First item I received in the mail was 6 months later and said I was past due and when I called they had sent some to collections. I had calls with them every month, starting in January, asking for statements and was told "don't worry about it, we are still waiting for some things to come through". After two escalation calls I finally got it recalled from collections and was then told to make a payment of have to pay a fee on top of the payment. I have been consistently misled, flat out lied to, and talked down to so many times it is infuriating. It's now 7 months post surgery and I'm still fighting with them and they could not care less about their poor treatment. You are nothing but money to them. CHI should be absolutely embarrassed. If you have the option to go anywhere else, I would take that option over any CHI facility 100% of the time. I have filed complaints with the AG, BBB, and DHHS.

All my children's future medical needs will be attended to at Bryan East!!! The doctors believe everything rotates around N.I.C.U. world. I had to ask my boss for multiple days to start my paternity leave, because I would always get some excuse that my son wasn't ready to come home, the final straw being that he wasn't eating bottles to their randomly picked percentages. He accomplished this in reality, but we were told to wait another day by the doctor and then my son had constipation, so obviously he didn't meet this percentage. They also, kept requiring bigger single feeds. It finally, took me putting the fear of God in them to allow my son to come home with a feeding tube. We will see how long he actually needs it... This all screams insurance scam to me!!! Finally, we received hidden charges including on the equipment to take my son home that we were never told about. Finally, the story always changes from doctor, to NP, to management, and some in between. STAY AWAY!!!

At the current age of 76 Dr. Dayana Patera is the Best Doctor I have ever had. I am a professional PhD scientist. She provided us with references to scientific articles as approximate. The office, nurse, and laboratory staff are excellent. She identified the possibility that I could have aggressive prostate cancer when my PSA was 7 and suggested I contact experts in the cancer treatment. After advanced proton radiation treatment or my Stage 1 aggressive cancer at Mayo Clinic, semiannual PSA tests confirm I was cured. When we came to Nebraska six years ago, we became independent residents at Eastmont and had access to selecting healthy foods. My wife previously did not cook some healthy vegetables as she did not like them. My annual blood tests showed that the levels of lipids, etc. were firmly in the healthy range. Currently, I am taking no medications or supplements. Her excellent medical advice and care and being at Eastmont which facilitates exercise and eating healthy was meant that my wife and I are stronger and healthier than we were before returned to Lincoln. My wife who is also a scientist has major health issues when we arrived in Lincoln. Thanks to Dr Patera she is stronger than she was six years ago. The medication she was taking for a mental disorder was recently reduced by 2/3nd. For the first time in a long history of Type 2 diabetes, Dr. Patera got her a continuous glucose blood monitor, which is not considered standard practice. To ensure that she got the best care, Dr. Patera referred her to an endocrinology specialist. After a complete examination, the specialist said he could not improve on Dr. Patera's plan and referred her back to Dr. Patera. My wife's father was cared for by Nebraska Internal Medicine for decades by another doctor. He lived in independent living at Eastmont until he was 103.5 and passed at the age of 104. We believe the other doctors are excellent, as Dr. Patera. This is the first care center where the laboratory for most tests are done on site. We have seen nothing to suggest that the 1 star rating that is posted is accurate.
