to Lincoln from the East Coast a few years now,…read moreand have never had any bad experiences with any of the practitioners here. All my boys go to Dr. Davis (formerly Dr. Boucher who was also good) and he is seriously so good with them. He's thorough, engaged with both my boys and wanting to know if I have concerns as their parent. He really is top notch! The office is clean and the front desk and reception have always been so friendly and accommodating. We never have any issues with appointments even if it is last minute due to an urgent health issue. Overall, I've been so happy with my children's care. I would highly recommend LPG. Having a larger practice to me, shows the office is thriving and you are able to have the after hours care since there is a staff large enough to support and care for your children. Two big thumbs up

I will never return to this doctor. I felt shamed, disrespected, and like I needed to get my son…read moreout of there as fast as possible. We were new to town and needed a pediatrician. I took my two year old son to Dr. Koch for a well-visit check up. My son cried in this new place and at the stranger doctor. I would think many two year olds are fearful of doctor offices as they relate them to vaccinations. At that age, they get shots nearly every visit so it is understandable my son was scared and crying. Dr. Koch, however, was not understanding at all. He told my son to stop crying, put him in a time out in the corner on the floor of the exam room, and proceeded to give me unsolicited parenting tips about how he raises his kids. He went on and on about his philosophy of time outs and said nothing medically pertinent about my son. He had the "my office, my rules" mentality. Meanwhile my son sat in his diaper on the floor, confused, scared, and wanting me. I felt like a horrible mother and I will never go back there. My son was crying, that's it. It's not his place to discipline my son. Period. If you can't handle some tears or noise from a child, don't be a pediatrician.

So thankful to Dr. Koch and his team for providing the very best care. From the front desk, to the…read morenurses, to the physicians-they are all great! They are easy to reach when one of our children is sick, they are great about getting us in when we really need it, and most of all they take their time with us when we are there. We never, ever feel rushed and always leave with full understanding of whatever is troubling our kids. Highly recommended!
